Prices are now as high if not higher than Walmart or Target! Some stuff was even higher that Home Goods! Save yourselves a trip and go to Ross, Marshall's or the others I mentioned.The only good thing is when they have clearance sales, they are great. Also this store was extremely clean unlike on other I've been in.

Somewhat clean, well stocked and some staff is very friendly, while some staff make you feel like you're just a burden to them. They were out of shopping bags and had no carts. I was able to find one to fill up in the parking lot, but this is truly going to hurt the stores revenue if people can't come here and find a cart to fill up when shopping. The store will eventually close if this problem isn't addressed promptly. I'd like to shop here again.

This is the BEST Big Lots store I have ever been to. I've been here several times and they always have this store stocked full. The merchandise is always in its place and never messy. This whole store is very organized and always clean. I don't live in Los Banos but go there every couple of months to visit family. I always make sure I go to big lots because this store puts our Big Lots in my town (Woodland, CA) to shame. I could only wish that the manager of the Big Lots in Los Banos would give our store some pointers. Melissa had a smile and was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Big Lots in Los Banos for showing us how it's done. Great job! (Not sure why this review would not let me give 5 stars) but you got 5 stars from me.

I have never found anything there I would buy. They are nothing like the old Pic N Save. They told us it's "a furniture store." Then why do they sell other stuff?

The store is great the employee who’s in charge of the furniture the slightly bigger guy is lazy!!!!!! He literally does not do his job. He will not help the customer.
