I purchase an outfit for my great niece for Valentines Day, I returned to the store and inadvertently left the receipt at home. They were able to process the return by using my card. Done in less than 10 minutes! Cordial staff!!

Shopping experience here has plummeted. So many everyday items are now in locked cages and you have to wait for the employees to unlock. This is always annoying, but now practically everything in the front of the store is under lock and key so you’re sitting around waiting to get several items. What should be a quick target run is now impossible if you want to get deodorant or body wash or lotion or face wash or socks or underwear or hair care products or laundry detergent, the list goes on. I hate capitalism.

Beware!!! Had a visit to this local target and discovered theres anywhere from a $ 2.00 to $ 5.00 difference(depending on the product) in prices at the specific location. After visiting a Torrance target on Sepulveda. I shopped the same items and noticed a significant price difference with the same items.I’m not sure if this target is purposely making the residence in this area pay the cost of the cage’s they keep everyday common items in or if there catering to the high income tech community that’s now coming into this area.Whatever it maybe, Target should be ashamed of themselves, they’re a multibillion dollar company and they’re nickel and diming their guest and their employees to shop elsewhere.

This review is specifically for the optical- paid $300+ for prescription sunglasses for my birthday and when received, the frame was scratched in multiple places (likely the display frame). Told them and they said to give them 2 weeks to replace the frame. Well I picked up today and it’s the same scratched frame. I took pictures before and the scratched are in all the same areas. They basically made me wait to pick up the same frame.

Used to work at this location. The managers were rude… I didn’t have a name tag for 2 weeks and they gave me someone name Lisa’s name tag. My shift started at 4:30 and I was assigned to work stationary alongside another employee. There was nobody working that area in the morning so by the time I arrived the area was trashed and had tons of go backs. By 5 a random employee comes to me questioning both me and the other employee on the area being a mess and was trying to show us how to zone. We were not zoning because we were focused on getting everything off the floor and we had go backs. Didn’t make sense to zone before cleaning up. I was also not about to respond to another employee who doesn’t have a team lead nor manager name tag. So she went and told one of the managers on me. This manager gave me attitude because I had someone else’s name tag that HR gave me and the area being a mess. The remainder of the shift both women kept coming over monitoring me and the other coworker.

Overpriced target. Make sure u get a price match for online or else where. The optometrist are rude AF. they look at you funny when you want to make an appointment and have no insurance. Was going to pay cash anyway but I'll take my business elsewhere.

Last week Target had a good sale especially for Red Card members. Savings on top of savings. I love a good bargain or two. Target has become a one stop shopping experience. This particular Target has an optical department as well as CVS Pharmacy. Starbucks for that extra pick you up. Check them out, definitely you'll find just what you need or wanted to try. Tell them I sent you.

I went to Target and picked up items that I forgot to get at the store. They have some goodies that I bought. I returned a coffee machine today. Went great! I pulled it up on my cellphone. The team-member scanned my bar-code. Asked if there was anything wrong with the coffee maker. I said that it doesn't fit where I wanted it to go. And that was it. Kudos to Target and it's Team-members for another job well done. 👏

It breaks my heart to see these hard-working Young associates under Katrina Who is supposed to be their “team leader” Katrina carries a horrible attitude, very demanding and bossy. I’m always shopping at this target because I’m just across the street and I always see how low in staff target can be at times.

Perhaps the largest in LA, huge parking lot but always near full, inattentive staff...they added security since smash & grab took over the city, hopefully that will help keep bad elements out.

After paying respect to Nipsey and Kobe @Nipsey’s store in Crenshaw we needed a few last minutes things before flying out back to Melbourne Australia we headed to this Target. Only few minutes frm Nipsey shop this Target is on point. Car park fully lit with lighting we felt safe. The Store inside is super clean and service was also great. We gotta photo with the #targetdog too! Thx again Target La Cienega 😃

It's Target, the amount of random things you can get here is amazing. As for employees, you have a 50/50 chance of anyone being able to help you. And a lower chance of them knowing what's in stock or even what something (like WD40) is. This is a self service place. Know what you want and find it yourself.

BE CAREFUL: The gift card I bought at this location was tampered, scammer stole the information and drained the balance to 0. Apparently this is a location targeted by the gift card scammer, and store customer service will do nothing but to have you call the 800 number. So if you don’t want your bought gift card get stolen, stay away from here.
