I recently had an outstanding experience at your Rite Aid Pharmacy, and I felt compelled to share my gratitude. It was a pretty late visit, and despite the hour, the ladies at the pharmacy were incredibly warm and accommodating.I could sense that they had likely endured a long and tiring day, yet their professionalism and commitment to customer service were unwavering. In an effort to bring a bit of levity to the moment, I struck up a conversation, albeit a lighthearted one about deodorant.Not only did the staff engage with me enthusiastically, but they also managed to turn what could have been a mundane transaction into a delightful and memorable experience. Their positive attitude and willingness to connect on a personal level truly set this visit apart.It's rare to find such a dedicated team that goes above and beyond to create a positive atmosphere, even during the late hours. Kudos to the Rite Aid Pharmacy team for their exceptional service, and a special thank you to the ladies who made my visit not just efficient but genuinely enjoyable.I will undoubtedly continue to choose Rite Aid for my pharmacy needs based on this fantastic encounter.

If I could give Alfredo more stars, I would! This guy is like the superhero of Rite Aid - call him Alfredo, the Wizard of Woes!So, picture this: I'm knee-deep in pharmacy frustration, ready to pull my hair out, and Alfredo swoops in like a caped crusader. He's got this soothing voice that's like a warm hug over the phone, and suddenly, my pharmacy-induced stress starts melting away.Despite the chaos of other locations closing down and a couple of folks playing hooky, Alfredo didn't just calm my nerves - he practically performed a pharmacy magic trick! He assured me they were battling a backlog and dealing with a sick day epidemic, yet he handled it all with the grace of a seasoned circus juggler.I can confidently say that Alfredo deserves a raise, a promotion, and maybe even a key to the city. He's not just good; he's the Michelangelo of customer service, turning pharmacy pandemonium into a masterpiece of reassurance.In all my Rite Aid experiences (which are more numerous than my collection of mismatched socks), Alfredo stands out like a beacon of hope. If Rite Aid ever hosts a Customer Service Olympics, Alfredo should be the torchbearer.In short, if you find yourself in a pharmacy pickle, dial up Rite Aid and ask for Alfredo. Excellent store manager Alfredo. This store routinely honors your coupons and sales price. If they only have one item when it's "buy one get one free", they will sell you that one item for 50% off. ALL stores should follow this policy. I much prefer that policy than just getting a rain check , have to make a second trip at a future date , and hope there will be two items on the shelf.

This Rite Aid's service was very good. Store lacked some of the products which other locations have but I got most of what I needed. They sell Redman Leaf Chew for all those who can't find locations currently.

I'm in here more than the workers, haha. They're always out of a lot of stuff. My husband was a merchandiser, so I know how they are supposed to work, and at this rite aid, the merchandisers (who don't work for rite aid, but should be in good contact with them) aren't on their jobs. But, it's great for handy house staples, like bath tissue, vitamins or water, etc.Having said that, 80% of the people who work in the pharmacy are sanctimonious morons who think they're Doctors. Most of the rite aid workers are nice though, except for this one who looks like Icabod Crane, lol. You'll know him if you see him, haha.

I've been coming here for years to pickup my meds. The customer service is always friendly and professional. Today, Wednesday, 05/31/23, I called to check on a prescription and was hung upon twice by male pharmacist pretending he couldn't hear me. The regular pharmacists work so hard to provide excellent customer service, but some new/temporary/part time employee comes in and provides less than poor customer service. Unfortunately, your store will probably recieve more reviews like this one.

I have shopped at this Rite Aid for 22 yrs. and still have never found people or product selection, that compares. The associates treat you like good neighbors. A simply great store, and Pharmacy!

do not shop while black in the pharmacy.go somewhere where you are treated like a human and not scum.Firstly my son was having his first allergic reaction. I waited and waited….. and waited before a male gentleman came, greeted me and then helped me. As soon as i walked away from the POS the next patron did not wait at all before a female hurried to assist her. While the female was being assisted i walked back up to the POS to purchase 1/2 of the meds the male gentleman suggested. He stated the other product was free due to being covered by insurance. So i walked to the POS to buy the other medicine. As soon as the female patron walked away, so did the female behind the pharmacy. She did not greet me. She tried her best not to make eye contact and notice me and my son standing there. I then asked aggressively if i may be checked out just as the other patron was checked out. She then told me to wait for the rest of my meds. I then walked away. Not even a minute later my meds were ready so i asked if the male gentleman can check me out since he was the only one who was NOT dismissive or acting like I was getting on his nerves as a mother whose child is having thier first allergic reaction. I verbally stated my problem with the service and do you know the woman had the audacity to tell me the gentleman couldnt help me because he was about to go on break. So i told her, no problem. I will wait for his break to be over. And great and behold, he checked me out within one second. She is ridiculous. I did not even get her name but she was Asian with giant false unsanitary eye lashes and Unprofessional. As a MOTHER and a UCLA student i will be filing grievence against this pharmacy.

This review is for the pharmacy. The pharmacist, Tina, went out of her way to help me get a prescription refill from my dog’s vet office when the courier RX service i normally use wasn’t getting it refilled in time and was having issues contacting the vet office. Tina spent 30 minutes on the phone with the office and finally convinced them to give a verbal RX over the phone. She then had the prescription filled for me in 5 minutes. Had she not done that, my dog would have been without vital medication. She saved the day and I’m super grateful. Fill your prescriptions here! Thank you so much Tina!!I’ve also had two of my COVID boosters here, no issue.

Never answered the phone after multiple attempts throughout the day. RX rejected & sent to a different Rite Aid 150 miles away. Resent to Rite Aid National & still waited 20 minutes. Too busy & without apology

Rite Aid associate Ashley went above and beyond my expectation for filling a prescription that was not due to be refilled for approximately 10 days. I am so impressed with her customer service ability. She really impressed me.

Pharmacists are rude and and passive aggressive and constantly place you on hold when the pharmacy is never busy in person. UPDATE: Pharmacist, Tina, yelled at me over the phone when asking for clarity and just did not appreciate her manner and treated me as if I was forcing to fill my prescription due to her stubborn persona because she would not let me finish speaking when I was trying to explain how I wanted an apology due to it simply hurting the condescending manner they talk to people who are prescribed the medication. Not the first time there is a miscommunication from her.

Worst experience getting a vaccination here. Pharmacy staff checked me in for my appointment, showed me a form and asked if my name was correct (it was). I get my shot, then the pharmacist hands me a new form and vaccination card with a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NAME. Perhaps an innocent mistake, but the reaction was not...I tell him the name is incorrect: I show him my name on the correct form and what he incorrectly wrote down. VERY obviously wrong because the names are dissimilar! He stares at it and insists its correct and walks off in a huff to consult the staff who checked me in. She insists she showed me the wrong name and that I said it was correct. I ask them, do they need to see my ID to see the name is wrong? After a lot of back and forth (first them insisting it's correct, then it's wrong but my fault), I get the correct form.The staff was incredibly rude and NOT ONCE DID THEY APOLOGIZE. I'm sorry, but I think I know what my name is! It's horrible that they picked some other Chinese person's name and appointment and insisted it was me, when it obviously was not. I would hope the staff and pharmacist are literate but apparently, that is not true.Now I'm questioning whether they gave me the right vaccine, since they had someone else's info pulled up. I searched up the vaccine lot number that they provided and it DOES NOT EXIST. Not sure what's happening there, but I'm never coming back here.

Very happy with this pharmacy. It usually is less crowded than the nearby CVS. People are friendly here and both my wife and I have transferred to this pharmacy.

If your pharmacist doesn’t have the patience enough to talk with sick people, he should definitely find another job. He is rude and unpleasant. A medication cannot never take more than two hours to be ready!!!!

Lazy workers, stopped selling ice cream saying they were prepping to close at 9pm and stopped selling ive cream at 5 when it was only 8pm. No one else in the store, worker was just standing by register refusing to sell ice cream.

I went to Rite Aid on National Boulevard in Los Angeles. The sales associate cashier was not friendly and acted like she didn't want to wait on me. She acted like she wanted me to leave. She almost pushed my dollar change in my hand and did not say, "Thank you"

I called the pharmacy and man answering the phone was SUPER RUDE to me. I went there to pick up my meds and literally no one was at the store. The woman showed up later, and she was nice though.

THE BEST customer service ever. Be respectful and you will get respect in return. I’d rather go here than anywhere else any day. I have never had a problem with anyone here and I actually look forward to going. All of the employees are so cool and work hard to keep the place as together as they do. Thank you guys!!

This is a decent Rite Aid. It is no frills, from what I can see, but the good thing is that there is not only a Ralphs next door, but there is also a Staples, so you could kill one stone if you wanted to if you're looking to get some sundry items such as vitamins, cosmetics, household cleansers, and/or various remedies, and then you need groceries and office supplies, you can do all three.

I went to Rite Aid to ask about their Wellness program. I spoke with a manager who was very helpful and answered my questions. I then went to the pharmacy to ask about the Affordable Care Act, which is also known as Obamacare. They were very helpful telling me about the new health care law. They have an insurance agent their on certain days to answer questions.

It's a RiteAid. Pretty dated interior, stock is sometimes spotty, but I've never had a bad experience with the employees. Pretty middle of the road drug store.

I am writing this on behalf of my husband John Estrada " we wanted to thank pharmist Azin at the national Blvd Rite Aid , i made a appointments for my husband and his mom and my husband is not generally comfortable with getting vaccines but he felt so at ease with his vaccine experience with Azin , he couldn't say enough nice things about her and how nice she was and it made his whole experience the best Thank you Azin your the best .
