It also has a food "bar" where you can have hot and delicious things to eat on the go or for a party. It has plenty of groceries and it is always clean, stocked and very eye pleasing. The holiday decor it's super cute!

The customer service here USED to be impeccable. The staff is horrible and rude! A few days ago I was trying to buy from the meat department and the worker had his back turned and did not care to check for customers. After 10 minutes of waiting I had to call out to him twice and he was upset as if I were an inconvenience for him.I was over that incident until I went back today and yet another rude employee. I was informing the cashier about the expired items on the shelf and he at first dismissed me and walked away I stood there not sure what had just happened and he came back asking what I wanted. I repeated i was just telling him about the expired items on the shelf and he replied "yeah I got that, what do you want a refund or what?" I said no I was just letting him know so no one else bought the item.I've been shopping here almost 6 years and have never had these encounters, but it's enough for me to not ever go back no matter how close it is.

I've been frequenting this store for going on five year's now. Since my surgery a few year's back, I've had to be very choosy about what I eat. I mostly juice celery and lemons. Eat salads. And healthy foods. I'm always greeted with a smile and kind words.One woman stands out with her kindness and greetings each and every time I need juicing supplies. She seems concerned about my well being after my surgery. It's because of Tracy that I come back.

Every trip to Save Mart involves me making corrections to their staff to fix their product placements with prices, items with no prices labeled, or incorrectly labeled prices/specials. Super frustrating to be doing a job I’not paid to do and leaving with a negative experience everytime.

It's convenient to come here they have good variety for the most part but lately produce has been trash. A few weeks ago I wanted to get some strawberries and they were all literally molded white and green stuff all over the bottom part. I told one of the worker but she didn't seem to care. At the register when i was asked if i found everything okay i told the cashier too. Not sure what they did about it. That was my first incident and now I got this roasted pepper humus last night and this is what I found when i opened it

I was visiting my niece in Madera, Mother’s Day weekend (5-22) we stopped at the local Savemart to pickup a few things all was very nice, until we went to check out. I do not have a number with Savemart, so I tried to press on skip, it would not work, I asked Chris for help, his response “it’s frozen” nothing he can do, meanwhile the line is growing, it was very uncomfortable. The cashier next to us shook his head and said quietly come on, Chris’s response we just have to wait unti it unfreezes, line is growing more, he said to the other cashier “they should buy new machines” it was very uncomfortable he wouldn’t speak to me. I even tried a bit of humor come on it’s Mother’s Day, he just kept chewing his gum. I explained to the people in line it was frozen and we have to wait. Chris needs training to work with people and help him with customer service skills. He was rude, it was extremely uncomfortable, and I felt disrespected. The other cashier, nice young man, apologized for him. I wish I could remember his name as I like to recognize him as he was kind. I hope this helps you identify needs to improve is the Cashier Chris chomping on his gum looking at the customer like he is better. One of my worse experiences.

I don't know what it is about this location.. But the cashier's are rude.. not all but most of them.. I'd rather drive across town to the other Save Mart because they treat you a whole lot better at that store .. I only come to this location if I really have to..I don't recall ever coming to this location and having nice cashier..

I like the remodel.Had a hard time locating a few things, as this is not my usual location.I got to the produce section and the tomatoes were soft and some were beginning to get dark spots,the sweet potatoes were not all that good either.but my overall shopping experience was great.

The guy at the deli always gets my order wrong. I wanted HALF a pound of wings, not .75. Open your ears next time. Plus everyone who works here is rude and conceited. If it wasn't for the produce, I wouldn't come here. That's it.

Rude employees every time I go. If the meat section is out of something and you ask for it you get a sigh from them for inconveniencing them and they won't get it they just say come back later.

They have friendly service but unfortunately they can't keep up to date with their in store products, it is not the first time i encounter expired foods, last week i bought some meat but didnt notice that it had been expired for more than 2 weeks until the day i was about to cook it.. i took it immediately to the store but they did not want to issue me my refund without a receipt so they allowed me to swap it with a new one, however please be aware TO LOOKOUT FOR THE EXPIRATION DATES, do not trust that it is up to date all the time

Save Mart has a large variety of food, but most items are much higher priced than you can buy elsewhere . Check out is speedy. The pharmacy is superior to other drug stores. Most of the time your perception is filled within 15 minutes

Pharmacy is unacceptable. Doesn't keep schedule posted on web site. No schedule information on phone message. Service is terrible. I do not recommend Savemart pharmacy and suggest you avoid at all costs.

Love this store but 2 things are going to get me to start shopping somewhere else. Their producer used to be the best in town and now their tomatoes are not very good. Second I have noticed their prices on food is way to expensive and although I love this store I don't know if I will shop their anymore. Very sad

Remodeling is completed. This is a well stocked grocery store, with a wide variety of foods. Very friendly personnel. A modern grocery store with a clean, organized location with very competitive pricing. You'll enjoy the shopping experience at this store.

Very clean,well maintained. I prefer this location over the Country club , one. Still more expensive than Pak n save, but more convenient if you are just grabbing a few items.

Great staff, look for the deals on certain weekend's.large selection of products, brews, wines and spirits. Cheeses, deli off the hook. I recommend chicken fiesta salad. Fresh Pico de Gallo is good. Jose manager definitely holding it down. Great service.

I go in every Friday to buy a few goodies for my staff for breakfast before 8. There is only one checkstand open and several people in line. It would be wonderful if the managemet thought to accomodate those in a rush to get to work ontime before 8 am and opened another checkstand. It always takes 3 x as long waiting in line as it does to choose and grab my items.

Not my stock up grocery store but if I need something quick its my go to store. Prices are a little bit higher but every thing is fresh and looks great. The store is well kept and the lines for the most part are kept short.
