It's odd cause I feel like this place can be inconsistent at times. Food wise, at least, one day it'll be a 10 the next pretty mediocre. That being said they're never lower than. Kitchens quick. The teenager behind the counter (they rotate) always seems in a bad mood but pretty much expected from kids. I'd never rate this place lower than a 5 though.

We got breakfast here this morning and it was outstanding! Everything was very fresh, and flavor was amazing.They put my huevos rancheros in a burrito for me, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. We are local and will definitely be going back for more. Hats off to the chef👏

This is as authentic as it gets when it comes to Mexican food. It has the feel as if you're in Mexico itself with the smells and sounds to make you feel as if you're part of a long line of family members. I love the food and the service.

This is a great place to grab some fresh fruits and vegetables, Wonderful and we'll stocked. If you love Mexican food your in luck, they have a full Mexican menu for takeout! The flavors are excellent and traditional. If you thought that's it, your wrong, they have a full carnicera ( butcher). All your favorites with a fair price. I highly recommend this place, clean and friendly it's on my radar now.

This place is amazing.. I've only gone there for for their take out so far, but the store is great.. Prices are great and they have friendly staff. The quality of the meat department looks divine. Wish I could cook what they offer! The quality of their take out is amazing. Instead of going to a taco truck.. I go there now. They have the same menu and more and the quality of their meat is outstanding! Melts in your mouth! It may be a be different depending who is cooking that day, but everytime its delicious. And even for something like lunch.. they are fast! Highly recommended.. we can't get enough of this place. Go about 6-7 times per month.

I love their food! Authentic, delicious, fresh. The produce is lovely and great prices too. Please, please, check out there meat selection. It's so fresh! Very friendly people there. The one in Lower Lake is the best. The one in Kelseyville doesn't have it together as well but maybe things have changed since I last ate there just don't get creative with the menu because they might not understand.

I just moved near this La Monarca after being a continual customer at the Kelseyville store. They are just as friendly, this store is bigger and has more items. I love the fresh produce and meat market. The butcher also keep items in the back so if you want a certain cut and don't see it, be sure and ask. The kitchen has the same quality menu; their chili rellano burrito is my favorite. I have never been disappointed with any item I have tried.

Incredible Latino market. They have chicken and ribs being BBQued outside with delicious sauces. The market has a butcher area with lots different kinds of cuts; the bakery is small, but has a variety of savory and sweet baked goods. The market has a decent amount of products which was super cool to see and try new things. Got some guavas, tiny bananas that were super sweet. I highly recommend it.

Awesome, small town store! Good prices, friendly employees I would definitely go back. Got everything and more that I needed here. Friends and family preferred this store over Wal-Mart in town.

Nice store. I like the improvements in the vegetable and spice section. The prepared food is awesome. The meat department is clean, fresh looking meat and a good variety. Love the bakery also. Such a wide variety for a small store.

The food is amazing! They catered our wedding. We asked them to cater for 80 people. There was enough food to feed 100 people! Everyone raved about the food! The owner even went out of her way to show up the day before our wedding to make sure we had the proper set ups for the food. If you want Mexican food for an event, I highly recommend this place!!

This is a wonderful little Mexican grocery store. Generally, their prices for common groceries are higher than other grocery stores in the area. A bright spot is their freshly baked desert/bread products! They have a broad variety of cakes, cookies and other desert items in a large glass case. You serve yourself. I especially enjoy their Mexican Almond bread, which is actually pound cake! It's the best I've ever had! Service is excellent/polite. The clerks are all bi-lingual! I buy from the store every week!

when you get wind of a place you have to try it out. I had the fresh pork tamales made on Saturday and Sunday only. Also I had had an order of the chicken tacos and beef tacos. All was good. Must purchase a year register!

I love this place - it makes me feel like traveling in Latin America again. Food for sale with a few tables to sit by. Weekend BBQs in the parking lot (chicken and pork ribs yesterday). The market seems decent - maybe a little on the expensive side - but I've not bought too much yet. Super nice service and a great opportunity to brush up the Español skills.

I like the changes that have been going on at the store, I haven't been there since the fire in lower lake when the house I lived in was burned down but I have realized that I miss the people and the food they sell and Cook.
