Horrible customer service. They have sale signs up and don’t honor prices. I came in to buy the Parmesan cheese that has a giant sale sign by it and I got an email about being 28% off and no one had any idea what’s going on nor honored the price. The email was sent yesterday and said it’s good for 3 days but no one would honor it. They told me I need to come back. This is so misleading for a consumer. Why have all the sale signs up, send an email only to not have a sale? Whole Foods was so much better before Amazon. This store also has horrible clientele, very rude and aggressive people. Go to another store, avoid this Whole Foods.

At Whole Foods on 3rd & Fairfax, it's more than just shopping; it's an experience. Rubbing elbows with both celebrities and common folk, you'll find me marvelling at the freshest ingredients and the finest selections, from the bakery to the butcher. It's a chef's paradise, truly. The array of services, like the mochi bar and custom floral arrangements, elevate the grocery run to a culinary adventure. And yes, I'll be back, scouting for the best produce alongside the stars. It's where quality meets the community, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Clean and normal. Wonder if the dry aged Ribeyes are always priced well. Poke looked a little sketchy. They did have mandarin oranges with leaves, although not as cheap or great as the ones from Chinatown street vendors. The large free parking lot is a huge plus

The best supermarket in a 20 minute radius by far!! They have an amazing produce selection with organic options in almost every category. I spend hours looking for options that are free from canola oil / natural flavors / citric acid and other non-food ingredients when I go to other grocery stores, but at WF I always find what I’m looking for. I also think they have a great selection of personal care/ cleaning products. The store is clean, organized and spacious.

Spent a ton of money and while eating what we bought on their patio, they towed our car. They say they announce it in store but not outside. Meanwhile, homeless people take up the tables and chairs without buying anything - no one removes them. But paying customers are towed - $400+ towing fee. And the woman at Whole Foods customer service counter could not have been ruder.

The costumer service is getting better, the coffee & juice Bar employees need to stop being rude and more friendly. I basically had to communicate that I felt like I was bothering her she then reacted and realized she should be a little friendlier. They had made my drink wrong and instead of insisting to make a new one she had gave me a very dismissive look and said if I wanted an extra espresso shot I’d have to pay extra when I had ordered a latte with 1 shot because I can’t drink my lattes strong. Other than this the food here is really good and costumer service does their job right. The securities there are okay.

This was actually our very first US market experience. We stayed in an apartment just across the road and did some shopping here. Amazing amount of food are available here - beer, ice cream, diary products, frizzy drinks, juice, healthy products etc. There is also a food court - you can buy a slice of pizza or salads. The variety of sauces and toppings are just beyond my expectations. We had dinner there once. Had a casual chat with some LA locals. There is also flowers and bouquet for sale outside. The checkout assistants are friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time there. It’s like a community hub for food and other stuff. Will visit again if we travel to LA.

Drivers Not Yielding to Pedestrians On this Wholefood's Lot.STORE ENTRANCE: Many customers are not safe getting to the entrance. Today, a female in her 30's tried to run me over driving her Suv Land Rover Defender in gray. She kept aggressively driving forward like there is no pedestrian. She then avoided me by inches while driving. I had feedback from another customer commenting, "It happens all the time." This is not a roadway but a reduced parking lot due to construction.

A lot of healthy food choices. Huge market. Selections are sometimes overwhelming. Good choices for wines. Casual eat. There's a patio with tables for eating. Fast check out when I was there. Was told by cashier that I have to cover my mouth coz I coughed due to my throat was itching (I cant do it while holding my wallet and getting cash to pay). Really? I also apologized. Anyways, low rating for his action. Was humiliated. Other customer was there.

Very big selection of high end organic and specialty vegan/dietary restriction foods. The 2 lost stars are for the entire back half of the store smelling like pork products cooking. It seems the exhaust system doesn't pull the smoke out of the store because (1) it's always stinky back there, and (2) for anyone vegetarian/vegan/kosher/halal it may actually make you want to throw up because the smell can make you physically nauseated it is that strong. Hot bar is decent, but the fish doesn't reheat well, so if you buy fish off the hot bar just eat it there. The prepacked salads do go bad quickly, so eat them as soon as you can after buying or you're gonna throw very expensive salad away.

Update 9-20-22 at 1pm: still not any better. My goodness. See photos. They have several hot bars in a row but for the recent few months they've only been using one of them with just a few selections . Previously they were using two full hot bars but one of them has been completely empty for months now. Previous review: Over the last few months every time I come to this location the hot food bar is always empty and if there happens to be a little bit food to left it is looking very dry and old. I visit this location approximately 2 times or so a week, maybe more on occasion and at different times of the day. It used to be such a nice place to come and get hot food but as I mentioned over the last few months it has been probably the worst Whole Foods hot bar I've seen. At this point I think I'm just going to go to other Whole Foods locations which is a shame because this one is right by my house.

This smaller WF has a surprisingly great selection. The lines were short around 10am. The oatmeal was fine, no honey for toppings. The eating area was clean and not packed. There seemed to be plenty of employees around. Since it was the morning the lines for the coffee bar are very long and on the PA they asked for “Back-up”.Parking seems like it can be tight. Otherwise great experience.

The tall Asian Coffee worker was EXTREMELY RUDE . I was in line - he helped 3 customers before me. Then threw a sign up and said he was closed . Yelled it actually.. I said I was in line - he was condescending and nasty.. not ok. Shocked at his actions
