They had good info on aome of the things but the fishes are in poor environment you can tell there not being fed or even cleaned out and I perfer not going again it gets me sad to see really I hope they can be more lovable towards them

Not sure why nail trimming is only a walk in option. I’ve been turned away as a walk in. There is no option to book this as an appointment online. I’ve called 2 days in a row to see availability and no answer. They are too busy styling dogs as their recorded message says. Maybe it’s time to switch to Petsmart. I heard they were good.

I hope I could give them zero review. I made an appointment for my German shepherd only then they call us and asking to come soon . When we reached there then they refuse to take her in. Fortunately my husband also made an appointment for her from his account. But then again she called me and saying “ oh we close on at 5:30pm on Saturday and your dog needs minimum 3 hours for grooming”. We were using pet smart for our dog grooming from more than one year and they never took more than 1 hour and now suddenly she needs more than 3 hours for bath? Seriously. Why they don’t update their time on website and online. Just wants to give trouble to other people.

Went to find a prescription food prescribed by Standiford Vet Hospital. We were told only a few stores have a Vet on site. We did get a different brand and hopefully it is as good as the Vet's

Groomers were extremely rude when I tried to get my cat’s nails trimmed. I asked about the service and she immediately said that she didn’t have time because she had two big dogs to take care of (which is completely understandable). But, she went on about how I have to call ahead even though I called the previous day to check the best time for me to come in, and there was a sign in front of the store that said they had multiple openings today and available walk-ins.Everything the groomer said was spoken disrespectfully and with an attitude. Although I am always extremely understanding if people are busy or having a bad day, her attitude to customers is unacceptable. You should never take your frustrations out on customers who are paying you to do a service. The way she spoke to people in the room, I doubt she does a good job being patient and kind to animals.

We came in for food and nail chippers. Lost one of my dog's shoes while in the store. Within minutes of leaving the store, they called me, the shoe had been found! Thank you!

I took my lab/husky mix in for the furmanator grooming package. They did an amazing job on him. His fur is so soft and silky. They got all the loose hair off. I have been taking my dogs to various groomers for years. I am so impressed by what an amazing job they did! Max will be seeing you ladies again! Thank you all so much! Pam

The employees are so helpful. They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond for customers. They have pets available for adoption. They have a huge selection of anything you could ever need for your pets. Prices are a bit high, but I dont mind paying higher prices for better service and selection.

Everyone there is always so nice. Product selection is good but the prices can be a bit high. The groomers are fantastic. My B always looks great. I have noticed that you have to be specific when explaining how you want them cut. Having them put it in their records and using the same groomer each time helps.

Ordered curbside pickup. Unfortunately the last two times I did this the wait was 20 to 30 minutes. I called the store to let them know I was waiting outside even though I used the app to let them know as well.

!!!!!We bought expensive $28 dog food today (2019). Just opened the bag tonight and it's infested with moth worms, the little kind that infest houses and eat fabric and dry grains kept in the pantry. If I hadn't noticed the worms and we kept the dog food in the house, we would have had to call the exterminator or invest in pest killer in a few months. Petsmart sells old, infested dog food!!!!!! Would have cost us hundreds in pest control!

Sorry, my experience this time was not great. When I went today to have my german shepherd, given a pedicure plus Which I had made an appointment over the phone. As I neared the door on my scooter, as I am handicap, a groomer walked in the door and kept going. I assume she didn't see me coming with my dog to the groomer. It's not a big issue it happens. They did apologize. When I got into the grooming salon, I was greeted appropriately and asked for my shot records. They were very kind to call my vet and verify my shot record. They then took my dog and said it would be a few minutes, and I could wait in the store. Within minutes, I was being called back that my dog was done. I was greeted with my dog being restrained by her collar like she was in a wrestling match. My dog is a very mild-mannered shepherd (a very well trained registered therapy dog) but still a shepherd. I was told everything was done. Here's your dog. Here's your bill, and I would go to the counter and pay. On the way to the register to pay, I looked at my bill and noticed it was only nineteen dollars. I was only charged for a nail trim. I was not billed or given a pedicure plus, which should have been a quick brush, ears trim, and teeth cleaned, at least this was the pedicure plus in the past, which was more expensive. I did leave because the dog did look stressed, and so did the groomer? I just feel they were very busy. I will say my experience in the past has been much better.

I took both my dogs for baths. A 9 year old Yorkie and a 5 month old German Shepherd. My Yorkie wouldn't come out of the crate. I like that they didn't try to force him. I ended up getting reimbursed. I will be taking the German Shepherd back.

We took Skye for her first grooming, she was very anxious Mallory only did a partial haircut. We took her back 2 weeks later and Mallory worked her magic. She was able to complete the haircut and make Skye comfortable. We will be back with her.

It's a good store, good selection, and front end employees are nice BUT, my few encounters with the closing assistant manager or the employee who closes the store comes off aggressive. She would be running around and pacing through the store and had a tone with customers about closing time reminding everyone 10 times in one hour that they are closing even other customers just browsing were caught off guard by her tone and rude demeanor shouting about closing time, even when I got her attention for a question she would be fast pacing the other way saying "ONE MOMENT PLEASE". She needs to be respectful and I understand the hustle and how work can be but she can be a little nicer about it.

This isn't meant to be a bad review, but my boyfriend and I have been coming here for a while, since PetCo has a terrible selection of cat wet food, and everything was going great. That was up until the new year came around and now the selection at PetSmart has become worse. They have not seemed to have restocked any Tiki cat wet food in I'm not sure how long but it's been a while and I've been too afraid to ask about it because the last time I did they said they randomly get shipments of Tiki Cat stuff and not every shipment that comes has any. I don't really think that it's fair that it sometimes comes considering their entire store is based around dog needs, and my cats are very particular on what they can and can't have so we have to buy individual cans instead of those overpriced boxes of Tiki wet food. There's always good deals on the individual cans so I get that's why it's harder to come by but the same ones we've needed have been out every time we go, so we might have no choice but go to Chewy or something. So I'm a little disappointed in that.The only good note I have is that Lime is THE BEST person there and they always help us and make us feel welcome. We appreciate you Lime 💛
