I couldn't be more impressed with Healthy Spot. My dog Yoshi bolts in there with her tail wagging back and forth like crazy! She''s doesn't even notice I've left when I drop her off for day care.The staff goes above and beyond to care for your dog and make sure they are well taken care of. They truly ADORE dogs! They always remember Yoshi's name and send a very sweet report card home when I pick her up.The packages for day care are very reasonable and I suggest to everyone who has a pup that is under 30 pounds.Their grooming services have been very top notch too!If I could give Healthy Spot 6 stars, I would. Yoshi (Healthy Spot) got me this for Valentines day.(special shoutout to Jessica & Donna too)

I get one of my dogs groomed here and they do a very nice job. Only left off one star because I can’t seem to figure out their pricing. Even when I get the same service it never seems to come to the same total? I really like the people who work here and everyone truly loves animals so that’s a plus. They also have a great selection of dog food, dog supplements, dog treats, dog chews and dog toys.

The staff are always helpful, informative and take the time to see what your needs are. I just adopted a new cat for the first time and they've given me lots of tips about her food and behavior. They've also let me sample a couple of products to help improve my cat's digestion and skin/fur. I'm definitely a regular now and can't recommend them enough! I've also felt very safe going to the store during covid 19.

HORRIBLE. PERIOD. Forgetting to feed our dog while at their daycare service is inexcusable. The excuse was "things got crazy and we noticed (at pickup) that he was supposed to be fed.Then an expensive harness was mutilated - no accountability and only wanting to push the blame back on us. The rip makes it unusable and unsafe - we would NOT endanger our pups safety with a potential malfunction issue. IF it was that way before why not bring it to my attention at drop off when removing or at pickup when placing it back on him? Especially if its unsafe.. And the rip is under his throat - how could he reach it and not damage the plastic buckle immediately next to it!!Bottom line it's a trust issue - if you can't trust them to feed your dog how can they be trusted for anything else??And did you know there are 2 class action suits against HealthySpot? One was a death and another mutilation -- time to rethink using this company!!!

I will not be returning. After moving to the area, we decided to give Healthy Spot a try because the location is convenient. Unfortunately, it took 2.5 hours (1.5 hours longer than estimated) to give my 11 pound terrier mix a "spa treatment" which is basically just a bath and nail trim, no hair cut. My dog doesn't have issues at the groomer, Healthy Spot is just slow (my neighbor had a similar complaint after I shared my experience). The appointment was originally supposed to be 1 hour per the Google Calendar invite that is auto generated and emailed once your appointment is confirmed. When we arrived, Abby the groomer said it would take 2 hours to give him a bath and that they would call 30 mins before he was ready. After 2 hours and no call, I had to call them to ask if my dog was ready and they said it would be 30 more minutes. When I tried to pay and claim my first-time 50% off promotion (which is clearly advertised on the website and the reason we tried Healthy Spot), they were reluctant to honor it because I didn't have a coupon (and there is no coupon to print on the website). The end result was not great, my dog smelled nice, but he looked even more disheveled than when I brought him in - noticeably less "groomed" looking than our visits to our previous groomer. I recommend going to Fuji Pet Salon instead -- they come highly recommended from literally all of my neighbors and it's where we will be going from now on.

I've been bringing my dogs here for a few years and the service is excellent. Sadey and Jess go out of their way to ensure an outstanding customer experience, especially when things don't work perfectly. It shows they value their customers and really care about my dogs. Love this place!

I usually go to Kriser but google map sent me here after I clicked on to my favorite pet store!Update!!Awesome, the condescending attitude from your cashier did not motivate me to spend my money but instead presented an oro of intensifying distain in my purchase, Success!! I love this place, they do amazing work yet, they do not seem to care about taking care of their clients.Ive had to follow a groomer to 3 different locations, have been canceled appointments already confirmed last minute 4 or 5 times. They called me today so casually saying that my groomer wasn’t going to be available tomorrow on a CONFIRMED appointment., not only they called like it was nothing but they said he is available 3 weeks out!!! Ive been wanting to get my dog groomed and had to wait multiple times for weeks on end.. I have referred so many clients to this place but I’m thinking I might stop. The sad thing is that they are really talented but the most basic grooming appointment cant be kept and I’m unsure i can rely on their ‘schedule’ as it seems that it can change any minute and they expect you to just wait any length of time they fee

Super cute store. It’s stocked with everything you need to care for your pets. Lots of variety of toys, food, accessories, treats, chews and so much more. They offer many services for your pet there too. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely check it out if you haven’t!

Very helpful and amazing staff! We bring our bull terrier here for a quick nail trim every few weeks and this is the only place we'll ever get it done again! Very calm and work with even the most difficult pets. Very quick and easy.

The first time I went the groomer did such a great job I requested him for next time but he had moved to a different location. I was hesitant but let another groomer cut my dog's hair and here it is. Perfect just like the 1st time. I love this place. An recommend it. Is worth every penny.Their costumer service is also great.Give it a try, you will love it!

We had a great experience in this store. The staff is very knowledgable about all of the products and very helpful with selecting the best items for your pets. Iling was the woman who helped us and we could not have been happier to work with her - she is THE BEST! She set us up with some great products and our dogs absolutely love them. Crossing our fingers they will branch out to MN, but until then, we will definitely be ordering more online! Highly recommend this company and this staff.

They don't keep their word for puppy grooming.1. I was quoted a lower price on the phone and they wouldn't honor it at checkout, instead saying that the man I talked to on the phone has an issue with numbers and this is a regular thing.2. They said they were going to trim my dog's dewclaws and they did not.3. The nails they did trim were so jagged that pieces were hanging off and splintering, so I had to file them when we got home.4. They said they were going to pluck the hairs inside of my puppy's ears and they did not.Overall, very frustrated. This was my first time taking my puppy to the groomer, and I was very disappointed.

My daughter and I love the staff and products at Healthy Spot. The staff knows our names and what types of products we like without looking up our profile in the computer. We booked a grooming appointment a week ago, and just got a call as we were walking out the door to take our dog in that sadly they’ll have to cancel his appointment. We planned our entire day around this appointment and to call and cancel 25 min before is so horrible. I told crystal the store manager that it was very unfortunate and she didn’t really care and just said ya Um sorry I can’t rebook him till Friday. Horrible customer service and won’t be taking my dog here.
