Edit: The owner got in touch with me and offered to fix the issue. The second grooming was great and I appreciated the apology and action. Apparently the first groomer was not experienced.They charged me $170 + tip for the worst grooming job I’ve ever seen on a poodle. His head was uneven and there were even still mats hidden under his ear. His feet weren’t groomed at all and I don’t know what they did to the inside of his leg but it makes no sense. This is deeply unprofessional and disappointing.

Extremely knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Very helpful and accommodating. They have a lot of stuff that you can't get at the big pet stores. Also very high quality. They offer free delivery if you're within 5 miles of the store and you can also doordash a lot of their products.I live right outside their delivery zone and it's very worth it for me to come here.Also good to note they also carry CBD products and cute birthday things.

We always have an incredible time here, and Tailwashers are the only people we trust in town with our dog. We have a skidish corgi and the groomers here always know how to keep him calm and happy.

That's the best place to buy food and stuff for your pets.Amazing costumer service ,associates very nice....and they give us free samples for our dogs,and good advices for one of them (allergies). We really love this place🐾🐾💞🐶🐕🐈 💞🐾🐾

I came here because they host a pet dental company every so often. The store was very clean, I bought some dog snacks after my dog was done with her cleaning.

Omg! Woke up to worms on our wedding day and the team at tailwaggers larchmont literally saved the day! Exceptional customer service! They went above and beyond to help us! Made so many phone calls and on top of that price matched to amazon lol 12/10 would recommend these guys over anyone else!

Larchmont village is so cute ! And this place has all the cutest/most fashionable things in! Staff is super friendly. I really appreciate that they have their own free parking lot for customers. And the staff will help carry heavy dog food bags to your car !

While placing an order over the phone and I noticed the Raw rabbit patties I normally order were being discontinued. I asked why and at the time they were being discontinued and they said they were not sure and I accepted there explanation. 15 min after the call they called me back and said why they were being discontinued and said I could still specialty order them. That's good customer care. Thank you to the gentleman who followed up. Happy customer.

Stopped by a little after closing due to updated hours on Sunday. One of the employees was nice enough to greet us, apologize for the inconvenience, and give some treats to my dog. And the past few times I've shopped there, they've always been very courteous and helpful. Great selection of products, reasonable prices, and great staff!
