It's a pretty decent store. Each grocery outlet is like a box of chocolates, you really don't know exactly what you're going to come out with. A wide variety of food and cool food discoveries await.

Grocery Outlet really is a Bargain Market! Some very interesting items that you may not find anywhere else, plus an extensive selection of cheeses, meats, and wine. The frozen food section has some very good values.

Why am I obligated to pay for extra bags cuz this incompetent clerk doesn't know how to consolidate groceries. Used 8 bags in what could have fit in 4 bags if she knew how to consolidate.Don't know why fat blonde white girl bagging my groceries got to handle my groceries like she got a problem with me. Just dropping my the grocery bags in the cart like she trying break the items I just purchased. Poor customer service.

Make sure you check your receipt after shopping here. I came in and bought 6 canned teas and didn’t realize until I got home that I was charged $3.99 for nail polish. I’m not sure how if my cousin was ahead of me and only bought one item and there was nobody behind me so I don’t see how it could have been an accident.

I really enjoy shopping at your store, but with prices so high in general, I get really upset when overcharged. I cannot go into the store because of health issues, so I have to send my husband by himself. Again today he was overcharged for Sara Lee pies. They should have been BOGO according to the ad and the signage in the store, but he was charged $4.99 for each pie. I know it is difficult to keep up with pricing, but it seems like every week we end up getting overcharged. That adds up when on a pension! Thanks for your attention to this matter.

I honestly love this store. It has great if not the same price as any other premium good store in town. During the holidays the deals are amazing and fit perfectly into my strict budget. Stuffing turkey cranberry sauce.and easy snacks for myself and the kids for low prices. The owner is a genuinely great guy. You won't regret going to this grocery outlet. I promise.

I like this store it’s also great if your on a budget! But the selections are not to big they might also have something one week but then the next it’s gone the staff is friendly the lines go pretty fast and it’s fairly clean for as busy as it gets they have good prices on the pack of chicken legs and the juices are reasonably priced just sometimes like I said they will be out of certain things which is ok if your looking for affordable this is the spot especially if you got kids and gotta keep snack around for them

I've been to this location a few times and don't think I'll be back because of racial profiling. Was asked if I needed bags replied with paper. Asked again and said paper please. Then the cashier Matt asked me if I was paying with EBT. I work at a grocery store and have never thought to ask any customer this question. Seems like an odd question because once the transaction is in process you can tell what the payment method is. Off putting at most. The older manager/bagger walked away once he noticed I was irritated. Very unprofessional and rude. That's the last 60 dollar I'll ever spend there.

Very well organized and clear about cart sanitation. Friendly staff. Always great prices. Also, they almost always have a great gluten free section full of freezer meals, comes in very handy for last minute lunch or dinner in a pinch.Besides Costco, Grocery Outlet is my go to for groceries.

The store I've been shopping at twice is nice. The staff is courteous and very helpful. You don't need a discount card. It seems reasonably priced compared to other stores.It's a clean store. Shelves are a little crowded, but clean. It's fairly well organized. But remember what's on the shelf is what's in the store.

Had an issue with buying a broken pizza stone. At first the woman who helped me over the phone was rude and rushed me off the phone. I left feedback on grocery outlet's website and within one day I received a response! The owner of the location personally reached out to me. She was incredibly helpful and looked up my order information. She verified the purchase, talked to the person who I spoke with over the phone and let her know how to better assist the next guest, and told me I could exchange the broken pizza stone the very next day. I went in today and spoke with the owner who personally handed me the new pizza stone and a voucher for $3 of my next purchase. She thanked me for being a returning guest and was so nice!! Definitely an awesome experience and I appreciate how she went above and beyond to help me!

Love this store. They have a lot of specialty products at great prices. Come here to stock up on quality snacks and cereals for the pantry. They have a lot of the limited edition and specialty products that come out seasonally or as part of promotions so you have to grab them when you see them otherwise they will be gone the next time you are there.

It's like a bargain basement Tahoe Joe's. Lots of organic products at a decent price. Considering what Grocery Outlet is, they have a very extensive selection of bacon--at great prices--and cheese, also at great prices. I was really surprised. They also have a great selection of produce, which also surprised me. Overall, I think it's a great little grocery store.
