Some items are well and truly overpriced. Customer service hugely lacking.Staff prioritise localized harmful gossip (in front of customers with each other of the people that depart and are in line after they depart store).Think about how this presents a derelict run down cold part of California which is not only cold in climate but in feeling.Please be more mindful of negativity.It doesn't represent the place well to outsiders.

It's a nice grocery store with lots of variety of food. From produce to Hardware. One stop shop. We love this store where we do all our shopping. Lots of organic food products.

My one stop shop for everything from great meat to hardware, gifts to plumbing. Easy in and out of Hwy 1 with plentiful parking. All with excellent customer service from the nice staff. If you don't see it, ask! They probably have it. Please note - there is a large water storage and construction section outside. Just trust, they have it all and lots of it!

This place is incredible! It doesn't look like much from the outside but when you enter this place you will be surprised. Grocery, Hardware and everything in between. Very competitive prices. Lower than the wine country for sure. Cool place!

When you're the only option for miles you can do things like charge $15 for a $3.99 frozen pizza. Good selection though, just be ready for serious sticker shock.

Amazing find on highway 1 more of less in Manchester. More than hardware. Good grocery store as well as nice selection of liquor. Much bigger than most stores in the general area. We stopped to buy some gardening gloves and left with lots more.

This store has everything. Great staff and great owners. Wonderful produce including organics. A great wine selection. A super cheese section. Great sandwiches for those just driving through. If it's not at S&B it probably doesn't exist. And, the family run business gives so very much to the community and supports so many local events. Thank you Karen and Alan!

Great meat department! Even the hardware section had what we needed for the trailer. Everything we've needed they have. Canning supplies, cooking/ baking, dishes, dairy, frozen foods, can goods.

Clean, friendly, helpful, fresh produce.BEST SHOPPING PLACE AROUND this area.S&B Has a little of everything.wonderful kitchen goods, gift items, office supplies, camping needs, hardware store, vegan food, gluten free foods, wonderful ground coffee. I have never had to wait in line but a very few minutes. I highly recommend this place!

Very friendly staff. My assumption on entering the facility was that they would be wary of “out of towners”, but that was not the case at all. Friendly, helpful and quick service. Worth the trip from my camping location back there tomorrow for more snacks!

It's like a hidden gem. We were surprised to see a store like that literally in the middle of nowhere. Well, not nowhere, but pretty far from cities:) Very good choice of meats and veggies, marinades, sauces, and everything you need for bbq. They also have all the stuff you would need for camping and grilling. A big assortment of wines and beers as well.It's not typical general store, it's more like mini market. And prices are reasonable.

Best store I've been to in a long time. They had the weirdest variety of quality foods, vegetables, hardware, camping supplies, etc.. seriously, you name it, they had it. Employees were friendly and helpful. We were really impressed by the entire store.

Friend of mine are camping at Manchester State Park for their anniversary.I wanted to make their stay a little nicer so I called the store and a nice man named Jaime (pronounced Hi-may) assisted me.He selected a local Cabernet Sauvignon , rang it up and I let my friends know to stop by the store, ask for Jaime and pick up their surprise anniversary gift.Thanks Jaime and S&B mkt.You ROCK !

Great for nearly everything. They got food and all you need for camping or fixing a car. Also the free wifi is great (at the KOA they made you pay after 30 minutes) so a big plus for all the guys camping here!!!
