This is a re-review because I am unable to remove my original one from 3 years ago. This pharmacy has truly turned around under the current managing pharmacist and her amazing staff. The staff who works there is so friendly,Helpful and they make a large chain pharmacy seem like a small town family business who knows their customers and families by name. Wonderful customer service all around! I wish i could retract my original review because it is no longer reflective of my experiences there. Wonderful job!

Honestly, if I could give a rating of 0 stars I would do it. I’ve frequented this Walgreens several time and every time I do, I am beyond disappointed by the cashiers customer service. One particular cashier named BETO is extremely rude. He was not willing to help when I went to pick up my online order. He took forever to assist me. He even asked me to open my box containing my items. I kindly asked him to open it for me because I don’t carry scissors with me. I was missing some items from my order and he was reluctant to look for them. I will be filing a complaint against him. I am sure I am not the only one he is rude too. I am hoping he gets talked too.

Today 10/20/19 at 11:30a.m. I went to pick up my pictures that I order online the lady charged me before showing me the pictures. When I checked to see the pictures one of my 8x10 was missing I told one of the employees there, that I was missing a picture she was helping me but she had an attitude that she didn't want to help, then a lady named Raj asks the lady that was helping me what happened and the lady Raj tells me if the picture with an old man and a hat I said "yes" so (Raj) she went were the trash was at , she picked up and gave it to me. None of them said sorry about that nothing I was shocked and disappointed because that picture was my grandpa that had passed away. This Walgreens needs to work on paying attention especially Diego since he is the one who put the pictures together, and they need to work on their costumer service. Seriously. They deserve a 0.

I don’t typically use this exact walgreens but I’ll definitely be switching to them after my amazing experience. Vanessa and Tiffany Were so sweet, kind and helpful. I’ve had to deal with Many other pharmacies and this is by for the best one!

Pharmacy staff is so helpful! Soo thankful they know what they are doing unlike other Pharmacys ....cvs. Anyways I was able to pick up my prescription and be out the door with in 15 minutes.

This has been by far the most difficult Walgreens I have ever dealt with, from the pharmacist to the customer service personnel. Went to refill a Rx and was told 2 different rules by 2 different pharmacist that work there. I'm contacting their corporate office, totally ridiculous.

I've never had problems with the pharmacy here as others have mentioned. The people I've dealt with have been friendly and professional. The store is in a great location and convenient to run into quickly if you don't want to take the time to go to Walmart, which is across the street. You will pay more here than Walmart though.
