I've been running a petstore fish department for the past few years and this wholesaler has been my best experience so far. Great quality, healthy fish, both fresh and salt! The customer service is amazing! My rep David is absolutely fantastic, making sure I get what I need, tracking late shipments, and always makes sure I get credited for what's lost. If you can, request him!

We had an account with them for about 3 years. The last 3 orders where late arriving via UPS. They credited us for the minimal losses we had on the 1st 2 orders but I could tell that they were not happy about it. The final order arrived 2 days late (3 days in the boxes). All the fish were DOA as one would expect and they tried to only refund us for a third of what we paid. I tried to work it out with our rep but we were ignored which forced me to file a credit card dispute.They told the processor that I didn't email them photos of all the dead fish and I wasn't in communication with them and they tried to reverse the charges back to their bank. This was easy to refute because I had all the email evidence (multiple emails) I needed to prove otherwise.The credit card company ruled in our favor and then they didn't even apologize for their apathetic approach to our requests and the dishonest claims they made to the credit card company. There are plenty of other fish in the sea Quality Marine and we are very happy buying from your biggest competitor. This has cost you a lot more than 1 customer, I can promise you that.

Complete waste of my time. They don't want to take a fish orders from us lowly service companies who don't have web pages. Well I don't need a web page becouse I'm so full I can't handle anymore clientele. Was going to place a couple thousand dollar order for first shipment but your loss. Terrible customer service. You need my money more then I need your fish. Happy to order from someone else who Appreciates my business.

I have been a customer of quality marine for years. They are hands down one of the best wholesalers around. Their quality and selection are unmatched. Every coral I buy from quality is in excellent health. My sales Reps Robert and Ryan are excellent and always help me with anything I need. If your a retail LFS I highly recommend QM their stuff is top notch and they are the most honest business in the industry. They have scanners so you know exactly what the pricing is for each item your looking at no one else does that.

We have been in business longer than quality marine they call us up looking for business we told them we had trouble said we don’t know what we are doing!since we have been doing this for fifty years I think we do!Not the way to look for customers when there are far better suppliers out there

Such bad attitude from the sales manager Robert. I am customer from other wholesale places next to this place; I happened to Google and walked in. Then I filled out application form, provided my reseller permit, and was told I need another identification like Yelp advertising to show them. Maybe I looked young to this guy Robert as we all Asians are, but this company should be less racially discriminated against Asians. I walked out of the door after driving here for an hour and half. Will never recommend them to anyone.
