This is the worst pharmacy in California. If you’re looking for friendly competent service this is not the pharmacy to use. My doctor sent my medicine over to be filled and I was given the run around then the pharmacist Nick says I’m not filling your prescription because he feels like I shouldn’t be on this medicine although MY DOCTOR prescribed it for me to take and I’ve been on the medicine for 5 years. Nick then makes me change my dosage, then says we only fill this medicine with insurance you can’t pay out of pocket for this medicine. So my insurance kicks in to pay for the medication, then I get a message they are out of the medication, I call to complain about and let the pharmacy know I’ve been without my medication for 3 weeks. Then they say we can give you a partial refill and we don’t know when the medication will be back in stock. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️I encourage everyone using this pharmacy to file a complaint if you’re having an issue. RUN FROM THIS PHARMACY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENT

Leslie is great, if you call and she answers the phone, she will check for you and get back to you with anything your looking for, I appreciate her hard work, I hope she gets a promotion.

It's just become CLEAR & CONFIRMED that this Walgreens Pharmacy and drive-thru for pharmacy services is the ABSOLUTE WORST at this location. The service is poor, the staff is slow and always annoyed and what's worse they never have the entire prescription filled, it's always partially filled. Furthermore, they always act like they're doing you a favor by filling your prescription with their condescending words & ways and bad attitude/mad faces such as MARIA today! Sure miss the older woman with the glasses or the young lady with the cool nails. The entire personnel needs to be replaced with smiling faces that appreciate their jobs! It's absolutely mind blowing how they even speak to clients/patients! Unbelievable and they make you wait all day just to come to the window!

I want to start this by saying I don’t do reviews often. I leave a review if the customer service is exceptionally well, or horrible. Sadly in this case, it is horrible. Trying to get them on the phone is a mission. I call, wait they and answer and hang up. They did that 4 times in a row. Then on the 5th call, they answer. Left the phone sitting for a few minutes and then hung up. I don’t know if they were waiting for me to hang up first? They let me sit for 5 minutes without acknowledging me on the phone and then hung up. Terrible. If you are busy, say that. If you need me to call back at a later time, say that. If you’re on break, say that. To hang up in a customers face 5 times is terrible. If you don’t like your job, work somewhere else. Give the position to someone who’s actually going to do it and respect their position. Having that team as a representation of a business is a huge mistake.

They didn't let me pick up my online order because the photo section is closed 😂 what a joke. Worst Walgreens in the area, any other pharmacy around is better than this place. Don't waste your time like I did.

Even though I don't have experience as a customer/patient of this pharmacy, I still think my interaction with them as a healthcare provider is relevant.It took < 5 minutes for me to get in touch with them to clarify a medication issue with one of my patients when other pharmacies have wasted my and my staff > 1 hour. This might sound like something simple but this errors can cause a lot of harm and effective communication with the pharmacy is always appreciated 👍🏽

I witnessed the young man working in the photo both insult two different senior citizen customers. He did it with confidence and a smiles which means he's probably done it in the past. He was very confrontational. The young man should have been fired on the spot.

I dropped off my prescription and was informed it should be available for me within 30 minutes. Decided to return later as the drive thru wait had been very long already. I returned a day later and was informed that there was no prescription ready for me. I was confused as to why?! After inquiring because individual did not care to ask about my insurance coverage. I was rudely informed that I had to pay out of pocket. I again informed the person that I have coverage and did not understand why I had to pay out of pocket. She decided to ask for my insurance card the same one I had provided during my 1st transaction. Took my card and with no apology or anything informed me that it had never been processed. At this point I was baffled. No longer coming to this Walgreens with such unprofessional people. Keep away if you can if not be ready for the long lines, wait, and rude staff.

I couple weeks ago went with my mom pick up her medication. But as always not ready . And I asked to speak w/ the person in charge a Male Doctor help us . I also asked for the manager, very nice and Professional Male Associate. Please keep doing the good job ! But the lady at the farmacy wearing white jacket need more training and professionally . She gave us bad look when we complained. Like a said the female Doctor and Manager are asome!!!

If I could leave a ZERO STAR review I would! Came in as a walk in to get a vaccine and was told to come back the next day with an appointment. Made such appointment and had me waiting over 50 mins past my appointment time. When asked how much longer I was told they were having trouble locating their pharmacist as well who just disappeared and no one knew where he was at ( not on lunch thats forsure) and were sorry for the wait but could not tell me how much longer.COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!Just when I was going to leave the pharmacist magically appears and I decide to give ‘em a chance. Asked again how much longer and was told “ well he just got here so in like 5 mins “ and waited another 15 mins before deciding to leave. WHY LET APPOINTMENTS GET SCHEDULED if there is not going to be a pharmacist. So unprofessional all around. Going to Cvs to get my vaccine there at least the customer service and professionalism is better there.

Made an appointment and showed up early for a COVID vaccine and still waiting 45 minutes later. They do not honor appointments, they will make you wait as if you were a walk in. Don't recommend getting vaccinated here unless you have freed up your whole day to be vaccinated.

Pharmacy prescriptions are always a hassle to get. Whenever there is something missing on prescription they do not notify customer at time of drop off and than have to wait more than a day to try and get that prescription ready. Either they do not call to get information and keep pushing it away. I believe they cannot handle all the customers they get if they cannot do a simple task as this properly.

I've been calling the pharmacy for 2 hours and it keeps hanging up on me. Tried talking to the regular staff and every second it keeps saying staff are busy with calls. Worst experience I've had!

Our family have been coming to this walgreens for years but after our last experience we will never again do business. The pharmacist by the name of Rayna was very rude to my mother and made her cry because she was in a lot of pain and couldnt get her medication. My mother came home very upset and her blood pressure high because she said this lady made her out to be a drug addict because she needs to be on a controlled substance for her spinotenosis. She told her that the doctor needed to call, which is fine but she had the biggest attitude and went on to say the prescription was sketchy and wasn't going to fill it. My mom tried to call her doctor to let him know to call and she told her to leave her counter. My mother told me she was embarrassed because this woman was very ghetto and was yelling at my mom in front of all the customers. She left and called her doctor do he can call and went again with the same issue, this time a different pharmacist but this one had manners and was educated. Come to find out the doctor called at 1030 this morning. My mother suffered all day with her back and had her pressure high for nothing. If something would have happened to her it would be a matter for the legal system. She is very fortunate I wasn't there with her. We will definitely take this to corporate.

Worst customer service ever! Don't come here for your pharmacy needs. They're incompetent and they don't care about anyone's needs. They have turned away my father many times because "they don't have any medicine orders for him" or they charge him for medicine that's covered by his insurance. They pharmacists never greet you or acknowledge you. They answer the phone so unprofessional.

Always. Always. Always a line 10- 15 people deep waiting to pickup prescriptions. Day or night. Worse on the weekends. I'm in the process of changing pharmacy locations again. I've gone through two CVS' and now this Walgreens. At least when I do use the drive through, I can sit comfortably and listen to my choice in music.Nothing against the pharmacists, they are very friendly and quite helpful. It's that there are just not enough of them.

When it comes to the pharmacy, they take forever. It takes like a decade for the workers to have my prescription ready. They need to hire more staff or they need to pick up the pace. I recommend anyone to not go to the pharmacy.

Just called to ask a simple question these lady called Virginia so rude didn't even let me finish speaking when she told me ok I got to go bye. If a customer is calling looking for something you just don't hang up on them that way. What kind of customer service is these. I called back and she's the only one answering the phone I asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn't connect me to the manager. I'm glad I don't live around that area anymore.

I tried calling the pharmacy. But it was on Hold or someone just would say please hold or sometimes it would ring again and then they would just place it on hold;if not hang up.Tried multiply times. I was just returning there call because I received a message that my prescription was ready. I never placed a order.

The people at the Pharmacy have not been taught any common sence or manners they like playing games with peoples meds like telling you to come back in 45 minutes so i gave them time i came back in 2 hours just for them to tell me to give them 15 minutes more.they need a whole new crew in there

Best Make-Up selection for Black Women! There was a sales associate by named Mateo who assisted me with a gift purchase and color selection. The make-up aisle was clean and full! They even sale IMAN cosmetics. Great array of colors, even for the deepest richest tone. I certainly could not get this from ULTA. #LoveIt
