Absolute hands down the best vet I've ever been to. All the staff is amazing. my dog absolutely loves them All. She looks forward to coming to the vet. She knows when she's going there. She knows where she's at and she's excited to see her friends.! Best care as well. Definitely will return with my fur babies!

Wow! I am so impressed with Dr. Bremner. I have never had such a thorough Dr visit. She and the staff took the time to answer all of my questions . I am extremely happy to have found this Dr and staff.

The establishment has changed ownership about 3+ times over the years to the best of my knowledge. I brought my sons sick cat in there. The customer service was outstanding. They were able to look the cat the same Saturday that I called. Reasonable rates, willingness to work with clients, very caring staff. I can't say enough good things about this business. The female vet. that took care of our cat did an great job & was very patient with my four year old pushing every button he could find, including the vets. Thanks again Magalia Pet Hospital!

Everyone at the Magalia Pet Hospital is 150 percent for the pets. I spoil my dogs more than most, yet my pitty, after having 12 teeth extracted still showed enormous love for the tech who did his after care . Janice, our vet, is amazingly attentive and covers every aspect of veterinarian medicine with the up most professionalism. The office is exceptionally clean, the instructions for home care is precise, and quite honestly the billing charges I feel are accurate and comfortable to deal with. I recommend Magalia Pet Hospital highly to anyone seeking the very best care for their pets.

Have been taking my dog and cat here for several years and love Dr Brehmner and her friendly staff. They show their love for our animals in a real way, not just business. Prices are comparable, if not lower to others. Definitely recommend them!

The entire staff at Magalia Pet Hospital are very sweet and kind to our small dog! They all seem to love Jacky because they told me they would love to clone him so they could all have a good boy just like him.I think their prices are fair and Jacky certainly loves all the staff!

Brought dog in to check a tumor, after chatting with doc she went to work up an estimate, but sent it back with assistant. I asked to ask a couple of follow up questions with the doctor, (I did not know we were done), and waited, and waited. I then asked for a phone call, I am still waiting to hear back, (it's been a week). They don't seem too interested in communicating with pet owners. This is a deal breaker for us.

07/27/2021:My husband Steve & I are long time customers of Magalia Pet Hospital (MPH). Today, Steve brought our "Little" in for booster shots & a health check. The bill was $279.02. Steve gave his debit card which happens to have the same last 4 digits as MY debit card. Different accounts, different numbers, but the last four digits of both our cards are the same.... Somehow, the clerk inadvertently charged MY debit card instead of Steve's. This error by MPH resulted in subtracting the monies out of MY ACCOUNT. The only way I think they could've done this is the clerk must have typed in the last four digits of his card, & since my acct is on file there at MPH & has the same last 4 numbers,...the clerk came up with MY ACCOUNT... NOT HIS. Subsequently, I wouldn't have enough money in my acct to pay my mortgage for August.When I saw this had been taken out of MY checking account in error I called Steve, who was in Chico on business. He had to cut his business short & come home immediately to go to Magalia Pet Hospital & straighten things out. When he arrived he askedhow they couldve taken the funds out of MY account. They denied any error, & told him they would not reverse the charges, & that the only thing that could be done was for me to dispute the charges. He was already there again in person & MPH could have charged HIS account as should have been done in the 1st place. He DID NOT HAVE POSSESSION OF MY DEBIT CARD AS IT WAS IN MY WALLET WITH ME at my home in Paradise.. Their clerk made some inadvertent error when processing his payment, perhaps just typing in the last four digits...I don't know. All I know is Magalia Pet Hospital made a VERY SERIOUS ERROR & refused to remedy it. They could've reversed the charges from my account & typed in ALL the correct numbers for Steve's debit card to PROPERLY process payment but they would not do that.Steve had to cut his trip to Chico short, come all the way back up to Magalia Pet Hospital, then come get me, go to his own bank to withdraw $279 cash, & then take me to my bank to deposit the cash so I would have sufficient funds to pay my mortgage.I'm very disappointed in the Magalia Pet Hospital staff for not making their error right!  It was inexcusable, & caused me to have to drop what I was doing, contact Steve, & he had to reschedule his business in Chico & come up to the MPH in Magalia to straighten them out & get the payment taken out of the intended account. Magalia Pet Hospital's refusal to do that makes me question their honesty & integrity. I will be warning my friends family & acquaintances about their aloof disregard & mishandling of payment for services rendered. They had no right to debit MY ACCOUNT. Those employees at Magalia Pet Hospital should be ashamed of themselves! Great pet care. Poor customer care.🤨🧐👎jlp

I had a good experience here , the lady who helped me ( should have got her name) was very, very sweet . The vet lady was also very nice . Just moved up here and this place is right round the corner from my house! I give them a 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ !!!

Since relocating from The San Francisco Bay Area in 2018, surviving The Camp Fire and returning in 2019. Magalia Pet Hospital, Janice Bremner & her staff have been a God Send.Just today, February 19, 2020. I had to make the heart breaking decision to have my companion of 15 years euthanized. Dr. Bremner & her staff were always caring and concerned about my aging & health challenged pup. Her concern, time spent addressing his health issues & medical care extended his life for many more months than I had imagined.Today, without exception and being clear to the point, we both came to the mutual agreement that it was time to release my companion from all his pain & suffering.I am and will always be grateful for having found a caring & loving environment at Magalia Pet Hospital.

I behaved as though money was of no importance and they did not go for it.They called back to reschedule a pre-natal appointment for a later time when it would actually be of use. They could easily have taken my money twice with me grateful for the attention.Hats off! to Magalia Veterinary for not even milking me just a little. Thank You. Respect!

My family had to experience a death of a pet that we just got a few years before hand due to the poor treatment (if any), we received here. I would steer clear of this as a "pet hospital".If you go here, be prepared for the death of your pet and your wallet.

the Vet was rude did not care about our pet , told just give theses pills he will be fine 3 days later he was dead...the does not know what she is doing,I will never go back and tell ever one I know NOT to take there pet they over 100 +$$$$ later and our pet died due to this vet not getting to what was really wrong with our pet
