Not sure why all the bad reviews? Had a 1300 (1p.m) appointment today, arrived at 1215 in a door at 1240 loaded /scaled and had papers by 1430 (2:30 p.m) allowed to arrive 1 hour before your appointment time.

Our appointment for pick up was at 2pm. It's now 3pm and not one person has stepped foot on the trailer. We have been here since 11am and been docked for the past hour. Spoke with clerk who looks like he is 15 and said it'll take 2 more hours and so what it's only been 1 hour. He also said we don't kno if you will be here at 2 the load isn't ready... well we have been here since 11 so they knew we were here. Left at 530pm and they wrote 402pm on the paperwork so no penalty on themOverall a very unorganized, power hungry, desperate, location. Will not pick up here again especially from the service and the horrible road that comes up here

Guard instructions could use an overhaul for accuracy. Other than incomplete instructions it's an easy drop and hook. And don't was your truck before coming out here it is a dust bowl.

This place is out of the way from the city. The map took me to the middle of nowhere. Just keep on going another 5 minutes and you should get here. My appointment was for 7pm at 3:35pm. Got a at 7:30pm. Loading started at 9pm. They finished at 10pm and didn’t load my load right they put 36,800lbs on my drive tires and wouldn’t move my load until 11pm. Avoid coming here if you can. I will

Don't miss your right turn from main road, very creepy at night, thought I was in a 3rd world country driving to the warehouse. Very tight corners so honk in the turns to let the other drivers know that your coming cuz all I saw was dumb "Legend Logistics" drivers flying thru corners 1 of em hit his trailer in a corner for not opening up. Such a messy place. Don't wash your truck prior to coming here. Rude guard shack employee.

Drivers do yourself a favor and do not come at this place for live pickup.I was here last week on monday for pickup with appointment at 2pm. Got here at 1:40pm. Waited whole day till 9pm but never got a dock as i was told their system is down… although their system was working for hook n drop… no clue how!I was told to come back next day (tuesday) in the morning at 5:am to get loaded and they took 4.5 hrs to load. Checked out at 9:30am.One of the WORST DC WITH LAZIEST WORKERS👎🏼

Not sure about the bad reviews, but this place was great to pickup a load from. The road getting in was a bit sketchy, but not impossible. The checkin guy was friendly and gave clear instructions, in/out in no time. A functional scale and they give you a printout when you checkout. A couple places to park coming in and going out, but NOT on property. Show up with a clean trailer and the proper "U" number and you'll be good to go.

Drop n hook was quick. Guards friendly. Put your saftey vest on here. Clean out the trailer before you get there. going here after dark its kind of tricky finding the place and windy narrow road. If you run out of hrs there are some pull outs to park on the windy road leading up to the plant.

Windy road for trucks with incline but beautiful views, peaceful. Security is very friendly. Very easy manuveriving truck around. Once at top you should definitely take some pics it is amazing.

Thats quite the trail zig zaging up the mountain fun to drive just dont meet another truck. Took 2 to 3 hours to get loaded. Can't use the scale not sure if it's broken or they just won't let otr drivers use it. I mentioned to the guard that it looks like I'm over weight and will have to come back 28 miles down to the cat scales at hwy 166 and 99. Turn around at 4:30pm and race back up the mountain got to the gate at 5pm. Lucked out someone was still their to fix it argued about how they needed to reload it. Got my new bills reprinted got resealed. ( they are more concerned about seals on a load of kitty litter than any food I've hauled for Nestle for human consumption.) Got to my destination and they hadn't taken the 45 pieces off the bills for the overload so looks like I'm short 45 cases kitty litter. But they did remember to change the seal number. Load at your own risk and keep a close eye on the details.

They are big lazy.I am in line for check at 2:00 pm because my appointment on 2:00pm and one truck ahead of me and guard take 40 minutes for check in to him and when I arrive at guard she said I am late from appointment and so that they can’t load me.

Making shure I was on the right road was interesting...no lights going up at night..kinda small..theirs a lil sign at the guard shack that says if their closed or not..I came around 6:40pm for a drop and hook..make shure you have a UC#..if not call dispatch..guard was ok..

I recommend you get a CAT Scale had to do a live load took like 2 hours not bad the employees are pretty cool and respectful trying to drive in to the Distribution Center it's a little crazy windy road they do have 8 parking spots or 9 parking spots on the way to the distribution center on that road
