purchased a pet food which their website had a discount on. When I mentioned the discount during checkout, they denied it, saying they don't price match to their own website!! How come I can order online, select the same store for pickup, and get the discount, but when I purchase it in person, the discount isn't accepted? Didn't like their dishonesty. This is the first store I see this odd behavior.

Walk into a great store where the motto is “ if we won’t feed it to our pets, we won’t sell it to yours”. Search for high quality pet foods and accessories. The staff here is always great and willing to help.Check your local store for other benefits such as Veterinary clinics, Dog training, and adoptions days.One of my favorite features is the dog wash, where owners can come and wash their furry friend self-service style. Buy a token (buy 3 get one free is a great bargain). Pick up some towels and a rubber collar on the way in. Choose your station and walk you pup up the stairs to a waist high platform. There is a recessed tub and short tethers on the wall so you can keep the pet safe and manageable. Pick your 1 of 3 soap options and out come the soapy water from the hose. Pick your spray nozzle preference and lather up the fuzzy family member. Then switch to rinse and wash all the soap and grime away. Then towel dry and switch to a air hose dryer and fluff the pup up. In 25 minutes you have a clean and fluffy friend. Give a complimentary biscuit for good behavior and give one to the dog too. Towels in the hamper and hair in the trash. Save yourself time, $, laundry and lower back pain. They’ll deep clean the station when you are done.

Took my friend's puppy there while she was out of town and I was watching the cutie pie. I wanted to treat Murphy so I got him a twisty bone (that he thought was delicious) and some holiday jammies. The cashier was super cool and temporarily locked the front door while I tried to get a wiggly puppy into pajamas so he couldn't run away. Both Murphy and his mom are very happy! Thank you for your awesome customer service!

Every time I've been here they have been great! Much more personal than the bigger chain stores. Amber is the best. She is very knowledgeable and has been great help! Always a pleasure coming here. Cookie loves the attention and all the fresh treat choices

Very wonderful staff!Unfortunately, we could only get cold water and frigid air at the wash station, and our dog, Rin was not happy. Upper management needs to update the self pet-wash system! Staff were so nice, and helpful even though we were frustrated with the cold water. We will definitely go back for shopping, just not for baths.

The staff are all so friendly and I literally cannot walk my dog past this store without him pulling me in so he can get all the pet pets and treaties. He's a pittie but there's no discrimination here - the staff all love him and are so kind and also quite knowledgeable. When he needs a bath I bring him here because it's nice not having to clean up your tub and bathroom after bathing your big dog at home.

Pet Food Express provides the most awesome service. They really care about you and your pet. They carry some of the best products. It is also nice to support a local business. I love their pet wash. It is reasonably priced, and I don't have to clean up after myself. :-) beats bathing my dog in the tub.

We come here mainly for the self service dog wash- so much nicer than having the house smell like wet dog (and having a hundred towels to wash afterwards)! The employees are super sweet and helpful, and my dog loves to "shop" for a treat in the low bins when we leave!

The staff are so helpful and friendly!!! Great assortment of pet supplies. You might call ahead because sometimes they offer small clinics right inside the store. Bring your pet and stroll around.

Larger and more well stocked than most Pet Food Express stores. The associate that helped us was friendly, but tried a little too hard to sell us on supplies for our new puppy.
