I had purchased a refrigerator from them and I have been waiting for almost 7 months I have gone to the store to resolve this problem but the manager hides and just keeps me waiting in customer service. They sold me the refrigerator there so he needed to take care of this situation. I call customer service as well and they don't know nothing but they did change my card for a purchase I guess they sales person stole my money then I need you Lowe's to resolve my problems with one of your you selling items that are of stock and have been made lying to your customer and not want to help that manager that you have in this store don't know how to handle situations like this and also employees are really disrespectful to customers and don't have the right training to help customers I will do a report on a few of the customers including manager because they thing they are better that the customer I need my refrigerator. You guys play dummy after selling and don't want to help even if you call the customer service they are so bad I will make a report about this store to the California consumers affairs.

Purchased a new washer and dryer. Jesse was very helpful with showing us different models and making the purchase and delivery order. Johnny and Carlos delivered and they were so professional and we appreciate their extra care and friendly service. They were awesome. I contacted the store before delivery having seen a lower price elsewhere and Dan the store manager was super helpful and did a price match adjustment for us. Service was excellent.

This has been the worst experience I have had, I purchased a refrigerator that I been waiting for over 6 months and they have cancelled my order several times and with out me been notified every time I call to ETA they put me on hold and never get back to me I have gone to the store in person and they alway tell different story and the manager hides from me they don’t want to resolve this problem and last time I was there they told me to call the manufactured see see why they been taking so long and when I was taking’s to the manager one of the employees step in to the conversation just to say a sarcastic comment I Lowe’s need to resolve this problem and get me my refrigerator I order over 6 months ago. The employees had bad service they don’t what they doing and need to be trained for customer service until today I’m still waiting on my refrigerator

The protect the employees were particularly very nice I had one guy who walked me all the way back six rows and then stayed with me and and walked me to another section just to help me find screws very knowledgeable I will continue to go to the Lowe's on Blackstone in fresno

Horrible customer service. The employees like to talk bad about customers right next to them. You are followed around and offered no help when needed. I highly suggest to give other stores business before this one, even if that means going out of town.

There is a balding young man that blocks the self checkout and trys to have everyone show him their cards and Id and he will look alittle too long, common im just trying to buy some paint sticks. And he will be awkwardly up in your personal area and try to handle your cards and wallet, especially if your older. Someone get ahold of this man before he ruins lowes. 130 pm tuesday.

Great store! Clean, well organized and comparable prices. Employees are courteous and knowledgeable with their departments. There's plenty of parking available and is located conveniently near the freeway and restaurants.

Love this place, as once an employee as well. Miss my co-workers and some of my bosses I used to work with. A place I got to be myself and enjoy the people and Co worker's. Some outgoing co-workers & I had a lot of fantastic customers. Prices are a little high, but u get what you pay for. I still get my 10% discount it helps. Won't choose another place. Only if I have to.

Not good. Drove 20 miles to pickup a Chest style freezer that my husband had seen earlier in the day. I got there and there was no one in the department to be found. Waited 10-15 minutes at the help desk finally raised my voice loudly to ask "is there anyone that can help in appliance department" finally had Jania come over to help. Showed her the model we wanted and was told that it would have to be ordered. I told her that I needed it today and I was willing to buy the floor model. She told me that wasn't possible. I asked to speak to the dept. Manager to see if I could work something out.. answer was" I m the Dept. Manager" and " No it's not an option". I asked if another Lowes might have one in stock and she said "No"So I called Walmart and they have a larger Frigidaire 7cuft freezer for $35.00 less and will deliver to my home free tomorrow. Done deal! Paid for it and Lowes lost my business for the day. Carlos in that dept. did go the extra mile and checked in the back to see if there was any other models available..there were but they were an additional $89.00. He tried and also told me that apparently my husband had spoken with the department managers direct supervisor earlier in the day... oops🙄

The staff here is extremely helpful. I went to home depot for some fittings for my pool pump and they did not even attempt to help me. The workers at lowes went above and beyond to search for what I needed and even though they did not have it, the manager Ryan was able to piece something together for me that worked! I highly recommended this location.

this is a great clean store. I find better clearance here than the other Lowe's They also have lower prices. The people are very helpful. I stop by every chance I get. Now that I think about it I do need a lawn mower.

I come here to buy bagged sand. Heavy stuff, it needs to be in a strong bag and that's what I get from here. I still don't understand why at Home Depot it's in a paper bag, merely grabbing it to lift it would tear these paper bags apart.

This place is horrible they don’t know what they are selling, I got backsplash installed and they didn’t install all of it they gave me wrong colored tile they sold5 extra box of tile and bunch of stuff that was extra they don’t want to refunded me for the square footage that they didn’t do installers didn’t connect my gas rang oven back on properly gas was leaking for over 5 hr

Great place to get your pavers, they have a lot of selections and they are by the garden register with their codes, Home Depot doesn't have it that nice. I did notice some of plants dying from lack of water but I think that's for all stores except actual plant nurseries, so sad. Most everyone is friendly and helpful.

Got a full size portable dishwasher, listed price was $649.00 special order. It arrived with a small dent in the back. Customer cancelled the order so they put it on the floor for $349.00, I said I'll take it, but can I get a discount for the dent. Sure, out the door, $215.00 even.

I purchased a garage door about 5 yrs ago. I didn’t post back then but now it’s time. To make a long story short I went in to purchase a garage door. There was an error on his part on doing the paperwork. Mind you he’s been working there for years. Should have known his stuff or maybe he did that’s why he did what he did. Supposedly canceled order. Did paperwork again. Looked over my paperwork & noticed he never canceled other order and was charged twice. Everyone there gave me the run around including their call center but I believe in karma wholeheartedly
