If you are looking for a nice burger, burrito, etc. Using Harris meats and fresh ingredients cooked to order...I have gotten their burrito and their burger on multiple occasions, and they have always made the best. Thick tomato slices with fresh lettuce and the fries are just right. I posted the phone number to the deli if you want to order ahead.

I went to this market in the Madera Ranchos because it was across the street from a Chinese restaurant that I like. This was my first time here. I was trying to save time by picking up my items before I got my to go order. I was shocked at the pricing. SHOCKED! $42.00+ for the items pictured. These businesses take advantage of the local citizens. They over charge their communities. Like the local gas stations. They have a small monopoly and take full advantage. Then they place signs begging the township to “shop local”. What a joke. The decafe is 19 ounces for $17.99 and tax. That’s close to a buck an ounce. They got my $42.00 but that will be all. Every time I drive by State Foods Markets anywhere I see them, I will surely inform my guests.

So yet AGAIN...State Foods Supermarket has ruined another holiday! I bought 2lbs of packaged crab yesterday. Today I went to prepare appetizers for Christmas and noticed the crab was EXPIRED by a MONTH AND A HALF! We went to return it and to make matters even worse they were all expired since the beginning of Nov! The manager seemed unbothered and said "I'll talk to them tomorrow".1. How are you not checking expiration dates every week, let alone every month? (I've even seen store labels covering the manufacturer best by date)2. This has been going on for months, so at this point it's a management issue, not employees.

They often have some really great manager's special deals. Great for picking up thick cut bacon in their deli/meat area behind the counter. They have fresh bread. Often good deals on certain produce, frozen items, and fresh meat items. Check weekly sales. There's usually some very good sales each week. It's clean.The items not on sale are a little pricey, but maybe not so much so now with current gas prices being over $4 per gallon might be worth doing some of your regular shopping here at least for the sales and maybe some other items too.The manger is open to suggestions... If they can get and sell a product they'll put it on order. Very nice friendly place.

This is really a convenient place to shop and the prices are very reasonable for this area because we are in the county,away from the main town. The only problem I have is sometimes their prices are a little deceiving because the cantaloupe when I got up to the counter was by the pound not by the cantaloupe. They showed me the tiny print where they had handwritten in 'lbs," and you need a magnifying glass to find it. This has happened twice now and I think when they get the prices printed on signs they should put pound in the same font as the other writing.

Located in the Ranchos on Avenue 12 near Napa . Food is a little bit in the pricy side. Employees are not friendly. We expect more friendly employees in our small town. Lots of stuff to choose from.

Lately Ive been buying my burritos and mexican food at the back counter at this location. The food is great here. Burritos and tacos taste like burritos and tacos. Theyre not buried in flavored salty sauces ,salty beens and chopped fat in the meat itself. And they know how to wrap a burrito tightly too. This place is kept very clean and theyre very friendly. I highly recommentd them.

I went in to get a bite to eat at their deli and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a double chicken sandwich with the toppings of my choice and it was phenomenal and well-priced.They seem to have a good selection, but don't expect to have the range of products that a major supermarket will, but it's the only place to go for the selection they do have in the area. A great little place with an even better atmosphere that is reminiscent of years ago.Local, family owned, good establishment.

Fairly expensive. ALWAYS way too cold in there to shop! I get what I need and get the hell out as quickly as possible. It's ridiculous! The tacos from the kitchen are excellent! Asada, chicken, or al pastor. You can't go wrong.

The meats there are a bit cheaper so I go. It’s always fresh to. But this time I bought some chicken legs and the feathers were still on them. Absolutely gross. Waist of $$. Do better !
