I’ve been calling the store to warn them about the chicken they’re selling. I got some prepared chicken this afternoon and it was bad!!!! It didn’t smell any different from any other chicken that’s been seasoned but once it was cooked the smell and the taste was really bad. Please be careful if you buy this kind of chicken.

Everything is very good. That's what the guys in the kitchen are very lazy and if you want to buy something, they won't do it for you. Even if you arrive, an hour early, especially the girl who is there. Tall young Hispanic woman, she provides very bad service to customers and she also starts arguing with them when she doesn't like something. They should correct that attitude. She even told me to talk to the manager because she didn't want to cook three fried fish.

The people that come to superior market especially Latinos and Hispanic they think they own the store just because they think it's I guess owned by Mexicans or whatever but every time I come there I'll always experience they always bow guard over black people like as if we should not be there and I finished that and for that reason I won't be coming back to Superior Market no more

We used to come to this store frequently, lately the products are a bit more expensive than in other stores, just buying some things in sets you can save a little. It is well stocked and very clean, bread is always at a good price, only when there are specials are items at a good price.

Typically I have a great experience here. But I bought a bunch of conchas here and all the chocolate ones are coated with salt. Whomever make them used salt INSTEAD of sugar. I tried calling for 10mins and someone picked up and hung up the phone twice. It’s really unfortunate.

I was looking for fresh tarragon and celery root. The kid stocking the shelves had never heard of them. He engaged the help of the grown man nearby, who knew both what they are and that they don't stock them.

My daughter who is 27 years old was turned away rudely from purchasing alcohol because the bottom corner of her ID was cracked, however, her picture, id number and birthdate was still visible. They were rude and being sarcastic with her. Very poor judgement and customer service. This is the store on La brea and Obama.

Their protocols vegetables fruit everything or perfect. One thing that I really love. They always have an employee cleaning the basket before the customer touched it! I love this market and I recommend that everybody should kill them support. Always cleaning up and making sure that the customers or satisfied. Great job superior groceries

It was quick and easy to grab a few itews and leave. My mom order ceviche, she loved it. She ordered fresh Redfish. I cooked it for dinner. We enjoyed the fish. I haven't tried the fruit but I will update soon. The fruit wasn't good. The lime and over sized Avocado was good.

I started shopping here a few months ago and am pleasantly surprised! The produce is beautiful and fresh. The store shelves are always stocked up and the staff is really nice. The prices are amazing and the variety of fruits and meats are fantastic! Easy to stay on budget shopping here for a family.

The store is okay you can find what you need but I give a star to the workers especially the cashiers. They are rude and instead of helping you they rob your own money/ cupons. They scan their own phone numbers. I thought it was only for coupons but let me find out that you can scan it everytime you buy and get points or money off your next purchase, but they decided to not tell you and scan their own phone so they can get our points and our money off.

With the remodeling going on everything is unorganized hard to find stuff. Produce is cheaper than at Ralph’s but the Spectrum people at the front door make it so hard to go in the store I rather go pay more at Ralph’s than be harassed by Spectrum when I’m walking in. Even when you tell them you already have Spectrum they try to hold you up and they only target younger people for the most part.

We lost our car keys and asked a lady at the liquor section if anybody had turned it in, she told us NOBODY had given anything. After 20 minutes of searching we asked the security in-front after being told no for requesting to ask over the intercom. He told us he gave it to HER. Security then walked us to her and gave it to us. SHE TOLD US 3 times REPEATEDLY she never got anything. Security ended up taking keys from her and returning it too us!!

This place has a very good variety of vegetables for reasonable price. You can get corn leaves and banana leaves here. The plantain was very tasty. Overall nice shop for groceries.

The store was clean, the employees were friendly and assisted me with no hesitation. The fruits and vegetables were fresh and had many options to choose from. The deli market didn't have much prepared food but I was able to get a whole rotisserie chicken. The shelves were neatly stocked, and I got everything on my shopping list.
