Stopped in here around 1:30am on 1/30/2023 because I was starting to overheat. I requested to utilize the air/water machine and the clerk was very abrupt and rude. The water did not work so I went back inside and headed over to buy a gallon of water. I saw there was antifreeze and some other various auto fluids so I stopped and read the label on a couple bottles for about a minute and then proceeded to look for a gallon of water. I then hear, "Can I help you?"From across the store in an extremely loud and angry tone. I look at him and before I can say anything he yells, "You've been in and out and back and forth. What are you doing?""I've been here for 5 minutes to get water since my car is overheating and I was reading your ..." He then cuts me off and says "Then go read!" While shooing me away with his hands. I asked him what his problem is and he literally yells "Your car broken why that's my problem? Get out of here!"Needless to say, I left..The night was rough enough already but to be treated like trash and yelled at for no reason, by a complete stranger, didn't make it any better. I'm honestly glad to have better self control these days.. Rant over.

DO NOT GET OFF THE 215 and stop here. This place advertises 24-hr open times yet at any time of day they close with zero warning, no explanation …. they just stand inside with a deer in headlights look staring at everyone waiting, while doing absolutely nothing.

The male attendant working tonight at 1230am June 6th was not just rude but showed and displayed lack of respect and safety for the business. Came to the door and left since it didn’t open, so turned around then saw the open sign on. So figured the door sensor was not working since it was cracked open in the middle. Placed my hand in middle and pushed to open it and grabbed my drink to pay. A nice security man came and mentioned “ think the guy left on a break and can you please wait outside”. Totally cool, figured I wait and eat my burger. The ride attendant came back, and proceeded to pay for my drink left on counter as the attendant approached the cashier stand. I asked, “how you doing” he proceeded to answer “ next time don’t come in when door is closed”. After patiently waiting for him to come back, I get treated in that manner. I’m thinking as an owner or manager, why would you leave the door unlocked and unattended with paid security not being informed you left to communicate to incoming guests. Likely because you’re not suppose to leave the business unattended. Something could have happen to the business with this kind of unprofessionalism and lack of care for the employers business. Sad to see the quality of employment, likely not the first bad encounter someone’s has had with the attendant.

Super friendly attendant. 8am. 8.27.22 walked in she greeted me good morning. I was getting bfast. And she had just taken out some hot food to place and as I was going to grab it. She said careful they're hot handed me some napkins to not get burned. Appreciate the customer service.

Ok, let's see if we can make this a better rating. Unfriendly attendant working the front cash register on 5-3-21 @ 15:12 told me I had to wear a mask. I am FULLY vaccinated. A customer said unless you've been vaccinated you have to wear a mask. It is my right as a citizen to not wear a mask in public per CDC recommendation and as a California citizen per the governor of California. I do not reccomend this place per the rudeness I experienced. Assuming I'm not vaccinated and telling me what to do. I did not cause a disturbance. I would have been a paying customer. But unless I receive some type of apology I will not he be changing this status or returning to spend my money. So sad. This was a really beautiful place. A public place offering public services to a paying customer who is not causing any trouble shouldn't be treated as such.

the lady at the register was rude toks my little sister who is 9 that she couldn't use the restroom because its costumer only. I was in line going to get something and she saw me tell her to use the restroom.

I tried contacting someone to tell somebody there's an employee stealing alcohol and cigarettes but I guess they don't care and wouldn't mind if customers starts stealing too.

They have a sign saying we are at lunch for 30 min I've waited outside and then still nothing people have come and went and they don't open ..

It is not open 24 hours a day, I have been there at 2, sometimes at 3, even 4 in the morning and it is closed, many people want to stop by for their coffee but the person who is there is mostly always closed...
