Terrible store in Los Banos CA. Never has anything in stocks. Employees look and act.like they hate working there. Better off driving to Lowes in turlock or going to ace hardware. This store is a giant waste of time.

This Home Depot has become over priced and their inventory is understocked. Half of the workers at the checkout need to be trained more on customer service and take a class on being more nice. I wish they still had the old manager working there.

First of all, I have shopped at many Home Depots and this one by far has the best employees. I bought 260 bricks, and they loaded every one of them for me. Well, when I got home, I realized they were the wrong color. I called them and they said to bring them back. Embarrassed, I pulled up, and they not only graciously unloaded the pallet, they reloaded a new one. A special shout out to Mariceli and Rene for being so awesome! You two deserve a raise !!

I went in not knowing what to get for my kitchen pipes but this nice older gentlemen helped find what I needed. He was the sweetest. He gave me alot of knowledge that was very useful to know for the future time I need to replace my pipes in my kitchen. Thank you sir for your help I wish I would have got your name.

I shop here for the convenience of fairly wide choice of products and brands. If I have a project I'm working on I can find all the pieces in one store. Lumber, hardware, electrical and plumbing in one place is a good thing.

After three days of trying to get help in the Garden Center with pavers & sand & settling gravel. I met Rene he was amazing very helpful pleasant & positive.I came back two more times & requested to have him help me, your store really needs more people like ReneGrwat Job Rene Thank you.

Went into Home Depot for a part. First couldn't get much help then I ran into Joe Joe. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. I asked for Manager, to tell him how much help Joe Joe was and couldn't even get him to speak to me. Waited for about five minutes. No show but my experience with Joe Joe was so helpful, it overcame all the non responsive employees. Ask for Joe Joe, he is very helpful.

Unhelpful. If a customer is asking you a question because they could not find a product and all you are doing is chatting it up with your coworker, the professional thing to do instead of directing them to the same confusing spot would be to walk with them and show them the location. Especially if they are in the same paint area that you are working whilst chatting with your coworker.

I did not have my receipt for the $96 toilet I was returning. I wasn't asking for cash knew it would be store credit but apparently their new policy is 1 receiptless* return per lifetime. Wow. That was my 1 time and it was for a friend who didn't have ID.So..... i was also given misinformation on the location twice on items I was purchasing.I hate wasting time and with my knee issues, hate walking more than necessary.I wasn't very happy with THIS particular home depot.

There is always someone willing to help you in this store... even if you have to hunt for them. The aisles are clean and easy to get through. If you cannot find what you are looking for here they usually have an alternative. The nursery has a nice assortment of plants. I often shop for paint here and there is a nice selection of brands and colors. For obvious reasons you should not let your little kids loose in this store. They take all of their safety measures here very seriously. I haven't had a bad experience here and hopefully I never will.

Very nice experience! The employees were extremely helpful! Clean bathrooms! Always a + in my book! Great prices for small projects! Found exactly what we were looking for. Employee in the garden section, had a absolutely fabulous attitude! You need more of him! My husband wanted me to give 10 stars. 😊😊😊😊😊

Wish that the garden center had more variety and better stock in mulch, pots, and seasonal items such as vegetable starts.Have had excellent help and installation of a refrigerator and dryer in the past. Keep an eye out for those big appliance sales as they will get you for installation and delivery.Staff is very friendly and for the most part knowledgeable in their area.

Top of the line when it comes to customers service, everyone works there have a great attitude especially in the early morning, I stop there to buy things before I start shift at Save Mart at 8am.Thank you all for servings our small community through this rough times.

Went in there right before closing. Although it did not have what we needed (not because it was out of stock, but because they simply do not carry stationary items), me and my husband still had a great time exploring. The store was very clean and the customer service was great!!!

As a customer that comes in on a daily I'm very disappointed with the customer service lately Ever since that girl was moved to cash register one the contractor pro desk just seems empty Nobody wants to help they pick and choose their tasks One or two do their best while three of them Stand around talkin Not to put anybody down But, now I avoid the prodesk Because I've heard it from their own mouths Whining, complaining I'm so embarrassed by the lack of help that when, I walk in, I find myself asking the employees " how may I help you" I rather refer my clients to drive farther away.to merced Lowes because I'll know there in good hands. I wish all the employees good health and happiness 🙏 let's keep moving forward

The staff is almost always friendly and willing to help you if you have a question. Also you can almost always find someone when you need them which is a big plus these days imo. The only only reason I take off 1 star is because home depot in general can run pretty pricey depending o. What you need so I would suggest doing research first before you buy here. But if you don't mind paying a premium for better customer service then you can't beat Home Depot

Hello home Depot..I order dishwasher ,,they delivered it ..with one big dent in front ..model wdf520padm they took it back ..it's second time this happened in the past .I paid in cash ..I hope they will upgrade a new one ..not a used one I paid 490.01 cash with parts and installed 120 plus parts 11.99 and. 21.88 the install should be free ..for my time loss on Friday ..July 22 at 11:30 am .

Service and employees are helpful and nice, especially when they work at the designated areas and even more so having a general knowledge overall of the store. We don't come often but when we do we enjoy our visit you can find most of what you're looking for.

Has to do with a delivery and installation. Home depot never came to drop off the dishwasher or install. Never called to say they weren't coming. When I called them that day they said they attempted to at 12pm (my appt window was 11am- 3pm) but no one answered. Thats a lie. Never called me that entire day to say they were coming or being late. I called back the next day like " hey, where is my dishwasher?" Their excused changed, they said they came at 5:56pm? Home depot told me they talked to someone and said I wasn't going to be home? Who did you talk to to? The only person home was me? And when I check home security guess what? Home depot never came. Now they are backed up for a month. Don't use this service calling them to cancel my.order now.
