I have been going to them since they opened! I was so excited when I saw the sign that a dog grooming was coming only a few blocks from my house. The service is amazing, the staff is friendly and kind; they take the time to make you and your pet feel comfortable! Definitely great service! Very pleased with how my pets come out every time. I also love that they know their names when they see them. Makes me feel at ease!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my baby for a hair cut. Lady told me to come back in 5 hours, Felt it was a little suspicious but I didn’t have anywhere else. When I got my baby back I noticed he was sad and crying. I took a look and he was all bloody!!! Should of listened to my gut feeling. His ears inside was full of blood and had a big scab on his head. They didn’t even have the heart to Inform me that he was harmed at all! I can’t even imagine the pain my puppy went through. They didn’t even care to clean up the blood. Cold people!!!!!!

I called in the middle of the day to ask about a possible groom service for my dog they answered quickly, good customer service, kind friendly staff.I was able to bring my dog in that same day they did a great job.My dog was happy and so were we.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.Thank you for your service

I was sent here by a referral from my usual pet groomer, it's his daughter's grooming business. It's so bright and the outside is painted so beautifully. Very clean. My dog wasn't gittery or anything. Seems like they really took care of him. It's a little further than I planned to travel but for great customer service and a fair price I will. I think i found my dog a new place to get his grooming needs met. I really recommend this place. My dog really seemed happy. Thank you

Wonderful service!I took my puppy 6months old he is a German Shephard and he is a big puppy. Initially I thought she was going to get scared and maybe end up putting a muzzle on my puppy but on the contrary willow was happy and no signs of being agitated.I also took a poodle and was not in great condition and they did an awesome job.I will definitely make this my groomers.Price is very good.

I took my dog Philly (English Bulldog) here to be groomed on Wednesday. I received a call to pick him up within a hour or less. Went to pick him up and he didn't look clean. He looked like he did when I dropped him off. Only difference is he didn't have the smell he had earlier. So I figured he was ok. Here it is Friday and the smell is back and he has flaky skin everywhere. I don't think the lady washed him. She just wiped him down. But I guess. He will not be going back.

I cannot sing enough phrases about this groomer. She took care of both of my cats with a flea bath and nail trim. My cats are doing a lot better and I'm so thankful. I would recommend the groomer 100% if you're looking for someone you can trust for a good price.

My first time going and they did a horrible job on my puppy it looked a child did it she is so chopped up and un even I understand that puppies move but I thought there are supposed to be things used to help the puppy stay still her whole body is uneven and chopped up
