So this was my first time bringing my puppy to a groomer and even though she wasn’t a fan, I was a fan of this place!First-The location is in a little shopping center across from the grocery store on Franklin and the parking lot is tight. Put there seems to be plenty of parking on the side street there. But it’s pretty well lit and you won’t have any trouble finding the place! There is one store that is like a pet store/daycare and the other side is the grooming side.Second-The staff was awesome. The gentleman did an excellent job on my dogs nails and ear cleaning, even though she hated it and fought him. He kept his patience and did his job and I’m very thankful for that. The lady at the front was really nice and informative About their other services. The staff in the pet store was super nice. All came over to give my puppy some love and treats and selected great options for me to get her treats. I HIGHLY recommend this place! They are caring, well priced and good at their job!

Great one stop spot to get everything you need for your best friend! The wash stations are easy to use, the staff is helpful & efficient. Next door at Tailwaggers they have a wide selection of toys and treats! My dog loves it here :)

Tailwaggers is pretty good. They have the things that I buy and also the things I don't buy. My cat is the Liz Taylor of cats.She likes what she likes and she doesn't like what she doesn't like.The only problem I have with tailwaggers is all the clerks greet me happy with big smiles when I come in.That makes me feel uncomfortable in Los Angeles.Los Angeles is the Dark Nau of towns. Groomers are nice - don’t trust the front desk staff.We visited every month for almost two years and the last visit was a disaster.They mistakenly canceled our appointment instead of another customer’s and then fabricated a wild story to cover it up. When we showed up for our appointment the front desk told us someone (claiming to work for us) called to cancel our appointment. We spoke to the person who called (the other customer) and confirmed this wasn’t true.They still saw my pup and kept her locked in a cage for hours before her grooming. The grooming was bad and clearly rushed. My dog was visibly upset from the experience and depressed for days after.I will never come back.

I love this shop. All the staff is so friendly, every time I've been in. The zero delivery fee for the times I can't make it in and they way they give my pup a treat and had great advice on food. Super appreciate having them so close!

The staff is always nice and helpful. The selection of cat and dog food have is perfect for what I need. They are all smaller healthier brands! I also love the different fun cat towers they have as well as dog toys. Parking is also super easy so I’m in and out with what I need.

Staff was friendly enough but likely treat older (than them) customers better or with more patience. Prices are an absolutely disgraceful crime and you’re paying $40 for something you can get at Petco or Amazon for literally $19.99 … but if spending tons more than you have to makes your kitty purr, then that’s a beautiful thing for you!

Pros: Helpful staff, very friendly. A good variety of foods.Cons: The prices are ridiculously high, and I am not comparing them to a big-box store. Some items are double what I would pay at my local small pet store. The variety of foods includes brands that are not at par to the best health of a pet. Parking is almost always not available.

I LOVE Tailwaggers. They have the best quality foods available. Lots and lots of options for Raw food too, which is a huge plus. They also have the cutests beds, toys, and accessories. I wish they had a bit more for cats. But that being my only complaint I still think this store deserves 5 stars and more. They will even bring stock from another store to there's so you can pick up by the following day instead of driving all over town to another location.I can tell the staff really has a heart for not only their pets, but their customer's too. If you haven't been, I highly suggest you drop in. 😺😻😽

This pet store has a wide selection of cute pet products. Leashes, beds, and toys- they carry many options. They even have car seats- which my leather seats are super grateful for. Everybody was nice & helpful. They also sell products that are clean and safe for your pets. Love it. Will def be back.

Came here for an adoption event on a Saturday. This is a very nice pet supply store, quite spacious and carries a lot of necessities. The vet that was here was very friendly and thorough with a general examination of the dog I was going to foster to adopt.They have a dedicated area for adoption fairs, which I think is very nice. It’s very easy to find, was a little crowded, but glad to see so many people interested in rescuing a dog.Parking is a little tricky, there aren’t many parking spaces in the plaza and the spaces are super tight, was very concerned for my car the whole time there. I was lucky to have someone leave when I got in the plaza, otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten a spot. I think I would opt for street parking if you can find one close-by, it’s less hectic and easier. Also the neighborhood felt relatively safe to walk around in during the day.

Tailwaggers is a one-stop-shop for your pup! They have everything from food and treats to costumes. The staffs are very friendly, helpful people who know their stuff when it comes down right dog care in this store. I had such an amazing experience at Tailwagger's today.

This is a fantastic local pet store. Lots of love (and treats!) every time I bring in my pup. Staff really cares about their customers.They suggested a CBD product that worked great for my dog's fear of fireworks and offered store credit in the event it didn't work.

My dog had an amazing haircut but the customer service at this location is terrible. They are more expensive than most groomers in the area so you would expect the quality of service to reflect that. I booked an appointment over a week out and they called the day before to cancel because they overbooked. The next available appointment was 9 days later and they offered zero discount for the inconvenience. Super unprofessional!

I've been coming to Tailwaggers (and specifically the Bronson location) for over 3 years. It's the only store I go to for my pets because every single interaction I've ever had has been A1! Whether it's in person or on the phone, there's a genuine joy and passion with the people who work here and it shows. To the point where they ask about my fur babies by name whether they're with me or not. It all started with Wendy the first time I happened to find the store in a "pet stores near me"-type Google search. So glad I did!

While his paws were better than they were before, he didn’t smell nice and the whole point of going was to get the legs and underneath taken care of. By the next day you could barely notice he’d been to the groomers. The first time we took him somewhere at our local groomers it was amazing he smelt great for days, was beautifully trimmed in all areas, teeth brushed complementary for our first visit and it was far less expensive. Guess you can’t get it right every time.I thought I was lucky to squeeze my pup in at Tailwaggers the same day as most other places were fully booked, therefore I didn’t mind paying what they charged for a small dog groom. When I arrived I explained that I wanted his legs and underneath area trimmed as well since he’s a puppy and still gets all over himself, they said they know what they’re doing and that it would be extra for what I wanted, I accepted the additional charges.I picked him up only his feet and balls were shaved, not the underneath and leg hair where he wees on that I thought I was paying extra for. They said what I wanted was a leg trim and that would be an additional $25+ on top of what was paid and added on already, I was willing to do it just to get the right cut however they were “off the clock darling”.Perhaps since I’m visiting from out of town they didn’t care for my business, sure felt that way. Will know to book in advance somewhere that cares a little more about any new customer and their pup!

The best place there is for quality pet food and supplies. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and ready to help. I had a very sick senior kitty and they were very helpful and so compassionate. I swear their recommendations bought me precious time with him. They even cried with me when he was gone. I would never go anywhere else.

Tailwaggers has me in the system to receive my special order of veg dog food every two weeks. They call me when the order arrives. When my car was in the shop recently, they delivered my order for free. The staff are all animal lovers and super helpful.

Went here to get our dog some ‘extras’ after using their adjoining Tailwashers facility to give our dog 🐕 a bath in their self service area. What a great alternative to professional grooming! They supply absolutely everything, facilities are clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend both places!!

Definitely been noticing a lot of changes lately and I must say I don't like it one bit, I used to come here because it felt like a beachwood canyon local neighborhood store, whatever they're doing its killing the vibe, the new employees are not the type of people I like to interact with and they make it feel like petsmart in there, before the prices were worth it but now I'm not so sure.there's too much competition for them to keep my business with the changes they've made, and I'm one of their better customers spending at least 200 a week

Always love going to tailwaggers in Hollywood, especially for the self wash. The staff is friendly, they have my dog's information in the system so it's easy with no hassle. I've never had to wait for an self wash station, usually I just walk in and there is one available.
