I would give it a 0 star if they had that option!Rite Aids online service sucks, cashiers don't know what they're doing, could've avoided this whole situation. It took over 20 minutes just to be told you needed to pay for the same item AGAIN when I did online, and I was picking the item up. Then, their barcode scanner doesn't work. Afterward, the merchandise box color was lighter than their own website photo appears. In my head, I couldn't believe this dumb excuse. Just give me the damn product already.l!!Finally, supervisor/Manager "said" they would call back to return my money. "No wonder they're shutting them down. Everything is breaking apart smfhhh!

Every time I call the pharmacy, they put me on hold for a long time and never answer except Marian. She is good. One time I pick up my trilucity refill, they gave me one box of 4. Then when I called them, they said that they gave me 2 boxes of 4. Actually it was only 1. Now last refill they gave me one and today is the last syringe I'm going to use. A minute ago I call the pharmacy to refill, they lady answer me and nnd put on hold. They never answer.

I gave Rite-Aid 3 because they are not stocking the Empty Shelves Rite Aid has lost a lot of money and will probably claim Bankruptcy news also says all Rite Aids will be Closing for good 😔 now is the best time to shop there because I saw 50% to 75% Off ON Many Items, SO GET YOUR SHOP ON PEOPLE ! 😉

I wrote the review below about three months ago in May/June 2023. Since then I’ve seen improvements at this Rite Aid, one of them most notably the ice cream department. Isn’t it amazing how ice cream can make anything better!I came into this Rite Aid today at 12:30 am, I had just finished a day long exam, I needed a reward. I noticed that this was close to my house, but hardly notice it, the lot that it’s on, just doesn’t generate traffic like Walgreens or CVS. Huge store though, but sparsely stocked. That’s how I can tell that it doesn’t get much attention. As a former finance director, it saddens me when a location is underutilized, it’s a sign that it’s managed poorly. This is how I know that it’s managed poorly too, there ice cream in the store, you know the thrifty inherited ice cream after acquisition, yeah the good one with one or two scoops that makes everyone happy, well I was told it was closed. No ice cream! It’s right there and there is no one in the store! You’re not doing anything! Why not make a sale and make a customer happy? and that to your management will you? Maybe I’m wrong and this store does amazing sales, the employees are overwhelmed that they can’t serve me the ice cream that is just sitting there using the electricity to keep it frozen!

VERY AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! I was Greeted and told where to find the products I was looking for. African American Hair product are hard to find in certain parts of California this one included ; But guess what I found them!! So happy and with the discounts included even HAPPIER!! Thank you guys

The cashier was very rude. She is mean and feel like don't want to be there. I want to complain RITE AID in 3rd and Vermont. You are horrible and if you mean like that to customer you shouldn't be working there. She is very unhelpful She didn't ask my number rite aid card so now I pay more than it should be. HORRIBLE experience I wouldn't recommend this place. Customer Service SUCKS!!!!!

Needed assistance at the self-checkout and the cashiers ignored the machine's constant request for it. Stood there making eye contact with the 3 cashiers helping other people at separate times and still was not helped even after they checked them out. One even passed me to serve ice cream to customers who asked for it and I didn't get help until I asked her if anyone was going to help me. She wasn't apologetic for the lack of attention or help I received.

If you bring your own reusable shopping bag expect to be groped at point blank range by a maskless security officer. At the soda aisle of all places. I can understand the theft paranoia a bit if someone is hanging out in cosmetics, but sodas? I feel violated. Anyone getting that close to you without your consent should be wearing a mask. More items I needed but decided not to get. Checked out my tums and nexium and buying rest from Walgreens. Won’t be coming back, always a hostile atmosphere.

Super Slow. Lack of Employees. Always long line for already prepared medication. Ridiculous. Sometimes prescription has issue with this location when other pharmacy brand doesn't. Pick up date also changes without notice when I even received those ready for pick up text message. I don't recommend here. Go somewhere else!

I had just checked out and needed to use the restroom. I get the key from the cashier and I go inside the restroom and OMG...just view the photos for yourself like as if it hadn't been cleaned in days.

Guy starts helping me then goes and starts helping someone else before he finished helping.EDIT: So i went in for the 2nd covid shot on time and get told to have a seat... 40 minutes later nothing. Whats the point in having an appointment if the have you sitting there for that long. Edit: 1 hour 15 minutes later im done waiting... never got the 2nd vaccine.

Where do i start ? PE(😠)PLE steal A L(😠)T in HERE . It's very unfair for these security guards Lamont , Alondra , Mike , Maria and others . Even at times Ride Aid workers to have to step in and assist. , watching potential thieves . The store is too big , to have one security guard to oversee everything . HIRE M(😠)RE GUARDS . Y (😠)U WANT , I THINK and definitely NEED Y(😬)UR CUSTOMERS TO FEEL SAFE . Nubio and a couple of others , I don't know their names or I forgot are ok , can be better . Some aren't G(😠)(😠)D at giving consistent G(😬)(😬)D or GREAT SERVICE . Again , i don't know their names . But I know them by face . When I FIND OUT , i will fix this . The workers who I prefer to deal with are David and the assist. mgr., Jacobson . Also put PAPER TOWElLS in the BATHR(😠)(😠)M and MAKE SURE THEIR IS SOAP every hour or sooner . Last thing when 10 or more customers or in line OPEN UP ANOTHER CHECKSTAND . The long lines should demand that at least 3 checkstands should be opened at ALL TIMES . Y(😠)U don't want customers to feel like they are waiting in line longer than they work at their J(😠)B . The workers , who haven't acquired enough people skills . Put those workers in the back . Where they don't have to deal with any customers .They don't need to be working around the customers . They L(😠)(😠)K BAD . And they make Ride Aid L(😠)(😠)K bad and they shouldn't BE HERE .

The pharmacy never has anything ready, this is the 4th time out of 5 times I've been here that my prescription is not ready more than 7 Days past when my doctor sent them my prescription. Never stepping foot in a rite-aid again.

I usually just go to this one for ice cream. They tend to be generous with their scoops. Only negative might be you usually have to go pay afterwards I in the regular line which can be slow.
