The parking lot is filled with incompetent drivers, and when you walk inside no one has any awareness. They stay in your way no matter where in the store they are. The people will stop for no reason whatsoever, and even bump into you not day sorry all that all that.

CLEAN AND VERY HELPFUL TO MEHHH, AND IT DIDN'T MATTER IF I WAS LOOK'N LIKE{BUTT NOT BEING}WITHOUT A PLACE; THEY TREATED MEHHH WITH TOTAL RESPECT AND SENSITIVITY I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT 👍 TOO!! I honestly have never experience a more unpleasant experience while grocery shopping at this Rancho San Miguel in Madera. I was at the self check out and one of the cashier managers had to help me look up a purchase item and was upset right off of the bat then towards the end, when I proceeded to make my payment, she then accused me and told me why didn’t you scan those two cans of tomato’s,My wife looked at the lady & asked what are you talking about?You can check all my items and the the supposed Manager said I will check all the items because I know you stole and she called loss prevention to check each item one by one.And the heavyset gentleman started to approach me, really aggressive and talking to me in a manner like if he was going to hurt me once I felt threatened I asked to speak to the manager then the lady then proceeds to laugh and in smirks and says I’m the manager saying now empty your bag!I then dumped my bag out in the shopping cart, and all the items checked out that they were scanned and they were in the wrong and all the manager said oh my bad and looked at keep smirking and then cutting me off to leave already or they’ll call the cops because I wanted to speak to somebody who was upper management, then that “manager” at the register kept saying was I’m the manager nobody else was in upper management,I am a regular customer and have never had any issues with this location I was treated like a thief in front of a whole bunch of families and customers. It was so embarrassing.

I gave you this rating for- dirty bathrooms.- Ordering food to go, you have to go to wait in line to order the food, they give you a sticker you go to the cashier wait in line to pay for it then after you pay for it to go back to the restaurant and wait in line to pick up your food, redundancy and waste of time.- medicine and alcohol is locked and they bring you what you need “ it’s understandable these days but time wasting”.- waiting to pay takes for ever when busy

Well, not much was really left by the time and my parents arrived. This virus has gotten everybody scared to the point where they're buying anything they can get. This is my favorite grocery store of all time. Just imagine going to heaven, it would be this store! The meat department has every kind of cut you can imagine, there is a delicatessen devoted to strictly cheese and a bakery that is to die for! They even have a Taqueria that has whatever your heart desires. Not only is the staff here the welcoming and kind, but the prices are so low that Flo Rida himself would sing about it. So in closing, this grocery store is a prime example of perfection.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I always order cakes from here for all of our occasions because the tres leches cake from here is the best! Customer service is always great from the women in the front! Apart from some mistakes here and there regarding decorations they’re great. I ordered a cake for the 17th and one for the 18th and paid them in full. My cake on the 17th was perfect. I go on Saturday to pick up my cake for the 18th only to find out they didn’t even make it! And they didn’t have the toys they sold to me at an additional cost to decorate my cake either. The options were either wait 30 minutes or get a full refund which when you have lots of guests and are serving a full sheet cake leaves you with very few options of either serving your guests no cake, spending more money elsewhere on various cakes to make up that size, or wait 30 minutes on an already hectic and busy day while my other dessert went to waste because of the wait! So order cakes from here if you want them to not even make your order after paying it in full. So disappointed. Will not be ordering from here again.

This store is clean and prices are much cheaper than bigger name stores. They offer personal butcher service and other ready made foods. For what I bought I would've paid 60.00 plus dollars. I bought veggies, and 3.97 lbs of spareribs. Along with 3 3 packs of beer and it came to 43.00. Only bad thing the checker asked if wanted bags, I said yes, then she threw 2 bags at me which I took as I had to bag my own food. I should've gave 3 or 2 stars because of that but the value of food I got surpassed that.

I appreciate how friendly their employees are. I have only 1 real issue with RSM, & that is there seems to never be enough registers open. Especially during the busiest hours. But they are trying to do better

Placed an order for chicken thighs and fillets through Instacart. The second I brought the bag of groceries into my house I immediately got a whiff of something extremely foul, my husband whom was in the living room also could smell the same odor. When I removed the chicken from the bag the odor was so strong and grey in appearance. It baffles my mind how the person behind the meat counter could not smell it there’s no way possible, the Instacart person had to have smelled it, I normally don’t order meat from here because the times I’ve been in the store the second I come into the meat department it smells like something’s dead. This just solidified my reasons for avoiding meat from this place. Do better and check your meat department on a regular basis you guys are going to get someone severely Ill!

I really liked everything from their store in all areas dept. they treat you with respect and dignity. its very clean and neat store. On what I can say about Rancho San Miguel Market .I know they have it sanitized all the areas . T hey have someone who cleans the restrooms often. so who ever say a word about them just watch your mouth ok .I don"t even like that store Vallarta because they have employees who are rude to customers. I give them a perfect 5 stars They are the O/G of Madera, California #1

What a fabulous market. I was visiting the area and went in for groceries. Loved the wide clean aisles and friendly employees. Especially impressed by the deli, bakery, meat and produce. Basically all of the fresh foods looked great!

I kind of hate the taco restaurant there because the taco meat is too dry and the employees are mean and then everything's scattered and too unorganized and they got our orders wrong and then they gave the other tacos and then they give it to us and in a mean way so we're not going to that taco restaurant AGAIN! I prefer do NOT go to that taco restaurant and the meat hurts my teeth

I really like what they offer here. Their cakes are delicious, they have great pricing for seasonal fruits and veggies, I like the cultural foods that are common in our household, as well as bringing back the nostalgia. Their meat department is questionable, it smells more than a regular meat market.

Quite a large store and the staff seems friendly and helpful. I only give this place 2 Stars because on more than one occasion I picked up items off the shelf it appeared to be Dusty and I check expiration date code and found some items were months passed away expiration date. The produce kind of okay it's hit or miss some days it looks great other days looks like it needs to be thrown out. The meat counter area has a very peculiar smell I don't trust anything from the meat counter area. Homemade tortillas are great along with the homemade tortilla chips and tostadas shells.

We do work for this store as a sub contractor and their kitchen has some really great food. We always end up taking 2 dozen tamales home with us. There bakery is also full of pleasant surprises that are delicious!

I usually have no problem in the store and most of the people are really helpful. Today, however, the girl behind the meat counter must have been having a really bad day. She ignored us for the first three minutes we were standing there and then acted like we were bothering her by giving her an order. I asked if they could give me the cilantro and onions separately instead of on the tacos and she was very irritated. We purchase meals there every week and this is the first time I've had any problems.

Rancho San Miguel is conveniently located on the east side of Madera, and offers a variety af foods, fruits, and vegetables, also has a bakery an kitchen with foid ready to eat, national and international beverages is a busy place specially on the weekends... all and all a good place to shop with friendly staff
