Was thinking of changing over from right aid because of insurance. Needless to say, I'd rather pay a higher deductible, than put up with such incompetence. Pharmacist told me they haven't received my transfer and she didn't even bother to look.

I was at the Walgreens last night & the sales associate that was helping me, had AMAZING ENERGY!! Her name is Deja & she was so friendly and so upbeat!! I’m hoping her supervisor sees this, she definitely deserves to be acknowledged! Great Job Deja, I wish every sales associate had your energy, I would probably enjoying shopping a lot more than I do!Thanks for the great service!

Had to return an item on the 3/22/22 had my receipt on hand and since I had payed with “wc” i couldn’t return it. Needless to say i said it was fine if they just gave me the minimum of store credit.they still declined. She said it allowed like i was supposed to be ásgame for returning something. And the manager 🤦🏾‍♀️. Repeating everything the cashier said😂. This was like at round 7 pm. Do better Walgreens.

I’ve never waited so long in a pharmacy drive-through. 1 & 1/2 hours! I feel silly for waiting that long but I really needed my medication. I would say it’s better to go inside but I could see the line from outside and they were waiting just as long as me.

For the most part this Walgreens is a great store, well kept and knowable staff. But I love to use coupons to get the best deal I can and have had many problems using coupons at this particular store. It seams that one clerk does not like me getting good deals. Go figure! I simple take my business to one of the other Walgreens in town.

I love the sales.. the clerks are friendly and always asking if you need help, the photo department is fantastic. But the pharmacy definitely needs improvement, there are never enough clerks, the times I've been in only one, she has to work the window, drive thru & phone, before she gets help. The ckerks are always willing to help & the pharmacists too.

My chronically ill child, who is 9 years old, wants your store to clean its floors, she says they should not be so dirty let alone this dirty by the pharmacy where all the sick people go to pick up their medicines. The pharmacy employees are very nice, however the store is nasty.

Hello I went into the Madera Walgreens on Yosemite I ordered pictures online, went to pick them up took them home looked at them and they were all zoomed in. Tim from photo was rude and tried to raise his voice at me thankfully my husband was with me or I thing he would have gotten crazy. So needless to say don’t order photos from there. Tim needs to learn some customer service and I will be calling corporate.

I’m not sure what has happened at this store, but geez. Please get some training for these employees. Pharmacy is scary with their service and the rest of the store…..well you get my drift.

I had to take my son to get a Covid vaccine shot, and we made an appointment, they had us waiting for 1 1/2 hours just for a free shot.

The cashier was very rude looks like she was having a bad day...the item l purchase was on sale but she charged the full price l ask her, are this on sale?In a very bad way she answerIf you have a Walgreens card yes.Sorry you have people like this working for you😤😤😤😤😤😤

The people that work here are very friendly and helpful, but the location is not the best. Its awkward trying to navigate the streets around this store. Prices here are higher than Walmart or Target.
