Lisa always takes excellent care of our dog. He's always clean, smells great, his nails are trimmed. Sometimes she'll recommend products for him if I mention a need for him. she greeted us safely with mask and checked him in with a lead from the store (not his own collar and leash). We were pleased at how the groomers were following rules for masks and social distancing. Lisa and the other lady are always engaging and great at what they do.

Hello it was our first visit at this location and unfortunately we saw 5 dead betta fish that were beyond dead. At least five other tanks with mutiple dead fish stuck to the filters which my daughter discovered. One tank alone had four to five fish stuck on the filter. The lady who helped us was very nice and she scooped the dead fish out of the tanks and took the dead bettas in the back to discard. The woman apologized that we saw that. But at the end of the day do better! I feel it’s negligence and it was not a good experience. If you work at a pet store isn’t it everyone’s responsibility to care for the fish/animals there? RIP fishes

I like the grooming salon and have no issues with the groomers .What’s really annoying is that they setup a follow up appointment that I told them I don’t want. I will call when I want an appointment.Besides not honor my wish, i keep getting text regarding up coming appointment that I need to “ confirm “. that I ignored. Then it magically were “ confirmed “ and I got text about seeing me.

This is my dogs first groom. While it was a overall good job, some parts (like the head and legs) weren't groomed that well. Could have been that they were rushing her groom since it was near closing time

Excellent job - dog was thrilled
