This store is the worst. Do not go here. Definitely not use them for online orders. They will "never get it" or "never fulfill your order". I had to reach out to them several times talking to several employees. Being lied to about my order. Finally talking to support who gave me the truth. These employees are lazy and don't care about proper customer service

Update: Please redo the bathroom. I understand the neighborhood is rough but that's no excuse for the bathroom to be filthy. One picture I deleted because it was horrible and inappropriate. I might post it for management to see. I The customer service is still great. The price for groceries are great.Customer service is great. Some people in the area are rough but the cashiers treat everyone on a individual bases. The sale on cereal is cheaper than the grocery store. The store is always clean. The clearance areas are hidden treasures. Keep up the great work

Worst pharmacy manager, Yasmine.She refused to refill the medication I've been taking for 6 years saying I cannot use GoodRx anymore, that's "her new policy". So if I want to use my insurance or pay out of pocket, I have to pay twice as much. Stay away from this place.

(Pharmacy) Tried to give this place multiple tries but they are just way too understaffed or the set up in terms of customer services needs to be reevaluated. Always a long wait for them to verify prescriptions and then hit you with another hour(+) pickup time. Everyone there seems to be working hard and quick be customer services needs some improvements.

Very convenient. I get my chocolate bars and now vegan snacks here which I really appreciate. The Laura Bar: 'Apple Pie' I tired today wasn't my favorite, gross, but the Peanut Butter and Chocolate one... Yesssss Ma'am. Really liked it. Despite only having one cashier, the lines seem to go by quick everytime I wait. Very good store, maybe even better than CVS😏👀. But, Walgreens do needa up their ice cream variety.

Over charged for candy bars. I was told I had to purchase postal stamps from home section. I have always bought books of stamps at the register. She didn't bother to assist me will not be coming here again. Poor customer service no help for seniors.

I’m rating based on manager at 1944 on 12/23/19. So FEd-EX and store associate failed to scan in a $500 package from Shanghai today. I’ve been trying forever to pick this up. They say it’s here, here says no record of it. This Mgr just now finally found the problem. With extreme care and concern...I must add. (I think his name was Ren or Men) What an awesome representation of Walgreens. Now.....can we please start hiring associates based on competence, rather than daps. So frustrating. But thank you....thank you.....thank you to this wonderful store MGR! Xo

Came here to fulfill a short list for the toddlers sniffles. I was lucky to find Brandon who provided me with some of his time and I was able to get what I needed in a couple of minutes, I was lost without him. Thank you Brandon for an above and beyond attitude!

I don’t think I’ve ever been able to fill a prescription here, they give me some excuse, I decline and go to another pharmacy, I get the script filled no problem. This was my 3rd and final attempt, I will never come back.

My mom came to fill heart prescription and was told would be done in 30 minutes we came back in 2 hours and was still not done. Lady working was rude about it. Service was terrible.

Submitted a prescription refill online for 2 prescriptions. Neither were available at the requested time. Took 2 calls to top the pharmacist to actually get them filled. Not sure what the point of the online system is
