Magalia Rite Aide Store is clean brite and friendly. The pharmacy staff should be paid by the mile as the personnel are always hurrying about to shorten the wait and fill people's needs. The problem I had this past visit was the first in 23 months of using this pharmacy. The staff are cheerful and extremely helpful, but over worked since the Paradise store closed. Shelves are well stocked and requests are taken.

Wish I could give zero stars. Multiple times of them not filling medication when they said they would. I wonder how many lives the pharmacy put at risk cuz they didn't want to do their job.

The current pharmacist is going against policy and filling scripts after thier due date and not letting us have it on the due date. She says the due date that we are being texted is "early". One of the workers in the pharmacy told me she's been doing this to a lot of people and it's wrong. I logged a complaint with corporate and have a case #. Please please, if anyone else has gone thru this, please log an official complaint with corporate.

I like the store and all the options for items that they sell, however I'm not a fan of any Rite Aid pharmacy. I've always had issues with them. The staff in this pharmacy are nice and helpful though.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. I pre-registered to test my 2 year old for COVID and they couldn't service it because they were having computer issues. This is after the half hour trip one way because they were the only ones in the area that would test someone that young. Go literally anywhere else if you want competent help.

The pharmacy has a bunch of lazy staff that are very rude when you challenge anything that doesn’t seem right. Never ever have. I had so many issues with the pharmacy until this store. They act like they can’t do anything wrong because they’re the only pharmacy in Magalia.

And they were laughing about all of this while I was standing there. Don't go to this rite aid pharmacy. I made 2 appointments to get COVID booster. The dark male pharmacist told us we did not have appointments, even though I had emails that confirmed. And no they couldn't do them at that time. Next my Dr. & My dentist both put in rxs on Tuesday before 2 pm. I went Tuesday at 6pm. Not ready, but clerk took my insurance cards. When I went back on Thursday, two days later at 2pm my rxs were not ready & they said they didn't have my insurance cards. So what did the other clerk do with my insurance cards for 30 minutes?? I still do not have my rxs. I walked out after waiting in the store for another 30 minutes.

The best rite aid. Good prices and very friendly staff. They tend to have the household items I need out here in semi rural butte county that the grocery stores don't carry or over price. The pharmacy is good too, usually fast to fill prescriptions and seldom a long wait at the counter.

My wife and I are out of Towner's here to bury my wife's father whom was a very long time resident of the area. We flew in a few days ago, were both diabetics with prescribed insulin pens. We wererefused pen needle tips

The Magalia store is convenient and is well stocked. The Pharmacy staff is helpful and friendly. I am very happy we have this store in our area.

In my experience over the last two years, the staff has always been 100% respectful, helpful, and welcoming. Tonight, however, during my weekly $100+ purchase, Cashier #65489344 (transaction #282921 @ 5:12 pm, 11/29/17) was not only rude and officious, but he purposely publicly embarrassed me by announcing to all of the people standing in line around me that my bank had rejected the transaction. That was NOT the case and it did not appear on the key entry machine. Clearly, he cancelled the transaction in order to embarrass me and I can prove this through my credit union (which would not cancel any transaction because it is tied to my credit card as backup). What a dick! All because I questioned the need for ID to buy liquor when I am clearly in my sixties. He could have simply explained that it is store policy and let it be, but he had an attitude and simply had to put me in my place. What a sad situation for a store that is clearly not made up of such people. Do I need to take my business elsewhere? I will, no question, without a sincere apology from the employee or proof that he has been fired. And I will every friend in Magalia know what happened. Please fix this, management. I know this is not your standard of customer service!!

terrible service, girl from the pharmacy was being super disrespectful and didnt know what she was talking about, kept asking her peers for answers then replying with an attitude. I had a simple issue which she couldve handled way better than she did. especially as a person in the medical field, i expect way better.

Employee would not sell me alcohol w/o scanning my ID. I when home can call the manager and asked him if it was true that his employee was told that she would lose her job if she did not scan my ID. He was very nice and said no she would just look at the ID and its not true and the would talk with her about it. He said if there is every any problem like this to please talk with him. I thought he did a great job, he was non-combative and did not ask me 20 questions about why I did not want my ID scanned. Thank you so much, and talking care of our needs here in Magalia.

I have had problems getting my Xarelto filled since I moved it to Rite Aid, Magalia. They cannot seem to use the computer to have it on hand at the time it is needed. Even I can program a time/alarm into my phone or computer. Why can't the pharmacy.Seriously thinking about changing. Don't want to drive down the hill, but it is an option.Doug

The boss of this Rite Aid is genuinely the most NICEST person around. He treats all of his customers with such great respect and kindness that it makes you want to go back. They are always constantly cleaning and organizing, they have insanely high standards for being a mere convenience store. It reminds me of the way In-N-Out operates.

It's not the least expensive but it's always clean and people are friendly, and they even have a dollar section in the store which was pretty good. rite aid always has a big liquor section, so if you want to buy something fast to bring to friend's or a party, they have plenty of it!

Peggy is the rudest!! She would not let me Exchange a cosmetic that I bought that was the wrong shade. I didn't have a receipt but have exchanged products in the past with out one. She made a huge scene in front of a line of customers, until I just took my original product and left. It was embarrassing and humiliating.

Called and was told to go online to schedule a covid appointment. When I went to my appointment 10 minutes early like it said to they told me they couldn't do it cause they didn't have the supplies.
