I would rate this store at a "zero" if I could. I signed my puppy up for a set of 6 training classes in January. We attended two, at which time we were informed that another dog would be joining the class the next week. The next week we had a tasting for our wedding and advised the trainer of this. She said it was no problem because then the other dog could catch up to where we were at with our puppy.These classes were not in consecutive weeks. We found out that we had to wait and see if we got a text message indicating that there would be a class on Sunday. We showed up a couple of times and were told that there was no class as our instructor wasn't working that day. We were then informed that if we didn't get a text, which came 1 or 2 days before the class, that there would be no class.Unfortunately, due to missing the text the next week, we mistakenly didn't show up. We stopped in and talked to our trainer about missing the class and if we could make it up, and she said she would talk to the manager. When we showed up for the next class that was texted to us, our trainer indicated that the manager, Alex, had said that we had missed too many classes and we could not continue the class. There was no offer of a refund or makeup of any kind.Alex refuses to call us to discuss the matter, and we even stopped in to talk to him, but were directed to another acting manager who said she would ask Alex to call us.I have never attended any class of any sort where the classes are not consecutive and regular and you have to wait for a text to see if you had a class or not. Ridiculous I will be seeking further remedy to recoup the $119 I paid for 6 classes.

I originally came in for some water treatment for my fish, but got pulled into nearly every section of the store. Everything was well stocked and I enjoyed taking my time to walk around. I also had a short but lovely chat with the cashier. I'll definitely be back in the future

My dog wont go anywhere else. Literally. Shes snapped at other people and was blacklisted at one place.I am not going to mention her groomer cause they are literally the best & I don’t want them to be too booked that I can never get an appointment. They do such an amazing job & we are happy yo tip well every time.

My sister brought her dog in messed up his hair horribly bad and cut his nails so short when he walks two nails bleed. We did baking soda to try and get it to stop and it doesn’t that’s how bad it is on bothe back nails! Do not go to this place for your pups!!!!

I needed help to find certain wet kitten food, but there was no one to help me. I did see several men talking and laughing inside a room that I believe to be your receiving/inventory room I really do not know if they were associates of Petco, but if they were, they clearly saw me going back and forth, row to row, without anyone offering assistance. The cashier was okay, though he did not greet me or ask if I had found everything I needed, like PetSmart does. Petco could stand some improvement

I love the clearance area (but they are usually small and hidden). This location stepped it up. Let's just say, I stayed till closing. Also, the workers were very friendly and upbeat even though it was almost time to go home. You can really tell when people like their job. And these workers do.

I love petco for it convenience of allowing us to book a grooming appointment and allowing us to shop for what we need. The staff here is always friendly and assist us no matter what are pet need are. It is also perfectly located near a Starbucks and restaurants if your looking to kill time while you loyal companion is getting his hair done.

I took my sweet 4yr old 5lb male Maltese who couldn’t hurt a fly and has NEVER acted out for a groom and cut at this location. The groomer ended up cutting him and drew blood and called me right away, she said I can pick him up and she would not charge me for the cut and serviceLater I came to find out that she marked on my account that the dog bit her and she let the owner know and the owner did not pay for the service. The note is permanently on my account for any petco I go to now and my account is blocked because of her lie

My puppy has a ton of allergies so there are only like 2 puppy foods that she can eat that are under $100, luckily Petco has her favorite one reasonably priced. We went in to get a 15 pound bag of puppy chow($30) but they were out of stock. A sales rep checked in the back but they only had 5 pound bags for $15 so she price matched it for us. She gave us three little bags for the price of the larger bag without us even asking. I was super thankful since I don't live in town and didn't feel like paying an extra $15 or having to come back into town to get more in a few days. Tandy was the employee that helped us, and she was super nice.

Update: to the owners that replied to my review. We received a refund but was threaten to never come back, which was fine with us. This was horrible customer service, nobody took accountability for what they did. Maybe you should have a policy to call dog owners and ask before doing something drastic to their pets!This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had experienced. I called to confirm pricing due to me having a goldendoodle and I was quoted $66 for large dogs, I get there and the price is $90. They check my dogs fur saying he was matted at the top of his ears all she did was move his fur around refused to show me with a comb because I just brushed him so I know he didn’t have any. I show them a pic of the cut I want and when I pick him up he looked like a sheep. His ears were completely shaved off, there is hair that was missed, a square spot that they cut to short my his nose and two spots that they cut him. The person that handled the entire thing before and after was 100% rude and not at all understand or even nice. I do NOT recommend Petco for grooming needs!!

I paid full price for mealie worms that were fifty percent off , the one and only fruit fly culture you had was bad . No flies in it . But 50 percent off lol that’s crazy. Last time I went to buy an urchin for my reef tank they didn’t want to put it a bag . They wanted to sell me a critter container for an extra 20 bucks . Not sure why I still go here

Brought my sisters dog Stella in for grooming. She needed a nail clipping, wash and a good brushing. She’s a German Shepherd long hair so she sheds bad. Can’t tell you how happy she is and great she looks. Thank you so much 😊

Worst customer service, we had a return which came as a gift and didn’t had a gift receipt. This was the first time we had gift from a pet store as well!! When asked (Jennifer) was the person who addressed was really rude and said without a receipt we cannot return. After irritation I said please donate this!!Then asked for a particular fish tank and it showed that is available at store and I’m showing the exact tank and asking for help, she was keeping her face very grimly and in a very rude way answering this is the aisle go look for it!! Only thing was she did not push me out of the store!!Worst experience ever!! I was then asking for a store manager but another sweet lady came in and helped on the tank!! She was very polite and helped… Had both the worst and best experience… Just want to share my experience…
