National Blvd's Von is better. Great local place for fresh bread and cheap produce. The app gives you some nice weekly deals as well. Fair pricing over all, even on alcohol! Not the widest selection of goods, but definitely everything you generally need. It's also a plus that they keep it clean

Almost impossible to get help in the aisles. Long checkout lines. The terminals accept the ApplePay but the computer system won’t process the payment. Had to abandon my items at checkout because I had no other form of payment. Plus good luck getting help at the deli counter.

The only ONE electrical cart they had was broken. So I couldn't grocery shop like Ii needee to do and all they could say is I'm sorry. . Well that doesn't help. So I figure I would just get the sodas that was on sale. I tried to do that, their system wouldn't give me the sales . The cashier (manager/person that sId I am sorry) wouldn't fix the problem. She just kept on saying it had to be on my end and to use another phone number. I did that and it still didn't help, so I left without any groceries and very dissatisfied with their customer service.

Adrian is a Champ. This store is clean and all the people here are so much fun. I went over to the bakery I’ll to check out some things and I was immediately greeted and helps but Adrian and several other staff members. This place is incredible.!

Update : Von's publicly apologized for the employee's behavior. 🌟 I caught a lady disrespecting another senior. She then proceeded to think she could hand me my chicken wings with the bag completely open. Three of the wings were spoiled. For $1.50 a wing that's a rip off

Cashier was rude and mean. Then manually entered prices for 2 items that were more than the actual item was originally. Also by doing that it took off my digital coupons. On top of that I only used one bag and he tried charging me for 4. Called a manager over and her first response to him was “what the hell did you do again?” After hearing all the people in line behind me getting upset I just told them I don’t want any of it now. So I left. I usually like this grocery store but this experience left a bad impression.

Very friendly and helpful, hardly any lines because the cashiers are super quick. Use the Vons app for even more savings and easily organize deals and shopping lists.

Weekend's display long wait times to get checked out at this store. Meat department does not have even one single human to assist customers over the weekend. One of the employees (a guy with a head wrap) who seemed so angry at himself and at the world around him went on to say, "It's the manager!"........He said the manager is the cause of understaffing. Another employee at the Deli section (tattoos all over his body) and tries to demean women --- claims that hot burning plastic leading to cancerous conditions is "debatable." This fool needs to read books. Plastic when heated produces such chemicals that facilitate cancerous growths in the human body.They sell extremely hot baked chicken wrapped in plastic bags (on top of that, these plastic bags with the chicken packed inside are placed on hot stove like surfaces further heating them up non-stop) until some poor soul buys them. The public is lured into buying these cancerous agents.The least this store employees could do is educate themselves on food safety practices.

Two cashiers and there are 10+ customers in each line is unacceptable. Families are going to go shopping after they get off of work. It would be ideal to have more cashiers from 6 PM to 10 PM. Or I hate to say it, have self check out lines.

Found a cockroach on their items and an employee also seemed to enjoy completely watching over me making me feel unwanted in the store while telling me I’m not allowed to FaceTime a relative, so this will be the first and last time going here

Attempting to shop here feels like being pranked. Note the word “attempting” because several times I’ve had to walk in and walk out because they either don’t have the most basic of groceries I need or there is one single checkout open with a 15 minute wait. It’s a joke. Worst grocery store I’ve been to in my life.

I have to say I’m very impressed with everything all around. The manager was super friendly and helpful when I needed a last minute decoration put together AND this was at 7:30 A.M.! The staff seemed to be on top of everything and cooperative with each other. I like that there were a lot of employees (safe and less lines) and a lot of fresh produce. 🍒 It was clean and parking was simple. I stopped going to Vons when they closed )the one that was close to me) down years ago. I liked the prices so much that I decided to Instacart from there and couldn’t believe how quickly my order arrived. Thanks all!

me and my wife ordered online, we made a mistake about the delivery date and quickly called customer service to cancel and move delivery date the next day. we still get notifications that our order is ready for pick up and it can't be canceled. we try to call customer service multiple times over and over again but we can no longer get hold of anybody. Poor service.

Pretty large Vons with a Starbucks inside. Plenty of parking outside (though spots are a little tight).Store is large enough to have pretty much all groceries you'll generally need. There is a hot foods section too.They could use a few more employees though. More often than not, there is only one lane open and they don't have self checkout. If you're trying to quickly pick up just one or two things, it might still take a while just to pay.Oh the Starbucks inside is also kinda confusing because there is a proper Starbucks store just 3 or 4 doors down.

It took forever to simply pay for my groceries with a check, even with proper ID etc. The cashier and manager were fine. Their system sucks.They had to speak with two others including accounting. My phone number has been in the system for over 4 decades.What a terrible waste of time and resources for the staff and customers!In addition, many of the carts would not work. 3 of us tried using carts inside the store and had to keep searching for carts that worked.

I went to the deli counter to ask for a packet of mustard and the guy glared at me like I cut him off in traffic. It’s pretty dirty too. Just go to Ralph’s down the street much cleaner nicer and cheaper

I no longer shop here except very occasionally because one cannot find any staff to help or answer a question.Store is unclean with products jammed together with no order/reason. Don’t bother calling as no one will ever answer. The store staff or the manager do not care.

I like the store. they carry an item that most stores don't so I'll go in there every once in awhile and it's clean and the people are very nice.. I'll just say this like I hate when companies I don't know if they're just trying to be different or something but they make things that are very simple hard. So for instance coupons or coupons right that's what we call them well I got their app and I'm trying to figure out what the heck is going on cuz it keeps saying these deals and it's like it's called a freaking coupon so I don't have to sit here like and figure out what is the deal compared to a coupon.. and then like at other stores it's very simple to understand the savings and etc from the price tags. Like ferment incense if it's by five or more deal all those tags are red.. if it's a by three they're purple.. it's really not difficult it's really easy man again I feel like I was trying to figure out how we put a man on the moon.. anyways so yeah I like the store the customer service is great I just wish the pricing was done in the more intuitive way and that they would just call something what it's called and not try and be cool and call it something different.. I'll definitely shop there just saying bye

In general this grocery store is good and you can find pretty much anything you need. We did see however a few chicken breasts “swimming” in their packaging in some dubious liquid. The people are very friendly and chatty, which causes a huge line and slowing everything down. It also appears that they’re understaffed slowing everything even more down and having customers treat the employees rudely because they’re impatient.

Edit: Shortly after posting the belowreview, they now have a massive amount of brand new carts! I'm sure they had ordered them before my complaint on here, but I'd still ike to think I played a part in getting this problem solved. So, you're welcome everyone! 😉 LOLI really like all the staff here, but where are all the carts?! I swear every time I come now the only ones left are the carts with car seats. And that's if you're lucky. I even scoured the parking lot for a cart last time and couldn't fine one. And since I'm the only person in the city who returns carts to the cart return, there weren't any there either lol

We're talking about a supermarket that is well located and that has all the basics and some extra. Can't say there's much of everything but you can definitely count on it for a quick run. Parking is not a problem and that's a plus. People inside were wearing masks even though I don't remember a sign at the door (so, good anyways). I'll visit it again, next time I'm around the area.

I usually love shopping here everyone is always so love you but today when I was grocery shopping the cashier named Marie started scanning my items didn’t respond to my greeting and never even told me the total and even when I asked if it was okay to insert my card now she didn’t say anything and then didn’t even send my bags to the end just had me pick reach over the counter where you put in your card to grab them, never responded to me telling her to have a nice day and barely even glanced at me. Overall super rude when she did direct for no reason, ruined my mood for the day.

Entering the store, no wipes just an empty busted open dirty container! Bakery items exposed to everything that blows through the front door and not individually wrapped like other stores.Store is filthy, items are ready to expire, poorly stocked. I get it stores are having the same issue with supplies, but this Vons is beyond that! Can't even get a 4 pack of TP like I can at Ralphs for a few bucks. The TP here starts at $6 or $7 bucks.Store is worse every time I go in there. Step it up Vons!One year later...No shopping carts ever!!Now the basics are locked up (hand soap, body wash, deodorant) Ridiculous!!Employees all look like they hate their jobs here. I got double charged for an item. Middle Eastern woman who works deli in the mornings with her mask half on is such a sour presence here!! Hate dealing with her. So unfriendly.This store continues to go downhill while prices go insanely high compared to other stores.Managers don't care....

I have to downgrade this store because it is due for a much needed upgrade. The produce could be more appealing. The shopping carts need a modern upgrade. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The store is clean.
