Charlie doesn't do well with strangers handling him and he was anxious for days after another groomer. Maggie must have the right touch because Charlie is always back to his normal behavior shortly after coming out. She is thorough and we always get a lot of compliments on Charlie's haircuts.

They did a good job on my dogs grooming although I’m not sure why one of my dogs was acting really weird all night I’ve I picked them up at 6pm?? She seemed to be a bit traumatized and very thirsty!Was very weird and unlike her so not sure what to think but they seemed very busy and wouldn’t let anyone through the front door.. it was my first time there and the owner had me sign a form in the parking lot once I came to drop them off..Anyways I won’t go back unfortunately even though the grooming was good but the way my dog was acting all night..there’s no way I’ll risk it again!!

I had taken my poodle mix to just about every groomer in town but we have found our forever groomer in Maggie and Westside Pet Stop! She does a fantastic job, her prices are very reasonable and best of all, my dog is comfortable with her - I think she's a dog whisperer!I almost hesitate to HIGHLY recommend her because so far, it's been easy to get in for a bath and or haircut and I'd like to keep it that way!

Maggie is a caring, skilled and patient dog groomer. I now have a long hair rescue dog that needs careful combing to prevent matting. Maggie is tender and thorough with her, gently bringing her coat to a beautiful tangle free state. Maggie is also patient with me, a new long hair dog owner, and teaches me how to better care for my delightful girl.I highly recommend Maggie. She is warm, professional, skilled and caring. The dogs know it!

Yes Maggie knows her job!!! My dog knows it.We tried taking him somewhere else since we got a gift certificate for another grooming shop. But he would not go in as much as they tried he just knew something wasn’t right so I took him back to Maggie and surely he was happy To go in her shop.Dogs know best! Let me tell you my dog is a rescue by the way.So I follow his instinct.

Great place! Taken my pup here about 4 times and every time they do an amazing job! It’s clear they care about the animals and take great care of them. The owner has worked with animals for a long time and has great advice for your pets needs. Would really recommend :)

I love the folks who runs this place. Very friendly and they always seem plenty busy, which is obviously a good sign. Our pup always comes back so beautiful and happy and for her size, the prices are more than reasonable. Support these guys so they can get a bigger place!! Haha. See you soon!

Maggie has been grooming my Shi Zhu mix for almost 6yrs now. She is the "dog whisper" of groomers. Maggie is patient, gentle, knows how to handle dogs big and small... She will have your dog coming out looking like a million bucks.

Went in for a job interview actually; got to work with the staff for a trial run and found it very busy.The regulars all would come in cordial and friendly because they knew the owner well and leave their dogs to their care without hesitation and so I found myself overwhelmed in the first few hours of the day but the owner was so experienced that no dog was left untreated by the end of the day - every dog hit their appointment time and got home happy, clean and well groomed.I would recommend this place for any pet owner who wants a professional loving groomer taking care of their pets. They also have a decent selection of pet products that aren't for dogs but for the most part, seems like they specialize in four legged animals.P.s. The owner has two small dogs that she adopted ever since someone abandoned them at her store and out of the good in her heart she has taken care of them ever since. If any of you reading my review are looking for a set of dogs to adopt, please consider stopping by to take a look at them.P.s.s. Actually, might be 3 dogs but 2 of them are dependent on each other and the odd one out is a loner so if you are looking for a set or just another buddy, please stop on by and take a look.I am only including the last bits because I hope if someone does read this review, they will have equal or more kindess than my boss because shes due some karma for not abandoning these dogs. If you or a loved one have some karma to make up or just have so much love to share, come on over and take a look.

Set up my whole appointment and was feeling good about things until she sprung on me at the very end of the call..."Oh, and just to let you know, we are only taking cash or check as our credit card machine is broken."Something about the way it was casually glazed over and the assumption I'm okay with it seemed weird. I just got a weird feeling, like it was a lie. I have certain skills and can pick up on these things, inflections in one's voices.Anyway, I can here to check the reviews and there was one from 6 months ago saying "the only thing is the broken credit card machine, but I'm sure that's been fixed by now." No sir, it has not.Hmmm? Either it's not broken or someone doesn't want it fixed. I know times are tough, but run a business as it should be ran, that's all I'm saying. You lost a potential customer because of the lack of resources and upfront honesty about it. You need to be forthcoming about running a cash business.

The wonderful groomer here took vastly more care and time to bond with and gain the trust of our dog than anywhere else I’ve been. Our pup has always been afraid and agitated at every groomer, but not here.

When I went to drop off my dog they didn’t know we had an appointment, told them what I wanted to be done, wasn’t even done right, never got a call when they were finished I had to call them after 6 hours of having dropped off my dog
