Please STOP saying you close at 10pm. Just state that you close at 9:45pm. So people don’t waste their time and gas driving for 30 minutes because they’re trying to get to the closest store, on the way home to their house before it closes. Now, I got to go to Ralph’s and should have went in the 1st place!!! Bad Customer Service!!! I just wanted 1 item.

Smart & Final at Freedom Plaza was very nice, clean and fully stocked. Employees and cashiers were friendly. The only difference that I noticed at this location compared to othe S & F I've been to, is that all their baby products, personal care items and pharmacy items are all locked up in display cases so you need to request ( call box) for an associate to help you.

Stopped here for a quick shop for essentials & food. This joint is massive & has sooo many products of everything! Had plenty of stock throughout the aisles, customer service was friendly & amazing!The restroom is way at the back on the right hand side in the corner.

So amazing to see them build this place from the ground up! Went inside and I was truly amazed, everything is beautiful inside. Very inviting. The variety is amazing. Super friendly staff. Very convenient for them to have put a market in the community, that’s really what we needed! The whole plaza in general is a great change from the community! Will be shopping here often!

Very unpleasant visit to this store today, I ask for help from one of the cashiers but she seem to be to busy texting . I ask a second time and still ignore me while she was texting. Then very rude and annoyed she finally help me. To bad the customer service from this store is going down the drain. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and do something to educate these cashiers to learn to provide good customer service

I went in store today and felt like I was being profile here. I had a bag from food 4 less with Chips and being accused of Stealing which is not cool at all. I'm considering reporting this to corporate.

The inside air actually smells so good. Fresh clean light scent. The banquet staff left a bit to be desired...actually refused to provide what my friend had paid for and by time we got it straight they said they were out of it!

I just want to put it out there. I appreciate Aldo store manger for having great people working along side of him. I shop early in the morning and Grace is always my cashier she has great customer service and very friendly. You only get that type of service when you work under great management. I stop by at this smart and final because it was on my way home thinking I was going to get the same customer service that I get from the one on El Segundo and Central but the cashier I got (Jacqueline) very rude didn't greet me and in a very rude way told me to put my items on the belt. I told her no its fine, you can't scan them on the basket? She said well I won't bag your items then. I said I dont want bags. And in a very unpleasant manner she scanned my items and dropped every item back into the basket. I never did this when I worked for smart and final on El Segundo and Central!!! If I could give a no star I would. I never told my customers "if you leave your items in the basket I wont bag them" clearly she needs more training or needs to be put back as a service clerk! Why work in customer service if your not going to give the company you work for your best. Remember you're the first and last face the customer sees so give a positive attitude!

I really like this store it was nice and clean you can find everything you want and if you couldn't find it there was always someone there to ask . It was not crowded and the cashiers were very helpful and very polite.

I use to love this Smart and Final in WATTS. But the honeymoon was over fast.The store is never stocked it seems like they resock once a week.The produce is gross never fresh ,old sits out before they restock it.There are a few workers who bring home with them to work . Everyone else is friendly. It's like shopping at food 4 less..

BEAUTIFUL Smart and Final, the one in my location in lynwood is not this nicely kept or stocked. The produce section fresh. But it did sound like the refrigerator section might go out..hope they fix that everything else had great variety of stuff. Will definitely go again.

It's a very nice and clean store. One of the nicer looking stores in Watts. However, while the store looks so nice that it seems like it belongs in a much nicer neighborhood, something that quickly reminds you that you are in fact still in Watts is some of the other customers and employees in the store. Rowdy kids and their parents make for an uncomfortable shopping experience. I've encountered a couple of employees that were slightly less than professional in their interactions with customers. The look of the store is atypical of most stores in the hood, but the shopping environment is all too familiar to what I've experienced in many other stores in Watts.

Very clean and large. There were 2 reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars. 1 Only 2 cash registers were open and one of them was 15 items or less. The second reason is that there were no hand sanitizers at all. Yet I understand that there is a shortage, but still at least some should have been available. It is a whole sale store. Other than that, I would shop there again due to the low prices.

Close to home. Had a great shopping day on 2-10-2020 was with my son first time we've gone shopping together since his teen years We both found everything we were looking for. And Glenda the cashier was great I usually shop in the morning 👍 I'll be back 3-5-2020. Had help from Kevin very helpful 3-19-2020 as always the service was great The staff is very helpful 👍 especially through these problemly time Thanks for being there

I love this store! You can find everything you need. Its a larger store than the one I used to go to and there's a much wider selection of items. The store is always clean and the associates are always pleasant.

Yesterday I went to buy groceries as I do all the time there. I stopped at the peanuts isle and I asked to worker from there for assistance to bag some mixed nuts for me, she told me do it your self, is not a big deal. The thing is there are several signs in that isle that say ask for assistance to get this product due to covid issue. I think they should remove those signs or train better their workers on costumer service.

I only put 1 star because I had to rate but if I could I would give it 0. They state specials on their weekly ads that they dont have in store and when you ask the cashier she gives you an attitude. Her name is Jennifer. The little I bought she throws it after she scans it. If the manager wants to contact me I have proof of her behavior.

This store is the best grocery market within 20 miles of Watts. This is the greatest thing to happen. It has so many fresh products and a large variety of products to choose from. All the other grocery stores in the area are small and have minimal products.

Wow they have practically everything even nuts packaged 1lb roast beef lots of frozen food coffee by bulk etc lots of cold beer and wine too. Affordable prices. & rotisserie chickens $6.99

Nice clean store. Fast check out. They've taken the time to adjust customer flow holding to CDC guidelines on spacing. Decent liquor area.
