I am an older military veteran. This is the best experience I have ever had grocery shopping. I was met with a smile at the door. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not use to all the warm greetings throughout the store. Reasonable prices with several coupons available in the store. Best customer service ever. Best Commissary and I have been to quite a few in my time.Thank you!!! Much appreciated 👏

My first time making reservations for this military establishment. I'm quite impressed with the relationship status between employees, staff members and the abiding citizens who conduct their daily business there. This was clearly a trip going back in time for me. I speak only for myself, but this was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. I'm not used to walking into a fine grocery establishment and being greeted by decent people. This wonderful establishment rolled out the red carpet for my family and myself . Clearly not something that most of us are used to. The help i received was light years faster than normal and all Safety protocols exceeded expectation. This was clearly a dimensional anomaly that does not normally exist. God bless all the people in uniform who serve the countries ordeal. Thank you for the most pleasant experience ever received💝💝💝

Good produce department. Meat is a good price. 1st time there but they have items that I have not seen before. Had 2 baggers and didn't have to check out myself. Nice for a change.

If you are in the military or formerly in the military you can shop here. It's a huge supermarket with excellent prices and a huge selection of products. The people working here are very friendly. Please tip the bagger because they only work for tips and don't get paid otherwise. If you can shop here you can save a bunch of money.

Watch out for those frozen discounted meat boxes. If you can zoom in to pics included look at the weights from the same package.The discounted price weighed 1 pound more. I have brought to their attention before and this doesnt stop.My last visit I asked to see manager but got a fill in instead. She said she wasn't from meat department and that they did things differently.What??? Hello??? How the hell can a product gain the same added weight on different packages?How far am I if I say consumer fraud?My heart sinks for the soldiers who didnt catch this. You deserve better.

I haven't been to this Commissary in 5 years!Glad to check out the March Air Force base Commissary one last time. Prices used to be higher way back when I was active duty. It's nice to see food items $1.00+ cheaper and also able to use coupons as well. Well organized and clean facility.Well stocked with a variety of food and dry goods.I had a negative encounter with the "Self Checkout" attendant.This Asian lady had a condescending, negative attitude. No greeting, no smiles, and failed to demonstrate common courtesy.It just so happens that we (customers) were all people of color. While we were scanning our merchandise, she would speak to us as if we were ignorant children. Instead of asking politely if there were anything she could do to assist us, she instead spoke in a negative manner, walking over to me for instance, to take over my scans. As if I didn't have the intelligence to figure it out myself. Is this proper training procedure?I took offense to this. I've been scanning my own merchandise for years and never had anyone approach me in this manner.Unacceptable Behavior.Management, Please hire people who are 'People Persons' and enjoy what they do, that treat Everyone with dignity and respect, not just some.

Very clean and organized. Produce is always fresh and looking great. The meat selection is top notch! Not too crowded on week days, weekends get a little more congested but still not bad at all. My family really enjoys shopping here!

It is just like a regular grocery store, but you have to have a military ID to go there. Some of the prices on goods are cheaper.

Have been recently shopping here with my Mom as she lives in Menifee. It is easy to get to, shop and out you go! I used to work at the Commissary Coronado bagging groceries in my youth! This location (March ARB) definitely serves it's local military community!

The March ARB Commissary is well maintained. The Commissary and staff rate a 5-Star rating! However, the area surrounding the Commissary and BX is pretty run down. Lots of boarded up old barracks and weeds everywhere! It's a shame the Reserves have let the area become so unsightly!

Excellent friendly customer service from everyone from the meat department staff to the customer service check out to store stocking people. everyone is so friendly and helpful. Excellent inventory availability Good quality products, terrific Freedom's Choice store brand is a great value offering. nice displays, excellent produce, good variety selections including healthy-looking, generous meat cuts. Clean, neatly stacked, attractive shelves and displays. Go early and give yourself At Least an hour to scour deals and catch savings on all your household needs in one place. just can't say enough good and of course the savings is obviously there. it's worth the trip! P.S. bring a few bucks to tip the terrific baggers.

Very well stocked commissary with varietal choices. Parking is abundant, shoppers are sparse on the Friday afternoon I shopped. Inside is well lit. Meats & poultry are fresh, quality great, and items brightly displayed. Vegetables aren't comparably fresh to the outside markets but with the sparse buyers, these veggies may sit longer in the bins. Checkout is smooth and speedy, and baggers ate available both to bag your groceries and place them in your vehicle.

Once we were driving on this base to get to the commissary and my daughter (8) asked if this is where the zombies live, hahaha! The base itself is a bit creepy, but the commissary is great! I actually prefer it to driving all the way to Pendleton from Murrieta. It's a full commissary with all of the groceries that you would expect. I feel like the prices and sales are actually better here, as well. It's clean and usually very quiet. Just be aware that they always do ID check just inside the door before entry.

Nice, clean, organized, and NEVER crowded. Great selection of Hispanic foods, Asian foods, and more. Opens 30 minutes early for physically disabled people. Baggers work for Tips Only so please bring cash! 🙏

I encourage all eligibility veterans to shop here. One highlight... 92% hamburger is $3.90 a pound. Over 50% savings outside the gate. Much more savings to be had for the smart coupon shopper. 1.26.23. Progresso soup 89 cents a can. Can't get better.Update 3/31/23. Unhappy to see Progresso soup going for $2.90 a can. But 80% hamburger is still a deal at $2.95 per pound.

I decided to use the curbside click and go pickup. I was very impressed. The person who picked my items was very helpful. The bags were organized and were identified by what was room temperature or refrigerated or freezer. So helpful. I am going to use this option again. It was quick and easy, less than 6 minutes.

I enjoy coming here. The store is very clean and it's easy to find things. I visit about 2 times a week for our regular shopping. I like the quality of the meats, and usually won't buy it anywhere else. The management is very nice. I like seeing the familiar faces.

I shop here all the time. There are some good deals to be found but you can find some items cheaper in town due to sales. The 7% fat ground beef is not easy to come by and they always have had some on hand in my experience.

I go here 5 times a year. Best place for meat, paper products, spices and large use items. Freedom's Choice is their brand and is very good. The plain vanilla ice cream is better than most high end brands.

Lots of parking and wchr accessible also. Has motorized scooters available inside. Very organized and clean. Has a deli with fresh meats, cheese and sides. They make fresh sandwiches and sushi plates. All of the pricing is digital and very easy to read and understand. Nice prices and great selection. Located where the old Main entrance used to be.

A clean, well stocked and well organized store for military members and families. It also carries all the basic and specialty international foods, goods and supplies. Items are reasonably priced. A great place to shop with very friendly customer care and courteous service.
