I was wondering why this store was near empty then something told me to check the ratings of this store and low and behold the bad reviews matched the stupidity I witnessed at the store with my own two eyes. I thought it was a joke that the moment I walked into the store, I had a Rite Aid employee announce on the intercom to do a security check on the aisles and I was like the only customer in the store. My original intention was to buy black tea and some ice cream in peace without making it too obvious. On the way out, I was told to provide my phone number so I can get the Rite Aid discount on the 2nd ice cream for the half off discount. To my surprise, my phony phone number I made up actually worked and I told the guy, thank you for the discount because that was the only reason why I came to this store instead of Superior foods which is right next door. The same Rite Aid store employee (mexican guy with glasses) had the nerve to call the security guard on his small device and say the blonde hair guy is now leaving the store. I was too shocked to say anything and was wondering why my blonde hair would have anything to do with me buying anything inside my own country at an American store. I will never go to this store again, and I never felt so discriminated in my own country. From now on, I am going to Superior foods just to spend the extra $4.00 on Ice-Cream.-Michael Dufour

I just got my prescription transferred to rite aid and called to see if my prescription was ready I was on hold for 40 minutes I mean no one pick up at all in the pharmacy I had to call the store twice and told them that nobody was even picking up. I finally talked to someone up front and they got ahold of pharmacy and they finally picked up.

Rude and awful customer service. If I can I would give it 0 stars as of right now. This guy that works there I saw his name tag and said his name is Ricardo. I don’t know who he is or who he thinks he is to be giving attitude to customers. For a while now there’s been awful customer service from the people that work there. From Ricardo I’ve gone multiple times to this rite aid and it’s always the same ugly attitude from him and other workers.

Don't recommend this location. Customer cannot access their restrooms. According to supervisor restrooms are out of service. No manager on site. Returning customer comments: "Their restrooms have been out of service for two months." Unacceptable!!

Darlene at the pharmacy has a nasty attitude, like she doesn’t really want to do her job. She suggests getting everything over the counter. Like she doesn’t even want to check the computer to see if medical covers she’s just like right away “no, over the counter”, whereas one of her coworkers would actually check and was able to check if some of my medications where paid by medical and they were. Darlene if you don’t like your job and can’t speak to customers or don’t have problem solving skills please look for another job.Other than that I love this rite aid, it’s certain employees who mess it up.

Customer new to PPO pharmacy system (came from Kaiser), Nikki explained to me the process of transferring a critical prescription for my son, from my local CVS to Rite Aid store #05423. This store had what I needed after I called three different CVS and two different Walgreens and two other Rite Aid pharmacies. Even though I was 40 minutes away Nikki calmly reassured me that she'd wait for me in case I was running late. While I was driving to the store, she called me back as promised and told me she successfully transferred the order from CVS as promised, and also got the insurance details all processed as promised too. I made it on time, and Nikki still took the time to carefully explain how to use the medicine for my young son. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Nikki, this store #05423 on Florence and Compton, and Rite Aid in general! Thank you very much!

We walked in while some young thug was walking out with beer he didn't pay for..Then we asked the woman working here if we could get someone on ice cream when she gets a chance.... She told us the freezer wasn't working, though we saw frozen ice cream in the freezer.

CAN U STOP CHARGING FOR BAGS PLEASE! THIS IS THE ONLY BRANCH THEY DO THIS ISHT AT. I went in there today, i bought dye. she was already putting my stuff in a bag b4 i straight up told that i d i o t lady i didnt want a bag and she charged me for one anyway. Idk if their manager has them doing this weird isht but the last time a b l k dude did the same thing. FKN STOP! So just be aware of that. Im not coming here anymore

Was left for more than 44minutes on hold by the pharmacy on the phone to be rudely answered and hanged up on by the staff. They used to be great but ever since the other pharmacist left the pharmacy has gotten really bad when it comes to customer service.

Waiting 30min to get booster shot even though I was 10 min early. So it’s now been 40minutes. I live in the area and will never come here again. I spend at least $100 at Rite Aid every 2weeks.

They have Western Union but always say we Have No Money. Those ladies need to be retrained and evaluated. Then put a dam sign that says not working. Go to the one on Florence and central always helpful never a problem.

Everyone is friendly. Angie helped us as much as she could. The only negative was that the ice cream options we minimal and a lot of them were freezer burned. They need a better system. I walked in there for butter pecan and they didn’t have any but they had like 5 strawberry ones.

I have been a Rite Aid customer for 10 year's or more, I feel like family when I walk in all of the associates are so friendly from the manager to the oharmacy, the staff is very helpful and informational, if I walk in with a frown i'm definetly walking out with a smile, I love my neighborhood Rite Aid they are the best
