This place is unbelievably expensive. Everything is about twice as expensive as other places. I would give three stars due to the fact that they are really helpful and have everything but are so expensive. I made it four though because they will price match Petco prices if you show them proof online on your phone. I only go there when I need something immediately since it is close to my house. Otherwise just buy things on Chewey or Amazon.

A bit underwhelming and I was a bit put off about this discount card they really push on you for $20 a month however if you do buy food it can save you money.And the employees really push you to sign up right at the register and the only way to do that is to say out loud in line to the entire store your name, your address, your phone number and even your pet's name.Had to run outside and explain to a woman what she had just done and she was not happy.This is one of the high crime hotspots in Hollywood. This entire section of Sunset Boulevard. During the day I feel safe but at night well, I'd be prepared if I walk by there at night

This location is tucked away in the heart of Hollywood. First of all, they have a parking structure in the back, which is great. The service was on point - I was greeted with very directly staff. They also seemed to know their product. 🙂 I bought a taste of wild bag and it was fairly priced. I am happy. I would come back to this location again.

Everyone in Petco is always friendly and helpful. We always love going in our store as its a smaller store but the people r always there to help us if we need it.

I would never visit the store ever again. The two people that I saw in there were so uninterested and acted as if I was bothering them when there was no one in the store. I just drove to the larger store that was about a mile or two away. It would be nice to be able to pop into the store that's literally in my neighborhood but never again.

This place is great! I HIGHLY recommend going here. For one it’s pretty much a petco but smaller and they still have the awesome prices! This place was super clutch! It’s right down the street from Dog E Den daycare! I’m lucky to have came across this and grabbed some good quality toys for my puppy! Definitely go here!

so I work for InstaCar; I went to pick up an order. I asked the cashier some questions; Afferent boy in the box ... his attitude from the beginning was despotic and denigrating. When paying, I asked him for help to help me scan the items as there were so many and his reaction was to kick the products with his legs. I understand that they do not help the drivers to install. But as the client orders my services it is the same attention that he should receive as a regular client. So it is very disappointing to arrive at that place and to be treated with little respect ... I am a regular customer of the have and also for my work and something like this has never happened to me in this store. They should take a closer look at how they treat all customers regardless of where one comes from Then I make the note that pray the next time I withdraw an order please do not hit the products or throw them by the cashier because if something is damaged I must return the product. And a young woman threatened to call the costumer service to ban me from entering the store. I don't understand what was wrong I did if I only asked for their help ñ. Although I do not understand their definition of work, I understand that at least good customer service should be provided by the cashiers. KICK MY PRODUCTS WITH MY FEET. OMG ANOTHER WORLD

Horrible customer service. Last time I go in there. I walked into the store today with my dog. Walked up to the cashier who was on her phone. I introduced myself and said my dog wasn’t eating her kibble , and asked if she had a sample or a small bag of something different I could buy. She couldn’t be bothered , said they had nothing like that . She did point somewhere and said there was a dried up dog food but nothing else. So I literally said I guess I’ll find a bag of food myself . I had to ask for the cashiers name since she had no name tag . Last bag of food I buy there. I guess it’s chewy.com. A business can’t afford poor customer service in this climate. But Susan is her name and not helping customers is her game .

Valet parker in the back was completely rude and chased after just to tell me that I have to let him know where I'm shopping instead of being at his stand he expected me to know what to do when there are no signs to tell me that I need to check in with valet. They don't even park the car for you. Horrible valet.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful! The location is really convenient, as there aren't many pet stores in the area. They usually have a bowl of free dog treats for canine visitors, and they're even thoughtful enough to rotate the free treats so it's not always the same one. The prices can be a little higher than other stores, especially compared to internet prices. Since this is a smaller "Unleashed" store, their selection is sometimes limited - although I am often surprised at how much they pack into this little space. It's a great spot for your day-to-day pet needs like toys, food, and treats. Just be sure to call ahead and do your price research before coming here for larger one-time purchases, such as crates, gear, beds, etc.

I'll never go to pet smart again I 've never seen so many different things to choose and the prices were so low I was able to twice amount of things I needed. But the thing that I was most impressed was the quality of service these guys went out of their way to make sure I was happy especially when they UPS driver came in wow. Every woman stopped what they were doing he was the most well mannered professional person you could ever meet he really made Petco as well as ups look great. I'll go back for sure now , ups give that man a raise!👍👍

Like most Unleashed locations, they cram a lot of stuff in a tiny space so it's a little harder to navigate with a big purse and big dog. It was the only pet shop near Hollywood that had familiar products. The staff was very friendly.

Marsha was so helpful. Normal I go in once a week and they ask me about a pals card I never have any time to set it up, so Marsha took the time to sign me up. She also helped me out in line when she saw I was struggling with all the products. Thank you so much you made my day!!

According to my receipt the ladies name is Lilia and wow is she rude. I sadly had to go to unleashed two days in a row and the first day the same lady rung me up. She seriously attacked me with attitude and lack of help the whole time. I guess it bothered my core so much. I sadly had a nightmare about it. Sadly the item I bought was to big for my dog. Even though I asked Lilia for help she obviously choose not to. Anyway, had to go back and change the size. She still had her attitude. I was so close to calling the manager but decided I wanted out before her attitude got worse. Unleashed never again. Rather go somewhere with service and positive energy.

I shop here at least once a month for cat toys/treats/food/misc. I have been in here several times and I am quite happy with the service I get. The staff are very knowledgable and the prices are very competitive.

Walked in and was immediately greeted. I love great customer service. She kindly helped me to what I needed even though it was 15 minutes to closing. I like to quickly search products on amazon to compare prices. Petco is on the pricier side but very convenient when in a pinch.***EDIT: Upgraded to a full 5 stars. took a workshop with Nancy on loose leash walking and already see vast improvements in both myself and the pup. I had the issue where my dog was taking me for a walk - sort of doing her own thing and smelling every single tree, twig, pee puddle and post. Just walking her in front of my building would take 30+ min and she would completely freeze up.Nancy taught us the tug and release that has revolutionized our lives. My workshop ended up being a private class and Nancy gave us tons of attention and customized the class for our needs and questions.Workshops are $10 and a six week class package for adult pups runs $119. Totally a great value. I will be signing up with the Nance. Love her! She answered all our questions that were behavior related and not really on topic with the workshop. She freely shares tips and tricks and is calm.Martini and I are grateful!They also had a puppy art class that we took part in. Just so much fun at this unleashed location. This is Jelly Bean's favorite place and I walk her here daily to say "Hello" to the staff and to get a cookie from the cookie bar. They have all the natural brands she eats and everything you could need for a dog or cat. Jelly Bean was trained by Nancy the trainer here and we go to Yappy Hour a free play group for dogs 25lbs and under every Thursday from 7:30 to 8:30. We know and love everyone who works here! If you've never been to an Unleashed, check this place out. The selections are different from Petco.

My experience at unleashed was a Great one . I went into this location today for a Job Interview actually and The Employee's where Supper nice & when I say supper nice I mean they seemed so happy to see you and greated you with a smile and all!!! It was very clean and organized . Also something I noticed it was a very intimate setting unlike the Big Petco stores . I do recommend pet lovers shop here!!! As for me getting the Job that;s a diffrent story lol . If I don't get a call back I'm going to be very sad because this would be the perfect job for me. On a scale of 1-10 1 being horrible 10 being Awesome my rate would be way beond like a 20 :)
