Man I don't come here often but 2 times I have found bugs in my food I'm sick of it. The quality of ither food isn't great either be careful with their meats and seafood. I have this huge fly in my fruit cup.

I'm local and whole food is my everyday stop, my issue was with the bar, i came the other day to watch lakers game at 7pm and bar was closed, I asked one of the bar stuff for their hours operations so I don't waste time commuting and he literally mentioned it's whenever and they don't have set of hours of operation and advised to keep coming and check, also he was not polite very straight forward and not caring, very cold. I except way better service and customer care from Whole Foods Market. Have hours of operation for the bar so your customers don’t waste time, gas, be in traffic commuting, every bars/business’s do, very simple.

Store is amazing. Love it! But the parking structure is a hassle, sometimes a nightmare. It worked better when the store first opened. Company that runs the parking gate needs a tech update. Sometimes the card reader works, sometimes not. I've been in a backed up line of cars that can't exit the structure on multiple occasions. No attendant on site. Mgmt acts suspicious when people phone for help, even with receipt and validated parking ticket. Too bad no other parking options in that area. You have to use the structure.

This Whole Foods has it all: a salad bar w/ hot + cold dishes, sandwich + pizza station, and a full bar + restaurant. Perfect location -- Target, boutiques, hotels and eateries within close proximity.

What a nightmare here. Parking directions horrible if you enter on Lacienga. Size of the store, small. Some of my go-to items not even in the store. No traffic light on Jefferson, headache. Once and done.

Clean and enjoyable store…. IF you can even get in. They like to close the first parking entrance from Jefferson and force drivers to go to the second one where you need to make a loop and sharp 90 degree turn to get to another ticket booth. I don’t know who in the right mind designed this but it’s a terrible customer experience and everyone behind me just chose to leave instead of risking scratching up their car.

Absolutely LOVE the location & large selection of items. Grateful for the security guards, I feel safe going there, even at night. The Culbar is always poppin’ and a great place to hangout! It’s brand new, incredibly clean, and well managed. I go basically everyday since it’s walking distance.

My 1st time in Whole Food Market, the place was open and bright there is an unbelievable amount if options to choose from ither then groceries. The staff was pleasant and helpful, I only had 1 issue, my phone didn't register at the self checkout, so I had to use my phone app to get the in store code. It seems a bit much, especially for the older generation who may not can go through all that to get a discount or not get a discount.

I'm giving them 3 stars only because they could not find my Thanksgiving order 2p on Thanksgiving Eve.But overall, the manager accommodated me nicely with apologies. Overall, I fought back how upset I was, and it paid off remaining calm and patience.All the employees I encountered were terrific, and the store does rate 5 stars. But my experience demonstrates how one incident can change a customer experience rating. I will continue shopping here because the store manager demonstrated great customer service on an active, busy day for him.

The prepared food counters, including the smoothie counter, are EXTREMELY slow. I come here all of the time and it never improves. I am here currently and there is one person behind the counter and 10+ people behind me waiting. Unclear what the issue is and why folks move so slowly.

I have a fondness for this Whole Foods! Despite my initial concerns about parking, I consistently manage to find a good spot. The coffee shop in the back, adjacent to the bakery, and the seemingly never-crowded restaurant make it my preferred Whole Foods. Although I deducted a star due to grumpy and rude produce workers, I've had excellent interactions with employees in the store aisles.

I liked the store. The shelves are filled with products from all countries, and for me, a lover of European goods, it's a salvation. I always satisfy my taste receptors. You can also buy hot food here. The selection is huge. Inside is clean, pleasant to be in, and the staff is always polite and ready to help. Thank you for being there.

The food quality at this Whole Foods location is quite worrying. Both desserts I purchased were filled with unfresh and spoiled fruits, which was incredibly disgusting. I am deeply concerned about their food safety practices, especially after checking reviews and realizing I’m not the only one who has complained about this issue. It’s disappointing to see that they have not made any improvements despite the feedback.

I was a bit disappointed that they had nobody at the Deli to greet us after 30 minutes of waiting there. Then a woman from back came up and told us that they're short staffed and that there's nobody making any food. Seriously? Wow they are clearly short staffed lol!!Older review-Ordered a coffee at their Cafe and it was luke warm. Not sure if they had it sitting out & unfortunately had to toss it out.

Love Whole Foods, expensive but there are so many selections of great products you won’t find in other locations. My only issues is that I have to remember not to walk in here hungry 🤤 I end up buying way too much product for just two people. 😊

I hate the fact that it has no cell reception.Smart of them to have WiFi. But that doesn’t help me be available for phone calls.Also the Jefferson/La Cienega intersection is a total nightmare. Avoid that at all costs.

Big new Whole Foods Market conveniently located at National and La Cienega. For the most part, everything is really good, and the parking is convenient. The seafood department and meat department are slightly subpar for Whole Foods, but you can still do fine.

Very spacious Wholefoods near mid city. Their pizza is terrible though. Also their tiramisu cake isn't as good as the UCLA Wholefoods location. Chocolate chip cookies are too hard.

The whole foods in Culver City on La cinega is a awesome grocery store probably the best grocery store around in Culver City of course there is not a bristol farms in Culver City and I'm not vegan but erewhon has great prepared food whole foods in Culver City doesn't have any competition for what kind of grocery store they are meats produce bakery best in Culver City

It's a good locationThey have a decent selection but I would be aware that if you buy their pre-packaged produce items on sale they may have already begun to go bad.Also there selections are not consistent.It's a toss up wether or not they will carry an item consistently.

It’s about time Whole Foods came into a black and brown neighborhood. Yes, Whole Foods can be a bit pricey, but they have amazing choices, hot bar, and a bar on site. Don’t forget to get your parking validated. Introducing people of color to healthier options for food,is how we can change our health crisis in a black /brown community. There’s an Amazon return station and the grocery store is across the street from the expo La Cienega train stop.

We got seated and ignored. No one came to see about us for nearly 10 minutes. We left and went to Norm's. At Norm's, we were greeted, seated, and immediately asked if we needed anything to drink. Our orders were taken in under 5 minutes of arrival.

Love this brand new location. Organized just like all the locations but this one has a different feel, in a good way. I find myself hitting up the seafood section. (Kevin is cool) Mixed fruit section and the hot food section. Variety is what's thevdeal here.

Was there tonight 12/7/24 with my special needs autistic son and my husband, my son can be very touchy because of his sensory needs and autism ( a curious 3 year old) our cashier Joshua was not welcoming and made us feel uncomfortable by giving us strange stares as if my son was doing something wrong because he kept trying to touch the pin pad at check out. We will be avoiding his line at check out next time. It’s 2024 and society still can’t be accepting of our special needs community.. sad

The bbq section would be amazing if it wasn’t all saturated in low quality vegetable/seed oils. Disgusting. I would pay any amount extra if you had at least one selection fried in beef tallow. Just real food. WHOLE food, you know. Not just optics

Salad bar items has average taste quality.Selection limited. Hispanic tilt, no Asian items. Wegmans on east coast much better.Service at Salad bar is ok. .Line items on the isles is 2x price across the board to Safeway, Ralph’s, etc.
