I took my dog to the self-service dog wash here. The wash was super easy to use and came with all the amenities to get her clean and dry. She even got a free treat from the staff!

Very cool store! Owner is super friendly and helpful. He is a breath of fresh air,. My husband and I enjoyed chatting with you,. Especially about food,. Lol!

Loved using the dog wash here! Everything was explained super well, using the hose to rinse, use shampoo, and conditioner was easy to do. Plenty of towels and an awesome drier. Great smelling after bath fur sprays. Really impressed and Can’t beat the price.

A young woman was very helpful while the other employee, possibly the owner, was so rude to my girlfriend that she left crying and I did not buy the cat food I came in for. I left the second star for the helpful employee, but I really don't think anyone hould patronize this business.

This particular pet shop is great for my dog (Lab/Border Collie mix - ~55 lb.) Pretty much has all the Ruffwear gear for us to check out - great selection of the sweaters, jackets, and boots. There's a great variety of other dog gear, beds, treats, and food. I found that they carry all the essential items that consist of mostly natural ingredients. Small space, but jam-packed with curated goodies.

Incredible customer service. We went in looking for a Ruffwear jacket for our dog. The owner was very helpful and even called the other pet store in town to see what they had in stock. We finally ended up buying from this store. Great little shop!

Love the punch card system here. Depending on the item its one free after 5/10 (there aren't "punch cards" for every item, but many). The staff is always helpful.

I went to the Mammoth Pet Shop on the advice of a clerk at a store in Bishop to get my little rat terrier a jacket. Told the clerk here what I wanted, he immediately picked out the 3 or 4 items that would fit, showed me how to put them on him, and told me the pros and cons of each. Made the decision easy, and it was nice to have such expert help.

Just go to Tailwaggers up the road. There are not enough bad words to describe the customer service at Mammoth Pet Shop. This town is too small to have rude people and there is really no excuse to ever be rude and confrontational with a customer, or anyone for that matter.
