No one answers the phone when I have called the last two times I needed to make a grooming appointment. Recording states we are busy grooming pets ? So leave a message?? That’s not good. I asked for my dog to have her anal glands released, and when I picked my dog up I double checked and asked if it was done and was told yes, but nothing came out….well I did it myself once home, and plenty came out. What a disappointment, and it can cause serious health problems for my dog.

I had an appointment with the stylist I have used to groom my dog. I got there with my dog to find out that the person wasn’t available. The stylist that did my dog in replace did not at all do a good job. My dogs beard was completely uneven, his tummy was not trimmed at all and his leg trims were completely uneven. I was extremely disappointed in this and not sure I will go back. They require a 48 hour cancellation and I think I should have received the same if my stylist was not going to be available.

We usually get Jessica to groom both of our dogs. She is great with them- and us!! She is very accommodating. One of our dogs gets very anxious when she goes to the groomer (even though we’ve been going to the same place for years!) and Jessica is great with her.

Always friendly personnel. Very loving with my pet. And they do an amazing job on my pets grooming. Also very quick. Other places would keep him for up to 6 hours. But petco is always no more than 3 hours.

They didn’t cut anything on my dogs face. My dog is literally shaved all the way and they didn’t do her face. They are trained professionals, they should be able to handle a tiny dog who is moving. I also paid extra for a professional package and they didn’t even clean her teeth, buff her nails or some of the other stuff I paid for

I’m very happy with how great my rat, Pineapple looked, I just wish she got her little report card. Would have been 5 stars with the report card but no other complaints at all!

I have been consistently taking my fur baby to get groomed there with Jessica S. and never had anything other than positive experiences. My dog has pretty severe anxiety but Jessica is the best with handling her and I can tell my dog feels relaxed. Now the reason I am only giving PetCo 3 stars as opposed to 4 or 5 is because last time I took my dog there although my appointment was with Jessica somebody else La Donna R ended up grooming my dog; I am very displeased. My dog was visibly shaken, she was not walking on one of her front paws and her groom was incomplete. La Donna you are 1 star and I am so angry, Jessica S you are 5 stars through and through.

Both of my pups have been quite embarrassing when it comes to getting their nails trimmed and buffed. They both have a special bond with Ashley and we couldn't be more greatful. We love how Ashley works with the dogs and her great personality with the pup parents! Thank you Ashley!

Jessie is a wonderful groomer for our two boys. They always come back looking great and happy! I'm also impressed with the way Petco has integrated the grooming into their customer accounts and app. The whole process is very simple and scheduling/rescheduling is painless.

So because they hadn’t taken good notes of how I wanted my dogs haircut to be and I left a corresponding review on that I got denied for further services. So basically don’t complain about their poor services or exiled. Ridiculous. Don’t tale your pets here because they cannot listen or cut.

Love ❤️ Petco groomers they are lovable and very caring. I take my Athena quite a bit and she loves going in 😊 Athena is very vocal but the groomers know how to handle her. Thank you to all groomers at Petco Manteca especially Jessica

The groomers at my local Petco (Manteca, Ca) treat my fur baby well. The groomers definitely have a love for animals, and my little fur baby doesnt mind us leaving her there. This tells me that my baby is treated well.
