Excellent service. Staff were very helpful and attentive. When I explained what I was looking for one of the gentlemen went above and beyond in explaining what I would need and giving recommendations. The product selection is good but a lot of stuff seems like it’s been on the shelves for a while collecting dust. The prices aren’t as good as shopping online but I prefer to support a local business.

Love this place. The employees there are very helpful. I go there for my feeder fish, meal worms, and basking lamps. As well as dog treats. Always a pleasant experience.

Whoever hired that groomer needs to rehire someone else. He does not want to work. He tells you a time to come and then you go and he doesn't want to do the job. Then just say that. Stop wasting people's time!!!! Terrible pet shop. Please go elsewhere

My husband was told by they accept walking just b there early they open @8:00. We were there @7:45. The Groomer opened up @8:30🤦🏾‍♀️ When we discussed the cut we wanted he explained he didn't hv the clippers for that. We ended up with a same day appt w/PETCO! Best decision ever!

I live in the area and always go here for all my pet needs. The employees are very helpful and nice. It’s been here for years and not going to lie some things can be pricey compared to other pet shops but when it’s near by you can’t complain

This place sure has changed but not for the better..The customer service used to be on point but now you can stand in the back and wait for long periods as nd no one even says HELLO or may I help you. It's very dirty all the time now. Things not well organized and dirty floor. They truly need better customer service and more knowledgeable people to help in the store. A nice Hello welcome would be appreciated.

Please be cautious of this establishment if you’re going to groom your dog. We took my dog for grooming services and it’s been three days since she went and her leg might have been fractured or pulled a little too hard. She cries when we try to pick her up. She did not have any injury at all prior to taking her. It was probably not done on purpose but groomer might have been a little to rough with my dog.

Very helpful. Thinking of making it ny one stop shop for my animals. They have a hairless rat that had babies she was interesting to see. Overall friendly and answered any to all my question. Thank you. And for the type of animals/reptiles im looking, best price hands down.

I used to get turtles here when I was only 12 then I moved out of Lynwood. They have baby turtles and sub adults. They even have tanks you can buy from them that have stands. This store sells turtles, fish, spiders, mice, and many more!!! I will be back to this place again one day!!!! Thank you!!!!

They did not want to cut my dogs hair, because he was not going to let himself, so unprofessional or perhaps a lazy owner and does not have patience with pets. He said take him to the vet for they can sleep him!!! Really to get a hair cut 😂😂please don’t work with pets if you cant handle them.

Don’t recommend getting a reptile at this place, I went looking for a snake and they were selling a (Albino milk snake) not worth the price it originally is, to top it of it was infested with mites. If that snake was infested most likely the rest of the animals they have there are as well.
