Good location right near Wilshire/Western station but the aisles are super tiny can't get around people. You literally get stuck in the aisles and have to wait for the people to be done with what they are doing before you can proceed.Very small selection when it comes to most things unlike other Ralphs. They did have a big selection of plastic storage containers for food at a very good price.

Not bad! Prices were amazing but couldn’t find some items on my list. Store was v clean even but I should note the vast amount of products and colors was a sensory overload. I went around 11pm at night and didn’t have an issue with security which I was super pleased about considering other reviews. May have been a luck of the draw but it was quite welcome. The guard, and employees, were nice. I will go again!

I like that they have express check out. Seafood section is well stocked. Fresh vegetables. Restrooms are relatively clean but they should have gender neutral restrooms.

Great store but this particular one is not in a great location. Good produce but I noticed that this store is not restocked as often as some of the others but nevertheless a big enough grocery store to get all the necessities.

Waited near 30 minutes trying to get some assistance at the liquor aisle. All hard liquor is locked away and no button to call assistance. No staff walking around. Talked to three different staff members at the checkout register and still wasn't able to get help. Severely understaffed, lack of service and assistance.

I have been coming here for years. Yesterday I took my senior mother and father shopping. While we were walking out another couple walked out. The store alarm went off. The tall Caucasian security stopped us and ask for the receipt. He checked each and one of the items. We were falsely accused of stealing. He knew exactly who walked out with out paying everything. I would never steal specially with both of my 80 year old parents.

Customer service here is amazing! my husband love Juan G. Juan G. is always stocking the coolers in the back and is always extremely helpful. However; the lines to pay for your food can be out of control at times especially at night. Two nights ago I waited for 45 minutes to pay for my 4 items after 11pm. Juan G. gets 5 stars. I took 2 stars off the overall review for the lines.

Looks like this location has really relaxed on cleaning the registers after customers use them just be careful guys stay safe You may need to carry your own hand sanitizer while checking out in this location. Also it looks like the restrooms haven't been cleaned all day

WARNING! Ralph's is letting Spectrum harass people in their stores, this store particularly has someone named Jordan who signed my kid up for their own wifi somehow, just knowing their name and address? Sending them a bill for $85 when I'm already paying $200 a month for Spectrum, I have no idea how that is legal, but way to go Ralph's for letting them do this to kids and your customers ☹️After speaking to the store Manger about this I want to update my review and just say that the store themselves, management, and all are amazing and have their hands tied when it comes to the Spectrum people. Kroger and who ever allows them to keep up the harassment is another story!

Parking sometimes randomly charges you, even when you validate (may be pocketing it). Plus the prices are not the same as advertised they put signs to other items as pictured here so you got to shop and watch carefully.

The health department should shut this Ralphs down, we have found that certain perishable items like meat and cheese we have brought from them have been rotten and expired in one case we just bought cheese that expired TWO MONTHS prior, why is that stuff still even on the shelf?! Also do not do curbside at this store, it is a joke and the curbside spots are always taken. Go to the 3rd and Vermont Ralphs if you stay in this area
