I came to this store today and they only had one person attending the Starbucks area !! His name is CHRIS so many pol waiting in line for 40 minutes to have there drink ready !! This is ridiculous YOU GUYS NEED to have more ppl working here customers were also complaining about the waiting !!! Whoever the store manager is from this location get it together!! Ppl shouldn’t be having to wait more than 40 minutes for a drink !!!!!Then the girl comes her name is Katherine I feel so bad for her it looks she knew exactly what to do ! Sorry you had to experience rude customers when it’s not even your fault either !! And I always comeHere so it’s always like this !!! Always having a huge line !!!! Hire more ppl for the Starbucks area !!!!

In GA, this is Kroger. Kroger is not the top grocery store. Overpriced everything. Kroger will price their items more expensive than the brand name or just under the brand name when it’s nowhere close to that price in value really. Fresh seafood section looks fair. Tight isle spacing for walking. Everything’s tight and expensive in Cali. Plenty parking. People trying to sell us Spectrum internet on a Sunday inside the store. Walmart does this too but Atleast Walmart is large enough to dodge them but u Will probably run into the salesperson when you’re really not trying to be sold in an expensive store on a Sunday or any day. They have a good amount of options for a jam packed store but still not all the things. When they don’t have your go-to brand, they put their Kroger/Ralph’s brand in so you have to buy it. The aluminum pans were way overpriced even with the buy-one-get one. Y’all live here so you probably don’t know how overpriced this place is. I’m a caterer in GA so I know prices, I live in Grocery stores. Ralph’s/Kroger is convenient/trusted grocery in the neighborhood and you need grocery, wish they had better pricing. $.10 per bag as if they already didn’t build the price into the product. The bags are thick and with the high homeless population and how people take a ton of bags, I can understand why putting a price on high quality bags can help

Annette is such an amazing employee. Me and my friends couldn’t get the buy 2 get 3 Cheetos/Lays deal to work and she did everything she could to help us out. She was constantly saying hello to customers coming in and went above and beyond, she really made our day better!

I live nearby and therefore often visit this store. Everything suits me. Regular California prices, fairly polite staff. But it would be great if they cleaned out baskets and carts a lot more often, because sometimes it’s just disgusting to handle it.

A very good Ralphs location. Fresh produce, everything is organized and the store is maintained well. The workers are friendly too. I however wish that they'll open more lines to make the checkout process faster.

A small store considering the area. It's the USC market. Good sushi. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights the checkout lines are ridiculous. The restrooms are disgusting. If your calling about an issue and need customer service, they don't answer the phone.

Really clean location. Stopped by on a late Sunday evening they had everything in stock except the sushi bar and some of the bakery. But then again it’s a late weekend. Aisles were very clean and staff directed me to the right areas. Self check out works perfectly and I was out in under 15 mins. Located right off the main road this spot has plenty of parking. Beware of folks in the lot not making full stops when you turn in

This is a one stop store 4 mins walk from Ellendale Place in LA. Extremely convenient, great prices and discounts, fresh fruits and vegetables and excellent courteous staff. Self checkouts are promptly assisted if need be.The most amazing experience was meeting Juan who conversed with me in very good Hindi! I was taken by surprise when he told me that he knows other Indian languages too! And how he learnt ? Well by talking to customers. Absolutely fab!Ralphs has a great team as well as products! Loved it

This is one of the best Ralphs I’ve been too. I’m shocked since it’s in the hood but I’m assuming it looks nice and has fresh food/deli/produce because it’s close to USC. Lol

I usually go to Ralph's in Manhattan Beach but today I decided to come here and it was a huge mistake. Parking is very limited, you can't even walk through the aisles. It took me almost 20 minutes standing at the checkout with cashier Teavia. I had two separate transactions but she decided to ring another lady in between my transactions charging me for some of her stuff and it took forever to get my refund. This made me waste so much time while my husband was waiting with my toddler and 3 month old baby in the car just because people can't do their job right.

Terrible attitude and tone of voice with customers before my turn so I wasn’t shocked to receive the worst customer service. If you don’t like your job. Just quit. I know it gets busy on holidays especially thanksgiving but don’t take it out on people. She literally threw our Turkey on the counter because she had to get us another since the one we had didn’t have a price. Ralphs, please fire this employee. I believe her name is Abigail. She took off her name badge when she returned. Maybe she knew customers would complain. Even an elderly lady got yelled at by this rude employee.

There's no reason that there shouldn't be at least one regular cashier line open. No reason at all.It just reeks of corporate greed. Anything to keep workers from being full-time to give them appropriate benefits. Anything to keep from having to hire more people. Instead you let your customers do the work? And it's not just a few items. My last two visits to this location, I had at least 40 items and there was no cashier available. In addition to that, the self-checkout stations didn't have bags.I've called the store while physically being in there with my groceries to bring it to someone's attention, but no one answers the phone despite a voice announcing over the intercom that there was a call incoming. This location can do A LOT better. Treat your customers better.

They close exactly at 12:50pm not 1:00 AM so don’t get your hopes up or count your blessings because if your late you won’t be let in that’s a well knowing act why this 1. I went there 2. I was told that 3. I came in at 12:49 and asked they told me the same as step one no cap straight fact they need to fix the error on there website saying they close at 1AM

Four stars for two reasons. First, the lines are always long and it usually takes longer to check out than it does to shop. The second reason is this store allows Internet sales people in the store to bug you while you shop. Trying to get the kids fed? Well, you'll have to bypass the Spectrum internet reps or they'll try to sell you something that usually isn't purchased with your grocery selection. Now, other than those two things, this store isn't too bad. Due to the high level of customers, the produce department seems to always have fresh foods. This also makes it more difficult to keep the shelves stocked but I haven't had any difficulty finding what I want or an adjacent product. The staff have been friendly during each of my encounters. Due to my location, I will continue to shop here. Great prices, great food.

I have been a loyal customer for years. Tonight when their credit card machines went down they made a muffled announcement that they were only taking cash. When I went to the front and started to look around to see if I'd heard correctly, an employee barked at me. "Can't take credit cards. Cash only.' I have no idea why he yelled at me, I had only barely looked his direction. I started to say, 'you can always take credit cards, you just have to write them down manually." But he cut me off and literally said 'that's life. This is why cash is king, you gotta carry cash' and he waved for me to leave like some kind of chastised child. I couldn't believe I not only couldn't pay for my groceries but got chastised like a child for absolutely no reason. It was some of the poorest treatment I have received as a customer. I'm extremely disappointed.

I frequent this location quite often. Great selection of produce, products and people! Ralph's is considered a lil mo' fancy than, say, Food4Less and carry a wider variety of your staple items like fruits & veggies, dairy/cheese etc. Their offering of ethnic food items is also quite impressive, I'm pretty sure I saw Century Eggs/preserved duck eggs as I was browsing the cold cases! On this particular visit, I had the pleasure of Rachel being my cashier, (In fairness, most of the employees I've ever communicated with were pleasant and helpful) who was not only friendly, but took the time to explain how the fuel points program works. Although these points (and website for more info) are printed on every receipt, I appreciate Rachel taking time to explain, which no one else has done in my many visits. The reason for 4 stars is due to the stores seemingly inconsistent way in which the seafood dept decides when to actually hand higher cost items like crab legs to the customer vs only providing the barcode which then needs to be rang up & paid for prior to the cashier sending another employee to go and retrieve the item. I'm not sure if the store has certain periods of time that the extra precaution is necessary or if they simply leave the decision to the seafood associate to kind of "profile" who they think may or may not be trustworthy enough🤷🏾‍♀️. Also, the high pressure salespeople attempting to sell internet/wi-fi/cell service are annoying AF and negatively impact the shopping experience. Hell, the least they could do is hand out some food samples or something LOL! No, but really...they are quite the nuisance, especially when I'm already in a rush.

Went to Ralph's with my friend. We had a cart full of Groceries (238.00) including milk and ice cream. I needed a bag of cough drops. I had to ask 6 times before anyone came to unlock the glass cabinet containg the cough drops. So much for the Ice cream!(Clint Monk)

Employees are always friendly and products are usually well stocked. My only criticism would be that occasionally the lines can get pretty long late at night when lots of USC students show up to buy booze, and especially on cooking-related holidays.

This is closest store near to my house. However I do not understand their price politics and how their Ralph's discount works. For example some times their bread cost 2.90, then 3, then 2 .50 $ with discount 2$, however yesterday was 2.50 without discount. What's happening, how in one item the prices jump up and down during one week. Why you provide this policy.
