Bathroom is clean. Lots of snacks and souvenirs. They are currently going through a construction. One of the gas pump was not working. Came in 3am and the worker was making coffee.

This place needs help, it needs to be remodeled the bathroom sinks were horrible and the soda fountain area was really nasty rusted out and caps missing and dusty as you can see in pictures, this must be an older one however very disappointing compared to all the other loves I’ve been to I did not dare go check shower rooms bathroom was scary enough.

This location was great for what I needed: gas, RV dump, laundry, hot food.Staff were really helpful and very nice. Laundry has 2x washers, 2x dryers. RV dumpsite was easy to use.

Dear and Respected Corporate Officials please check It during the Day I never seen anyone who is cleaning restrooms from time to time . Very Unhygienic bad for health One can Easily trapped to UTI disease ; Nasty restrooms Stinking. & truck Fuel island area full of Pothole all over . Can damage a semi truck suspension , tire and so on & above all Rude Behavior , get them properly trained

The Love's is ok. But the logistics to get in and out is a nightmare! Be aware. Not enough bathrooms, especially for the ladies.Also, too few gas pumps for cars.

Ladies room needs some serious attention! No paper towels, a broken sink, and all stalls were locked, and only one person using one stall, so several were out of service.For a super busy truck stop, this can't be! Had to wait to use the seemingly only working toilet. Unacceptable.

This is one of my favorite Love’s stops. The employees here all seem to be very nice. The store is very clean and so are the restrooms. Inside the store they have a Subway sandwich station in an Arby’s restaurant. A word to the drivers, after you fuel up pull your truck out of the way and be courteous. If you have to go inside or use the restroom wait until you pull your truck out of the way of the fuel island

I am a Love's lover. I'm glad they came back to selling fruit cups, which are much healthier than bars, candy, chips, jerky, and fried hot dogs, thus reducing my star count from 5 to 2 :( .. HERE'S WHAT I WROTE IN OCTOBER 2020: This one's discontinuation of the fruit cups is very disappointing. This terrible decision ranks this particular Love's alone with the untruckable diesel-less one in Aurora, Nebraska as the lone Love's that I hate. I love all the other 20something Love's that I've been to. I left the second star for a positive reason that would be counterproductive for positive advertising. So I switched my planned stop on the return route to Flying J in Lebec atop the Grapevine. But, at least the Santa Nella Love's gets it and has the fruit. .. AS I ADD TODAY IN AUGUST 2021: Thank You for bringing back the fruit, now back only up to 4 Stars because I do have to ding one off for discontinuing to have long-handled squeegees - I drive a truck!

Updated: pumps were down so we got gas elsewhere. Stopped in for the bathrooms an food. Definitely not the cleanest loves bathrooms I’ve seen. Place needs some updates an some love. The lights were literally falling out.Old review Place wasn’t packed. It was clean. Staff was nice. Even had a changing table in the men’s room. Which I haven’t ever seen and I’ve been all over lol. Place was stocked. Good pit stop before or after the GV if you want to avoid the GV gas places an prices. We specifically drove past those just to stop here cause Loves Gas Stations are the best!

What are we calling this chapter of Revelations today? Gas-pocalypse? Well, no matter how high the gas prices are climbing, every pump is occupied and it seems that everyone is taking advantage of the free windshield cleaners that are available in 2 sizes - regular and broomstick for larger vehicles.Clean, brightly lit and fairly clean bathrooms, there's nothing to complain about today on 3/11/2022.

On 1/31/2022 I went in to get my alternator checked. As I suspected, it was bad, and needed to be changed. The men at the shop did a great job on the repair. The ladies room is horrible. One stall closed for repair. Other 3 doors are broken, holes in them stuffed with toilet paper. No tops on napkin receptacles that are overflowing. No toilet paper holders. Dirty! Stuff all over the floors, floors flooded with water. Toilets covered in all matters. Walls splattered with bodily fluids. No hot water in 2 of the only sinks with running water

While going through receipts am reminded about this Loves. Recently began leaving Google reviews. Unfortunately, no photos. Still learning at that point what would help reviews and the station for improvements.I’d include a review to the Loves app staff, but it’s been a couple of months. Probably won’t be back to this location again. Rather use the station across the street as a result of this instance.Because I was tired and had to leave due to condition of station jotted notes on my receipt from gas. 4/17/23 at 8:55 pm stopped to get gas, basics, and nap.My windows were caked in bug goo from several hours since my last Loves stop. Zero and I mean zero water or squeegees. Apparently someone stole them is what I was told. So, get new ones?Unable to get receipt outside. Went inside to get it.Inside was a bit chaotic compared to the dozens of other states and all the Loves across country visited. Can not for the life of me relate to the high reviews. Maybe there were variables that influenced this particular night.Wasn’t feeling safe based on the environment. Went to the station across the street. Clean washer fluid and squeegees. Clean store. Great rest.I use the Loves app to focus on primarily Loves when traveling because of the consistent service. Other then Iowan stops where no matter which I visited, there are sad faces and no one makes eye contact. This was the bottom of the list of Loves I’ve visited.Now that I’ve done reviews for roughly eight thousand miles since theres plenty of comparison on record.I make time to notify Loves in the app when people do great things but might otherwise go unnoticed. One manager in Fernley, NV, Mr Torres, said this helps recognize people who could get bonuses.Based on great reviews may stop by again since I have my backup station next door.

Showers are out of order right now, but by the way they tend to the bathroom, I wouldn't trust the showers anyway. I don't know if it's the caliber of people rolling through here or an employee or staffing issue, but in my only mos of being on the road, this has got to be the worst Love's I've been to considering they're supposed to be known for their clean facilities. I was stuck here 2 nights for mechanical service. First night I walked into the restroom, a trash can was in one of the sinks (guess it was out of order) and there was a jar & lid in one of the bathroom🤔stalls and paper/toilet seat covers on the floor. Walked in at least 3 more times the 2nd day and again, paper all over the floor in the stalls. Glad I didn't see anything on the paper anytime I used the stalls, but I didn't really need to since the stalls smelled like urine that was attempted to be masked by the horrible battery-operated air fresheners. I may have been willing to walk elsewhere for whatever my needs were, if not for the 108° heat. They should consider lowering their fuel prices to be more competitive to the other fuel stations for the simple fact that they are currently a mess, especially with 2 of their fuel islands shut down while a line of trucks that goes out the street blocks off parked trucks needing to exit.

I make it a point to stop at Love's along my routes! This location was clean and had everything a typical Love's has. It also has an Arby's for those who want a decent sandwich for the road. Prices are typical for most Love's and convenience stores. The staff was friendly and efficient.I would recommend this location to anyone who needs fuel, beverage, something to eat, or a shower for those who need it.

One of the LEAST cleanest Loves truck stops. I did see an employee mopping the floors, but this truck stop needs Jesus and a deep cleaning! The store smells like rotten eggs or the trucker entrance does.FYI; Parking lot is super tiny and gets very crowded, not oversized friendly.But on the positive side, there’s a great food truck across the street from the parking lot!

Amazing customer service, asked if they had an item, they showed me inventory appologized that the product I wanted was out of stock and offered to help me find it near by. Top notch professional customer service DO NOT go to Pilot across the street unless you have to.

Just stopped by to fuel up was greeted the moment I walked into the store by a young lady named Dianne very friendly, helpful. I asked where the restroom was she directed me to my surprise where very clean, stocked up soap and toilet paper most truck stops are a mess but I was very impressed with this location in Lost Hills. Very pleasant experience from a quick pit stop to fuel up, use their restroom this will be a place I stop at from now on when I'm in the area.

Yesterday 2/4/23, I dropped my wallet and a Loves employee turned it in to the manager. I stopped for gas & potty break. I can’t thank manager Tino and maintenance worker, enough. I love, Loves and always frequent them when I’m on the road. Kindness is the word for 2023. Thank you Love employees for being kind and thoughtful. I will see you again 💕 ⭐️

Got lost trying to find my way, phone died so I stopped here and the staff was very kind, polite and helpful. Dianne was a dream helping me find everything I needed for my 3 year old. The store was so clean and neat and the coffee was fresh made (which is just what I needed) which made the whole experience so much more better especially when dealing with a crying hungry tired toddler. I will just have to stop by again when I head back home. Thank you all for your patience understanding and for just be so helpful. I wish there was most people like all of you to make road trips so much better.
