There is a cashier here named Brigitte who has the worst attitude. At any other Ralph's I have been to they will scan a club card for you if you don't have one, or enter a phone number. She would not allow me to scan a default club card for my items and told me go online and apply for a club card. Worst experience of any Ralph's. I ended up leaving my items and walking out. Really terrible customer service and mean attitude from the cashier. Not a good job for Brigitte. Normally I do not take the time to leave bad reviews but she was exceptionally unfriendly and rude and unnecessarily antagonistic.

I come to this store about 3 times a week. It’s usually fine, but today Lorena (a manager I believe) was extremely rude. I just asked her where the restroom was and she responds as if she didn’t want me speaking to her. She didn’t bother to tell me there was a code to the door. So I had to go back and she was even more rude. I’m a paying customer, there’s absolutely no reason I should be treated like this!

The cashier's service was terrible. She gave me the wrong price on both iterms. The cucumbers were $5.99 per pound, such an outrageous price, and she didn't even check it herself? Although she eventually refunded me. If I hadn't checked the receipt myself, I would have lost money. Very, very bad experience.

Forgot my Ralph's card and cashier didn't eventry to react to help me out just charge me the full price of three more dollars than the box set $5, but I noticed she helped out her kind racism at its finest. Location was La Brea/ Obama boulevard

Please put more lights up on the parking lot it’s literally pitch black in the evenings. Why is there no designated curbside pickup area? The staff called my phone and asked me to get out and wave.

I had a problem with a guy name Luise in the seafood department he under weighed my king Crab 🦀 legs. He overcharged me. And ran off. So rude and mean. Told me to pay in front then come back and get it. I have both knee disabilities. So inconvenient. Thanks 👍. That will neva happen again because I'm shopping 🛍 at a different location that doesn't play games like that. Who has better Customer service Skills. Who doesn't act racist

Always have what i need!! Brought a coffee in Washington State while on vavation i loved couldn't fine it at any other grocery store here in LA CA went here and it was stocked up thanks Ralph's!!

Usually are low stock on a lot of things but the produce is why I’m here it’s horrific as far the onions and a couple other things management is currently more worried about moving things around and buying new cold storage rather than focus on a fresh source of produce.Why even put a product like this out.

Most laziest staff I have ever encountered. Went to buy a cake and nobody would help. There were 3 customers waiting in bakery dept and nobody bothered to assist. Manager was a joke and other staff just walked around trying to look busy, and did nothing. We offered to box our own cake to pay for it. Staff Acted deaf. Awful customer service.

🌟SPOTLIGHT ON EMPLOYEE!🌟Story time: I placed a pick up order recently and the employee said everything was good to go after placing the bags of groceries in the trunk that I ordered. I went home and I was missing more than 5 items and I was charged for everything I was missing! I was very upset and I went to Ralph’s to complain. Luckily, an employee at the self check assisted me in calling someone to help. When he came, I explained the situation and they were very friendly about it. He took time out of his day to manually pick up everything I was missing. He bagged everything and gave me a cart and even asked if he can still help! That’s AMAZING customer service!! Thank you Davion! You were outstanding and thanks to you, I will continue to order from this Ralph’s!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff was friendly but unfortunately there were 3 customers (homeless/mentally ill) there that were a little loud/aggressive. These employees deserve a raise to work in those conditions.

Produce is always a terrible selection. There are always lines. Want to buy personal hygiene products? They have to pick it for you and you have to pay before you continue shopping. The entire aisle is walled off. Idiotic.Despite their constant under-staffing issues, they are always very sweet to me so that is the only reason for 1 star.

Poor quality of food products and as high as the prices are we should get the same food products and more cashiers like the stores in Beverly Hills, Wilshire district, Fontana, etc. just to name a few. It seems like you really don't care since Costco will be taking your place.

The night crew and manager will be the reason this store closes or loses more staff. Arrived at 8:48 pm with nearly EMPTY PRODUCE, all self-checkouts closed and only two cashier lanes. I waited nearly 40mins in a line that reached the back of store. I watched at least 8-15 people leave the store due to the lines. All the customers were patiently waiting extending GRACE to the people working (assuming they were short staffed) HOWEVER, the level of gall from the manager and staff absolutely squandered any patience even the kindest person would have. It was the SNACKING, laughing, personal conversations and Kiki pull up session (friend or maybe off-duty personnel) at the front of the store while watching the line pile up that set this over the edge. I lived nearby for SEVEN years and the same staff working night shift pulls this every so often, and they said it again tonight…”I have other things to do”.
