We had a message showing up in our main 3-zoned AC/Heating system that one thermostat was not communicating with the system, which made all of them stop working and left us without air conditioning and heating service. We have a fairly new ducted heat pump system. I was hoping to find someone with good experience in the field and close by home.The Senior Tecnician Cliff was sent to my home. It was a God sent. He is a very kind, attentive, patient, knowledgeable and diligent professional that figured out the issue, fixed it, and took time to let the system run for enough time to make sure every thermostat was working properly, old and new troubling messages disappeared and air from all vents were properly coming at the set temperatures. He also reminded me and showed me how to change the air filter for the system and answered all questions I had during the service, as I followed him around to learn more about our A/C and heating system in our new home. No unnecessary parts were changed and we hail his high technology skills greatly.We are thankful and very appreciative of Cliff’s work, honesty and professionalism, and we would recommend him to anyone who needs ac/heating services without hesitation. We believe his work and demeanor reflects the values and approach other technicians from this company would present. From the first contact on the phone with Lacey, and then working with Cliff, we know and feel we are in great hands when we use their help. Thanks to all.

The visit for the hot water heater was positive in that he was very thorough in trying to isolate and correct the problem . Unfortunately, it still malfunctioned after his departure. He did his best now we realize it's time to replace the unit. He also helped us to connect with having our generator service. Both calls were good and the servicemen were very professional an we enjoyed their kindness!

I hired Jonas to install radiant floor heating ( I love it)3 Mitsubishi mini split heat pumps for air conditioning and a huge solar ground mount system with a battery backup system. I liked dealing with them so much that today they are installing an auxiliary generator. Surprising their prices were in line with their competitors even though they have outstanding service.they are highly recommended.

Called only days before Christmas and Was able to be seen day after. Worked out and we met day after that because I still had family in town. Yohannes who has great customer service! Payed $149.00 for service call due to high fumes but after inspection could find nothing wrong. Fumes were normal due to dust. I recommend Jonas for future needs.

Jonas Energy installed a 100% off grid solar system for me with a carport that has 18 solar panels, an inverter, 3 batteries as well as a generator and propane tank to run it as a backup. They also installed a 4 unit mini-Split for heat and air inside my house. Excellent job on both. All staff were incredible!Last night I had an issue where the generator kicked on at 4am. (learning curve error on my part + no Wi-Fi yet for their app) An unhappy neighbor threw at least 100-200 rocks at the back of my house and did felony damage. I had to figure out how to shut everything down in the dark while dodging rocks. Josh and Jim came out this morning to help me get the system back up and running. Both were super helpful. Highly recommend Jonas! Absolutely love the system!
