Is Elaine's pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely. We've boarded our dogs at a lot of places over the years, and Elaine's is easily the best place we've ever used. At our previous boarding facility (which shall remain unnamed), our escape artist dog managed to climb out of the kennel (8-foot tall chain link fence siding) and was almost hit on a nearby busy road. No worries about that at Elaine's. They provides playtime, lots of love, and the dogs come home happy, tired, and clean. The price is far cheaper than an expensive emergency vet visit, and we get regular updates on the pups.

Had my cat boarded here. Like the spaciousness of the kennel, that there are windows to see the yard, and they even let him roam the cat room sometimes. Really happy with the experience.

My 5 month old Goldendoodle LOVES Elaine’s and so do I. The staff is beyond courteous and always loving. I have zero concerns dropping off our fur baby because I know he is well loved. When I pick up our dog from play sessions or boarding he misses Elaine’s as we drive away. I highly recommend Elaine’s.

Our Dogs loved their stay at Elaines Pet Resort. They practically dragged us in the building on our drop off day! They had a meet & greet a couple of weeks prior. We picked them up after a 10 day stay and they were perfectly healthy and happy!! I highly recommend!

We had our puppy at Elaine's for 10 days for obedience training. The training was fantastic, and our puppy came home a much better puppy‼️👍

I've taken my dog here multiple times throughout the last few years. I really like the staff and my fur baby seems happy to stay. They sometimes give you a photo or a grade card which is really cute. The grade card shows all of the activities she's done and how she's behaved along with some written notes from staff. I pay a little extra for the pool package because my fur baby loves to swim.Staff called me today to let me know that one of her nails was broken and bleeding a little bit. More than likely happened when playing. I appreciated the phone call to keep me informed of how she was doing. The first time I took her there I called to check on her and the staff was very helpful. Whenever we go on a vacation and cannot take her we always bring her to Elaine's.

My dog and cat spent a few days here while my wife and I were were out of town. Elaine's took great care of both pets. Staff are good about ensuring the pets got their medications and properly feeding them. Plus, all the staff are professional and attentive.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This was the first time boarding my dog. She has very special food requirements and isn't exactly a social animal. Elaine's nailed it! They took great care of her and I am so grateful. I am definitely going to use them again and again. My little dog had the 'celebrity' package and I consider it to have been a great value. The only thing I would like to see in the future is a live cam or at least daily pix or videos sent to email or text.

Truly cannot praise Elaine’s and their staff enough. Our very loud 8 year old (and 108lb!) husky Sebastian has been there twice and he comes home tired. We can’t wait for our boarding reservation. He also got a bath and furminator today and looks INCREDIBLE. Better than any grooming we’ve had. We love Elaine’s!

Despite staff being friendly I am really disappointed in them only giving my dog who has never been to any sort of resort/boarding place 4 hours to determine she cannot board there. I dropped off my husky for her meet and greet and she showed fearful aggression. She didn’t snap at anyone but she did growl and didn’t want anyone to come near her. I pre warned them in our phone conversation that she is a high anxiety dog and is unsure of people at first but if you give her some time to warm up she is the best dog !! They put her in her room for a few hours by herself and then went into her room to try to get to know her, she growled and showed fear. After 15 min she allowed the staff member to put the leash on her. Took her out to restroom brought her back. Then they sent two more staff members to approach where they got the growling too and from there determined she cannot board there because she is fearful. Didn’t snap or try to bite. I don’t feel they tried hard enough to make her feel comfortable. You would think for a dog who has never been in that kind of environment you’d give it more than 4 hours and of those hours maybe had 1.5 hours of it interaction with her.

This review is specifically about day care. I have not boarded my dog overnight at this location.Really, really, happy. The day care program is an extraordinary value. Picked up a very happy, exhausted pup. Kudos to the team from Walter!

Have used Elaine’s Pet Resort for years for our dogs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of packages for boarding your dog, which our dogs have always enjoyed. A complete pet resort! We will continue to use Elaine’s for boarding our dog as long. A 5 star rating place for pets!

My dog had a bad experience at Elaine's. I gave them specific care information that was not adhered to. She is very lean and lost 3 pounds in a week long stay. Although their reviews seem very good, unfortunately this was my first and last experience at Elaine's Pet Resort.

Just moved to the area from out of state and was so excited to get my dog set up to go to Elaine’s. Turns out, they don’t allow pitbulls in their play groups. Huge disappointment.

Unbelievably compassionate. Comped my 4 cats stay when we were evacuated from the creek fire. Was surprised and grateful. Would recommend to everyone. Duchess,Tramp, Mama and M.J. were well taken care of. Thankyou Elaines.

The receptionist was very helpful and it would of been nice to have my pet stay there but unfortunately the meet and greet rule that they have is the reason for the low score what is someone supposed to do when they are coming in from out of state and will be arriving after they're closing times on a friday. Maybe they only take in local customers, also my pet would of needed to stay in a over night kennel during the last 30 days. Im sorry but my dog has a very large back yard during the day and he is inside the house at night 7 days a week they're is no need for him to be staying at over night kennels. Only time i consider it is when we go out of town.

We used them awhile back, and they were so sympathetic to our circumstances and made allowances for us. They were really good with our dogs, even though my one dog peed on everything and tore up her and her brother's bed. They bagged it up, which I thought was kind of funny.. Not sure what they thought we were gonna do with it once we got home, but it just kind of amused me.

I have no problem with Elains taking care of our dog, but I do have a problem with their latest price increase of 24%. I can see a small increase but this is over the top.
