I stopped at this store randomly, I hadn't been there since they first opened. Customer service is very bad, I asked some guy that was standing by the bread where the thongs where and he gave me a dirty look, because I had interrupted his conversation with a female employee. I bought pan dulce and it tasted like pine sol. Not to mention the whole store smells like death!! It was literally intolerable. I can say I won't be shopping there again!! I don't recommend this store at all.

Good selection, BUT PRICES HAVE INCREASED over the last few weeks.MEATs can be found cheaper at major stores, among other items.A place that used to be advertised as cost friendly, has slowly turned on the high end.

The store overall is always clean. However the prices are ridiculously high. I basically get my chicken for my dogs. What a 10lb bag was between $6 7. But now it's doubled in price! I know prices are up everywhere, but it's just crazy. A whole chicken is almost $20.00! When it should be much cheaper since it's not cut up already. Just so sad the economy has ripped off everyone!

I go here all the time, service is always exceptional, however today the girl in the front with glasses and black hair treated somebody very poorly and unprofessional, she needs to be assessed.

I'm very pleased with their wide variety selections on meats (and pretty much everything) for a mid sized market. The customer service i received was fantastic from meat department to cashier. Prices are reasonable.

They need security outside and by the door. Parking needs improvement Cashier's are friendly. Food is good quality. That's just my opinion.

I live in Sacramento I'm here once every 2 weeks there is no other store I would shop at .the meat departments is always clean the girls there are awesome. Good job .

I like this grocery store, I always get my meat, cream, and cheese there fresh. And they are at a good price. Also the guy who works at the bakery, is so nice and friendly.

I go here for all my Mexican needs lol Ever since I came here I no longer go to esperanza or Rancho San Miguel. The service here is amazing. Once my 1 year old was having a fit crying and the panadero gave her a mini pan dulce. I didn't even know they made those lol.

This store used to be called bridge store but now its a different name. I walked in and I was not disappointed at all, this store had everything I couldn't find in other stores and it was really well stocked, also the prices were real good

Amazing store I lived 5 houses away ..Great Family market great deals friendly staff..You can pay some bills there ..Meat counter is very convenient clean a customer service is very friendly ..Wide selection of meats with butcher on site...Very good deals..

Good place pay bills and grab some sweet bread.. They bake some pretty good cakes as well . CUSTOMER service is good too.. I just prefer to do my grocery shopping elsewhere..

They're a scam, the Arabian owners get upset when you ask for cash back and skim a couple dollars. The little girls at the register also get upset. Don't shop here.

One of the outlets in Madera where you would get a variety of meat options to choose from and friendly vendors to help you with your choice of cut; also you get sea food such as peeled, or cooked shrimp, Talapia, & cat fish at reasonable price.
