Pros: Large selection of items, friendly staff, good prices.Cons: Aisles are always crowded, lots of items always seem to be out of stock. They carry an item for a little while, then they never seem to have it again. Check out is a nightmare most of the time. Usually only one person on register and line is 10 or more people deep. Several times I have seen customers put items back and walk out. I have done so twice.

I like going here because it is a fast in and out for things I need. I like that they usually have a sale on chips and soda for the family. I also like the fact that I can buy my dogs canned food for only two cents a can more than a certain Giant store I don't like.The staff are super friendly and know where everything is.

Poor customer service, complaints were ignored , blame put on customer, cashier threatened customer, manager ignored customer complaint because an employee quit . I do not recommend this store

Ever since the renovation they definitely have stepped up their game. But it is still iffy. It all depends on who is working at the Dollar General that day. Sometimes the line gets extremely long and it seems as if they don't have speakers to call for backup instead if anything they yell for an employee. But all in all the place is pretty good for a small town convenience store

IM AM VERY ANGRY!! If I could give this store any less stars, I would! All because of their manager named Malinda! She is by FAR the rudest, most disrespectful, and unprofessional person I've seen work ANYWHERE! She humiliated me in front of other people more than once by talking down to me. Then told her employees to escort me out of the store next time I come in based of a false accusation! I've never been so insulted by a manager anywhere! I shop at this dollar general nearly every other day because I work a block away. I have always been a paying customer who has never not been polite. To be treated so unfair and horrible by a manager is completely uncalled for and I'm going to talk to whoever it is that she answers to and make sure this gets set straight!!!

They are very friendly people, helpful, and prompt. I like the fact that they have public restrooms that are usually well kept. Shelves are sometimes a mess but it's never too bad.

With where I live, Dollar General is the town's Super Walmart. This is a awesome store for our community to have. There's a incredible amount of merchandise they stock, especially for the size of the building. There prices are right in line with Walmart's, sometimes even better. I'm very grateful that Dollar General is in our community.

Well if your looking for something special or unexpected. Hold on to your cart. It's a Quant store much like hardware store. PACK AS MUCH INTO SMALL PLACE.Sounds like moving day for me. Staff willing to help but short handed. I came in at 8pm on Friday as each store has different items it stocks. This one working off first order. See what moves amd stock as needed. Yes needs end caps reworked and one way cart issues worked on.Since i just moved into town I'm going to reserve until i can

It is a store chain, noting to write home about it, if you have a chance to use WalMart go for it, prices are better and products are handled in a better way. If it is the only store available then it should do. DG great their employes just like a WalMart low pay and no benefits.

This store was a nuce clean well stocked store. But lately its messy products all over the floor scattered. Out of almost everything. The help is sbout nonexsistant what happened? It should close if rhis is the way you are running this company!! Its disgustingly filthy. You dont dare touch any surface without alcohol wipes or gloves!!!

My 22 yr old autistic son lovvves treasure hunting ...this is his favorite treasure chest of all..he is treated so kindly and respectfully the ladies here make him feel like he has knowen them his whole life ...well a big part of it ..they have an amazing staff .

Dollar General in Los Molinos is five star! The people are all wonderful, friendly, and most helpful. I am at that store at least 3X's a week. I have also gone to the Red Bluff store and I was not impressed. Everyone seemed to be to busy with busy work to even acknowledge our presence. Their prices on some of their items are higher than the grocery stores. They were never able to give me an answer as to why their bread was priced higher than every store in Red Bluff and Los Molinos including the Dollar General in Los Molinos. I found that true in quite a few of their products. Although it's a larger store and they carry more items, I do not like going there unless I absolutely have to. I would rate the Red Bluff store only 21/2 - 3 stars

Bought a plastic cup for a picnic. The cashier dropped it, picked it up, said sorry, but it's ok, and stuck it in the bag. We get to the picnic, and here the cup is busted in two places.
