Really great store! Everything looks perfect as if the manager has ocd haha. Very nice crew as well, was greeted as soon as I walked in. I would like to say Ryan C was so nice and polite. He helped me with a carry out and also helped me before with some nutri source dog food that my dog is absolutely loving right now lol also Monique was very nice as well. Definitely will be recommending this store to my family and friends! Thanks a lot guys and gals :)

My family prefers this pet store above all the rest. Just got back from buying essentials for our new puppy, Bri as well as the rest of the staff we're so helpful to us, directing us to products that we needed. I highly recommend this store.

Great place, tons of selection, sad to see all the security they use there must have been problems in the past. Leash and collar, less than 15 dollars total were locked up. Lots of staff in there but I still had to ask for help, very helpful once I did ask but not the experience I would expect with that many employees working

I had a fantastic experience at Carter's Pet Mart. Ryan's knowledge and assistance were invaluable when I needed advice on changing my Cane Corso's food. His recommendations were spot on and my pet is thriving thanks to the new diet. Great customer service and expertise—I highly recommend Carter's Pet Mart Manteca for all pet needs!

My daughter loves pets mart she loves the birds, anytime we go there all she does is stare at the birds. I also love this place they have cute clothes for my dog and I shop here for my pets especially my fat dog I get her food here and some of her toys.

Had to stop by and check out kittens that were available for adoption and I was shopping for a new heating lamp and light bulb for my Hermann Tortoise. I was quickly greeted by an associate. I didn't get his name but he helped me choose the right heating lamp and light bulb for my tortoise. I was able to use my 20% coupon I usually get in my email. Carter's Pet Mart is my place to buy stuff for my tortoise Milo. Very helpful staff and friendly associates. I highly recommend Carter's Pet Mart!!

We love this place! Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. We've gotten 4 or 5 fish here so far and they're doing great. Been a couple months since. Can't speak for the other supplies and stuff they sell though.

Stopped by to kill a few minutes while i was waiting on my pizza and it became the wrist part of my day. When i walked in a couple employees saw me and looked away. When i approached them to ask simple questions they didn't know any answers and shrugged. Seems like a store owned and ran by simple purple with a simple plan. Give us money and pray Google knows all the answers. Never going back here again.

I love this store! The prices are a little bit more than other stores but the customer service, the selection, the family-oriented small business vibe is worth the extra few dollars. They are all very knowledgeable and truly truly care about your pet, you're not just a customer.
